"Guard! Guard!" The alarm goes off. 

Anubis and Set clear the way for me. The Moonstone and the Sundrop were guarded in the lowest part of the castle. There were a lot of guards, fortunately these guards are... pathetic. Who trained these guys? They're useless. 

More guards charge. I roll my eyes. Anubis and Set jump forward. I watch as they plow through. I slash my sword with multiple guards. This is one step in my death. I officially will betray everyone. Not like I have a choice though. I never did. 

I plow through multiple guards. I come to the doors. I let out a breath. It's hard to keep the tears back. My soul is shattering. My soul belongs to Valentino. When I signed the contract, he ripped my soul out. I'm not even sure if I'm really human anymore. I sure don't feel like I'm human. 

I push open the doors. I see the Moonstone and the Sundrop. Entangled into each other. I suck in a breath. I walk forward. My sword draws back into my glove collar. I walk forward. The stench of betrayal is all over me. I can't even think about their faces. Anubis and Set wait for me. I reach for the stone.

"Hector stop!" Rapunzel yells.

I turn to her. Guards and the rest of the brotherhood.

"Hector please I am speaking to you not just as a king, but as your friend. Please come back." King Edmund says.

"I... I don't have a choice." I say. 

"Hector, you're still our brother." Quirin says.

I grip my head.

"Hector, please-" Adira starts.

"Don't you get that I belong to Val?!" I yell. 

Adira draws back. I let out an angry breath.

"Why do you think I joined the brotherhood? I didn't do it out of noble intentions. I only did it because Val told me to! I've always belong to him!" I yell.

"Hector, you don't have to follow his orders." King Edmund walks forward.

"Yes, I do." I hiss.

I grab the Moonstone and I throw the smoke bomb. 

"He's gone." Rapunzel says.
