(Your POV)

"She became a cowboy?" I asked as Pearl and Sapphire explained to me what happened when I was gone.

"Yes, Steven and Amythes went to find her" Preal informed me as I nodded.

"I'm sure she'll come back in no time Sapphire" I reassured her.

She sighed.

"I hope so"

Suddenly I head a something pawing at the window causing me to turn to see Leo sitting in front of the door with is paw on the door.

I excused myself from Pearl and Sapphire to see what he was looking at.

Outside in the dark the moon along with the light inside helped me to see I saw Stella started to jump up and down in front of the door, she was probably excited to see me but I was confused to see her here.

'Wasn't she suppose to be with Sour Cream?' The thought of Stella being alone on the road made me feel scared and concern for her.

Leo got up and moves so I could open the door for her.

As I opened the door for her, she walked away so the door won't hit her.

I stepped outside just in time to see her walk underneath the port chair.

"Aw Stella, what are you doing here?" I asked as I went to pick her up and sat on the chair.

She was shaking when I picked her up either fear or of the cold winds or maybe both.

I started to cuddle her on my chest, trying to warm her up as she let out a small sneeze.

"Hm, I'll have to talk to Sour Cream on why you're here" I said to myself as I suddenly felt a weight on my lap.

It was Leo, who had placed his head on my lap.

Using my free hand I scratched his ear causing him the purr. Suddenly Stella started to wiggle in my hand.

She luckily landed on Leo's head which he didn't seem to mind.

I picked her just in time as Leo took his head off my lap to get a better look at her.

"Leo this is Stella, Stella this is Leo" I introduced them as I place Stella in my lap.

Leo's grey eyes stared at Stella's dark blue eyes.

Leo then licks Stella causing me to let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding.

I smiled as Stella rubbed against Leo's cheek.

"I'm glad you two are getting along"

Suddenly I heard the door open making my attention turn to see Pearl stepping outside.

We met eye to eye and I couldn't feel a bit awkward.

Pearl cleared her throat before talking.

"Um, hello...Y/n... what a beautiful night it is!" She shouted nervously.

I gave her a nervous smile.

"Hey Pearl, do you want to sit down so we could...talk?" I asked.

"Or we could just look at the stars, I don't mind that option"

Pearl took a deep breath in.

"I...have something to tell you" She told me honestly.

I bit my lips and nodded.

Leo did me a favour and picked up Stella in his mouth and when inside. 

Pearl made her way to the table and sat in front of me.

"Y/n I own you an apology"

I looked at her surprised.

"Pearl" I called her softly. 

"You don't own my any apologize, You were only following orders" 

"I know but I feel so guilty for leaving you there on Homeworld" Pearl explained.

"Pearl I could never be upset with you or mother, sure you left me telling me you would come back and you didn't but everything happens for a reason if you two didn't start the Gem Revolution Earth and all the beautiful things on it won't be here now. Sure there the corrupted gems but they are worth find a cure and this planet is worth fighting for"

I held her hand and smiled.

"Really and truly I should be thanking you and for everything you've done for this planet"

Pearl looked up at me, with tears in her eyes as she smiled softly at me.

"Y/n- thank you, you don't know how much it means to hear that"

I got up and went over to her and hugged her, she was tensed at first but eventually wrapped her arms around me.

I woke up to someone heavy on my stomach.

The weight causes me to open my eyes as I feel my insides being crushed.

It was Leo who was staring at me.

"Leo, you're heavy get off me," I told him and he listened and jumped off. 

I sat up and stretched, yawning as I catch the smell of peppermint tea.

Looking up I turned to see Pearl and Sapphire drinking tea and there was an extra cup I had to assume was for me.

I got up and walked towards them and then noticed  Stella was on the couch eating something.

"Oh good morning Y/n" Pearl greeted me as she looked up.

"Good morning Pearl, Sapphire" I greeted them as I sat down and placed Stella on the floor with her bowl.

"Good morning Y/n" Sapphire finally greeted me.

I could tell she was still upset about Ruby leaving and Pearl put her hand behind her back trying to comfort her.

"Is this for me?" I asked pointing at the steaming teacup.

Pearl nodded and I quickly put up the teacup. 

As soon as I place the cup on my lips the doors suddenly open causing Sapphire to gasped as we all turned to see who it was.

It was Steven! 

Sapphire quickly got up to see him as I sipped my tea.

"Steven! Did you find Ruby?" She asked him.

He held a serious look but he looked at me it broke into a surprise yet happy look for a split second but quickly regain the serious look.

"She outside. She's got something to tell you" He told her.

Sapphire, Steven, me along with Stella in my hand came out as Preal stuck her head outside the door. 

 I saw Ruby...on a horse? 

"Ruby!" Sapphire said as she ran to her.

"Oh my stars, she really did become a cowboy" I said.

That's when I notice some Western music started to play.

I started to look around for where the music.

"Do you guys hear th-"

(3POV)

Sapphire ran up to Ruby, whose eyes were covered in the shadow cast by her hat.

"Ruby, I'm so sorry! I should have never said those awful things to you. That we didn't matter any more; I shouldn't have pushed you away like that. I was wrong" 

Ruby spits out the wheatgrass she had her mouth.

"Nah, you were right" Ruby stated making Sapphire shock at the statement as Ruby jumped off Amethyst's back. She then pats Amethyst's side signalling her to run off which she did as Ruby walked up to Sapphire.

"Someone else told us we were the answer. But... I don't believe that anymore. At least, not 'til I hear it from you" Ruby said as she held her hand out for Sapphire which she took her hand and kneeled in front of her as a wind blew taking her cowboy hat.

"Sapphire..." Ruby said as she looked up to her.

"Will you marry me?" 

"What?" Sapphire laughed.

"Marry you?" She asked blushing.

"Yeah! This way we can be together, even when we're apart! This time, being Garnet will be our decision. What do you say?" Ruby offered her.

Sapphire smiled.

"Of course" 

"Yee-haw!" Ruby cheered as she hugged Sapphire tightly.

They broke the hug and Sapphire held Ruby's face in her hands.

"I've been waiting to kiss your cute face!"

Sapphire placed a kiss on Ruby's cheek making her a giggling mess as she lifted Sapphire up and spinning her around as they began to laugh together in joy.

Back on the porch of the beach house Y/n  and Steven awwed at the sight as Amethyst, still in her horse from approached them startling Pearl.

"Psst,  it's me. I'm a  horse" Amethyst whispered as  Pearl smiled and place her hand in her mane.

That's when Steven suddenly hugged Y/n's leg making Y/n look away from the romantic scene.

"I missed you Y/n, I so glad you're back" He told her.

Y/n smiled and stooped to hug him with one hand.

"I'm glad to be back to Steven or should I stay brother?" Y/n joked. 

Steven laughed.

"I'm glad I have you as my sister...So doesn't that mean my dad is your dad?" Steven asked.
