Full results for the pre-voting will be released on the Wiki in the next few days, purely because I have no way to insert them without it being boring or out of context. Speaking of which... I have a short explanation on how the results you've seen came to be. They did not follow the original format solely because that caused so many ties within the TOP 12 itself, which is something I can't allow for a lot of reasons... So yeah!
