XII

The two men held onto each other as the extacy of their climaxes faded away.

Jimin missed Jungkook's warmth inside of him the moment the younger boy had pulled out, but he made his prince hold him tighter to compensate for the loss.

"How do you feel?" Jungkook asked, his hand calmly massaging Jimin's upper arm.

Jimin chuckled softly, holding himself back from saying he already wanted to do it again. "Like I'm floating on the clouds..."

Jungkook smiled weakly, glad Jimin was happy even though he'd cried on the boy's shoulder like a baby as they'd been intimate together.

"And you?" Jimin asked, tickeling Jungkook's chest when he found his prince falling silent.

"Jungkook?" Jimin called, looking at the boy's face when he wasn't given an answer.

"Like soaring through the sky..." Jungkook finally said, but Jimin could see his prince was thinking about something that troubled his mind.

There was a silence, one that didn't feel right at all before Jungkook spoke up.

"Flower?..." the boy suddenly said, frowning as he stared at nothing. "Before... you told me we all had scars..."

Jungkook felt Jimin gulp against his chest, making him wonder if he shouldn't have brought it up again. But Jimin's choice of words to describe Jungkook's trauma had kept stuck in the young man's brain, ringing through his skull as if it meant something.

"Can I ask... what are yours?"

Jungkook prayed to god he hadn't ruined the atmosphere with his heavy question and nervously pursed his lips.

"Do you want me to show you?" Jimin asked quietly, already knowing the answer.

Jimin didn't need Jungkook to respond before lifting himself from the boy's chest and sitting upright, showing Jungkook his back without hesitation. Never had he dared to let someone see this side of him, this darkness he though no one could ever love. But back then he was a foolish kid who didn't know what love meant.

Jungkook's hand moved on it's own when it covered his mouth in shock, his eyes blowing wide and full of horror as he traced the painful-looking scars on Jimin's back.

How could he have missed this? How had he not seen?

Deeply slashed marks were carved in a part of Jimin's body that was supposed to be just as smooth as the others. A constallation of purple, brown and blue that made Jungkook's stomache twist uncomfertably. Without permission his mind started imagening his flower getting beaten like this, suffering this abuse in silence with no one there to talk to.

Why would anyone do this to a person so beautiful? Had this monster lost it's mind?

"W-who?" Jungkook asked, feeling his entire body starting to tense and tremble in anger, no, hate. A hate so venoumos it could kill.

Jimin shook his head and laid back down. "You don't need to know my prince, that part of my life is behind me now, I'm yours, I'm free."

Jimin felt Jungkook continue to seeth underneath him, making him wonder if maybe he should've kept this a secret after all.

"Why can't you tell me? You don't trust me enough?" Jungkook asked, the words falling from his lips without him being able to stop them.

Jimin frowned as he leaned away from Jungkook again, looking his prince deep in the eyes trying to find out where this sudden hostility came from.

"Ofcourse I trust you, but what would you do with this information? It doesn't matter anymore, it happened, it's over."

"It shouldn't be over yet," Jungkook mumbled as he for the first time since Jimin had met the boy, broke their eyecontact first.

"But it is," Jimin said sternly, cupping Jungkook's face and coaming through his hair. "I love you... but let's not poison this moment with thoughts of my brothe-"

Jungkook's eye twitched. He clenched his fists so hard it seemed the veins in his arms were about to pop.

"Your brother?!" He roared, making Jimin flinch and pull his hands back as if he had touched fire. "Jungkook please calm down, getting angry won't change anything. Nothing can change anything."

Jungkook still kept his gaze averted from Jimin. "I could kill him," he said coldly, chilling Jimin to the bone at how he nearly couldn't recognise the sweet young boy he'd fallen in love with.

"Stop it... you're scaring me Jungkook..." he said softly, forming his lips into small pout. "I'm leaving this ship with you... we'll have years to make up for the pain my brother caused."

Jimin reached out to turn Jungkook's face towards him again, trying his best to melt the icy look in his lover's eyes.

"Erase him Jungkook... all that matters now is us."

Jimin saw Jungkook's eyes glaze over with tears within the blink of an eye.

"I'm sorry flower..." he said quietly, his stale expression starting to wither.

Jimin's face broke into a sympathetic smile, feeling relieved to see a glimpse of his Jungkook again. He grabbed Jungkook'a hands and placed them on his waist, feeling goosebumbs errupt where their skin touched.

"Don't be angry with me," Jimin whispered, wrapping his arms around Jungkook's neck and connecting their foreheads.

"I'll never be angry with you," Jungook promised, regretting letting his fury get the better of him right away.

He closed his eyes and stroked Jimin's smooth skin, following the curve of the boy's spine as his hands traveled from his waist to his ass.

"Do you promise?" Jimin breathed, feeling arousal rise in the pits if his stomache once again as Jungkook started kneeding his butt.

"I promise," Jungkook said before he took advantage of the way Jimin's lips were parted and hungrily attacked the boy's mouth.

Jimin felt like Jungkook was kissing him differently then before. More aggresive, more dominant, but still, he loved the way Jungkook held him, as if he were all the boy needed, just like he'd said before.

A boom, a loud screech, a sound that traveled through the men's heads like a metal shard, pierced through the cabin, along with a force that made the room tremble and shake.

Jungkook pressed Jimin against him immediatly, his insticts saving his flower from tumbeling off the bed.

Jimin released a whimper as he felt gravity pull him away from Jungkook. He held his prince tightly, pressing his eyes closed in fear.

The horrifying sound faded away, and Jungkook realised he'd clung onto Jimin so hard his nails had dug deep into the man's skin.

Jimin didn't seem to have realised however, adrenaline numbing the pain.

"What... what was that?" The boy asked instead, looking around the room as if the answer laid within it.

"I don't know..." Jungkook said, taking a deep breath as his body found a way to relax again. "But I'm sure it was nothing-"

"I think we hit something..." Jimin interrupted, frowning as if he were in deep thought.

Jungkook squinted sceptically, but Jimin didn't pay him any mind.

"If something hit the hull below deck this could be serious..." Jimin said, eyes darting over nothing as he started getting more worried.

"Jimin I'm sure it wasn't thay bad," Jungkook coaxed, slowly trying to get Jimin back into the mood again by pulling close.

"No, the combination of ice and fire has weakened the hull... mister Namjoon told me that..."

Jimin freed himself from Jungkook's arms and began to climb off the bed.

'Ice and fire?" Jungkook wondered outloud, starting to seriously question his intellect when he felt completely clueless.

"A blow this harsh... one that we could feel in first class... we must've hit something big. I need to speak to mister Namjoon."

Jimin disappeared into the bathroom leaving Jungkook completely baffled in the bed.

He could've sworn he was just about to make love to his flower again...

Jimin came out of the bathroom fully clothed in a matter of minutes and was pleasently suprised to find that Jungkook had dressed himself as well.

"If this is what it takes to get you back to bed..." Jungkook sighed, lips edging up into a smirk.

Jimin smiled at Jungkook before grabbing his coat, determinedly walking towards the door.

"Just so you know if I see your brother I'll punch him in the face," Jungkook called after Jimin before also hurrying out of the room.

"Mister Namjoon? Mister Namjoon!"

Jimin jogged after the back of someone that resembled the kind man he was searching for, hoping to find an explanation for the collision that had shook the ship so heavily.

Jimin was sure the person he was following was mister Namjoon when he saw the man checking his pocketwatch, but still, the man didn't halt.

"Mister Namjoon?" Jimin called again, frowning deeply as he upped his pace.

"HEY SIR!" Jungkook yelled with his entire lung's capacity as he trailed after Jimin.

Namjoon flinched out of his thoughts and stopped walking for a moment, looking behind him with widened eyes.

"Jimin? Prince Jeon?"

"Mister Namjoon what was that just now? The entire ship trembled as if there was an earthquake. What did we hit?"

Jimin seemed to have bombarded Namjoon with questions that overwhelmed him too much as the man plastered an uncomfertable smile on his face and akwardly chuckled.

"You shouldn't worry Jimin, just go back to your room, I think your brother was searching for you..."

"Tell us what the fuck we just hit," Jungkook snapped at the mention of Jimin's brother, forgetting his accent completely.

Namjoon's brain visibly stuttered and Jimin couldn't help but feel bad.

"Please," he begged, not giving Namjoon time to accuse him of lying. "Tell us..."

The stingingly cold wind made the men tear and stung their skin as it howled like singing sirenes.

Namjoon gulped, his eyes fluttering and face falling with so much dreadfulness it made Jimin scared.

"I'm so sorry Jimin..." the man whispered, his hair blowing wild in the acrtic air. "I'm so, so sorry..."
