something about that smile made something in summer snap. she stared at his lips before looking back at his eyes. chris kept glancing at her lips which made her stomach turn.

she slightly sat up as she leaned in, and so did chris...

they were so close they could basically feel each others breaths on theyr faces. theyr noses brushed against each other. theyr lips were so close...

suddenly summers phone rang through the whole room making summer and chris jump away from each other.

when summer looked down at her phone she saw "nicolas ⭐" she rolled her eyes and she picked up the phone call

"what do you want?" she mumbled as she got up and walked out the room.

"summer guess wh- are you good?" nick asked as summer rolled her eyes even though nick couldnt see her.

"no! no nick i am not okay! im fucking going insane!" she whisper yelled into her phone.

"whats going on sunny?" nick asked.

"i almost kissed chris." she whispered softly.

"what?!" nick exlaimed.

"shush! shut up you dumbass." she whispered into her phone.

"sorry! sorry. what? when? how?"

"me and chris were just talking and suddenly we both leaned in and then your dumbass decided to call me on the wrong time and ruin it all!" she said into her phone.

"holy shit, matt did you hear that?!" nick said. matt was there too? summer rolled her eyes.

"why did you call me anyways?" summer asked as nick thought and thought.

"i uh... i dont remember." nick replied. are you fucking kidding me? summer rolled her eyes for the thousandth time today.

"whatever. ill talk to you later." she hung up and put he phone in her back pocket. she slowly walked to her room and outside her door she heard chris... he was talking to someone.

"yes dude! i almost kissed her! when she comes back ill do it again and then imma get my fifty bucks from you! i cant believe summer thought that i liked her." he chuckled i to his phone.

he hung up and summer walked into the room. "you uh... you should leave." she said to chris who got up and walked towards her.

"okay. you-you didnt hear me talking to anyone?" she shook her head and he nodded. "ill see you later sunshine."

he walked downstairs and shee followed him. he stepped outside but her voice rang after chris, "hey chris?"

he hid his smirk and he turned around to face her. she threw him fifty bucks and she smiled, "you didnt kiss me but you got your money. is that all you wanted? oh! and by the way... dont call me sunshine, sunny, sun. just... dont talk to me at all."

she slammed the door in chris face and she ran up to her room and she broke down. why was summer such a stupid bitch. if nick was here he would say hm... where do you want mw to start?

matt on the other hand would start laughing and eat all her food.

SUMMER WAS BAWLING HER EYES out. she was ignoring calls from everyone, chris, matt, nick, even marylou. she was ignoring everything and everyone.

she was curled up in her bed crying. not only because of chris but also JJ Maybanks death. she was sobbing.

poor JJ. eventually she fell asleep. later that evening she was startled awake by someone jumping into bed mext to her.

she was about to scream but summer saw that it was nick. she gave nick her spare house key for emergencies.
