"You're probably exhausted." She pulls into the bedroom.

I look around. It smells perfumy and like flowers. There's only one bed. She sits me down.

"I've got all you can want here; all you can need here." She moves her hand up my chest.

"Look Calypso." I stand up.

I walk to the door.

"Thank you, for saving my life, but this is- a little too much. I have to get home." I say.

"This is your home now love." She says.

"No. No. It's not. I have to get back." I say.

Calypso looks down. Her eyes look like they're briming with sea foam. She looks like she was going to cry. Did I hurt her feelings. The candle's suddenly go out. I turn. I should go. I have to get back. Astrid, Dad, Fishlegs, even the twins and Snotlout are probably all worried about me.

"Wait." Calypso grabs my hand.

I turn to her. She puts both of her hands on mine.

"We can't go back to our homes." She says.

"I will get back to mine." I say.

"You can't. The Gods will not allow it." She says.

I push off of her.

"We'll just see about that." I say.
