I open my eyes. I feel the pain in my chest recede. I feel way better. I stand up. Astrid hugs me. I remember. I remember everything. I remember the love I feel for her. Calypso smiles at me.

"Thank you Calypso for everything," I say.

She nods.

"I'm going to be sick." Hel says.

"That means you feel something." Calypso says.

"I'd rather not feel anything." Hel rolls her eyes.

"Ready to go home Hiccup?" Astrid asks.

"Home? B...b...Berk?" I ask.

"Your memories will be frazzled at first." Hel says.

"I'll deal with it." I say.

"Great! Can we go home now?" Snotlout asks.

"Thank you for volunteering to stay with me." Calypso scoffs.

"What?!" Snotlout screams.

"Can we actually leave him?" Ruff asks.

"No." Astrid and I say.

I get on Toothless. He smiles at me.

"Yeah... I missed you too bud." I say.

"Ready to go home?" Astrid asks.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I say.

We shoot into the sky. This time I have a feeling I'll be free. I feel a little bad for Calypso but I'll be back to visit and to satisfy the heck up there in the sky. I stare into the sunset. I'm ready to go home.
