"Hey Varian!" Rapunzel said entering my lab.

I jumped. I accidentally put a little too much of the hydroxide acid into the other chemical solution, so it exploded in my face. I turn.

"Oh hi." I say coughing up smoke. 

"Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." She said.

"Don't worry about it. Uh, what are you doing here?" I ask. 

"Just checking up on you." She smiled.

She examined me. I didn't have time to put on better gloves. Some blood still shows. I move away from her. I must not let her see. I continue working. Not to mention I think these gloves are my dad's. They're so big and uncomfortable. 

"So how have you been?" She asked.

"Fine." I answer.

"Anything you want to talk about?" 

"No."

Pascal walked forward. He looked at me. I push up my gloves. Rudiger looked at Pascal. Pascal stuck his tongue out of his mouth. Rudiger got mad and jumped on the desk. He chased Pascal around. The two jumped off the desk and knocked me down. My gloves came off just enough for the blood to be shown. Uh-Oh. Rapunzel stares at the blood dripping.
