JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ We're not close at all... But Huijun gets along with everyone, so he's kind of an exception... Let's say all the members are somehow friends with him, but we don't get along just as well. Junyong tends to be too self-centered and Eden creeps me out... Oscar is a nice one, but he's incredibly loud... So I don't talk much to him either.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [pulling out a sprinkler] Pepper spray.

CHUCKLES CAN BE HEARD IN THE ROOM WHERE THE TWO ARE CURRENTLY RECORDING THE RADIO EPISODE.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Anyways... Today's theme for the radio is... Roommates! They want us to talk about our experiences in the dorms. Who starts?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ I suppose I can start... Well, my roommates aren't bad, actually. We don't really talk a lot, but yesterday we did manicure together and it was nice. Alice is not that chaotic inside the dorms either, so it's nicer than one would expect.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Wait... You're in Alice's dorm?!

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Uhm... Yeah? And there's also Yeeun and Aejung.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Ooh... Do you have any interesting story to share?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [thinking] Mhm... Not really? I only remember Yeeun sleeping on the toilet... I went there to brush my teeth in the morning and I found her there.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Are your dormmates OK...?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Oh, I think it's because it's the farthest room from Alice's, while Yeeun's room is very close to hers. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear most normal and loud sounds even if you don't want to... And just so you get an idea, Alice's snoring is something else.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ And I thought that Huijun's sleep was concerning...

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Well, maybe because it is concerning... Snoring is relatively common, I'd say, but doesn't he sleep in a very weird way?

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Oh, yeah... I assume you would know, but is he fine? His snoring is worrying to say the least... He makes those gasping and choking sounds and frequently wakes up at night...

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [sighs] It's always been like that...

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ I don't really mind the idea of losing any sleep because I have headphones, but is that fine for him...?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ He has multiple medical check-ups regularly, so I would assume it isn't...?

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ I see... Well! Haesol, Suho and me will try looking up something to help him out... I'll let you know if it works when we meet up!

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [making an :o face] Amazing... You're so kind, Mingyu! I hope it works.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ It was absurd. Can you believe this? Xe is crazy... Now I know why they're so defensive about their laptop. At least it's not some yaoi shit...

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ I don't know what any of that means...

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ He sneaked in my bed tonight. I think he had a nightmare...? He was hugging me from behind when I woke up.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ In class it's obviously Juno, since we've known each other for years now... But in the dorms... [thinking] Huijun, maybe? Suho tends to isolate and Haesol has been here only for a few days.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ As for me... I'd say Yeeun in the dorms, since Huijun introduced us two and we got along quite well. In class... Sieun and Taeyang? I'm sitting in the middle of their seats, so they're the only two people I've had more meaningful conversations with...

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Oh, understandable... I mean, you don't talk much, do you?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [shrugs] Not really, no... I don't have any reason to, either.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Not at all! hyungwonbf asks: "How does the audition process for SEIYUU ACADEMY work, exactly? It's kinda weird that people got kicked out in their second round if they were already registered as students, isn't it...?"

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ ... Are we allowed to comment on that?

THE STAFF MEMBER SHAKES THEIR HEAD.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Thought so... By the way, they ask you the same things regardless of your prior experience, but the way you get in changes from actors and idols, as far as I know. Actors are asked to perform a piece out of theirrepertoire to showcase which genres they've dealt with so far, whereas idols perform one or two songs to showcase their vocal, dance and possibly rap skills like they did for Kyuhyung and me.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ That's the most important part of the audition, and that settles basically 80-90% of the final choice. If you gave a good impression with your previous experience, they'll definitely want you in even if you fail the next part... And vice versa, of course.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ After being done with that, they ask you to do the opposite. They give you the possibility to prepare the song or the acting piece in advance, and it can be shorter than what those with more experience would prepare. Do you remember what you performed for your singing piece, Mingyu?

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ I went with Boyfriend by Justin Bieber, played on my guitar.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Boyfriend. By Justin Bieber. In 2023.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [whispering] Please kill me now.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [placing a hand in front of MINGYU's mouth] ENOUGH.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ [licks SAMUEL's hand]

??? [STAFF] ━ Off, Mingyu.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ What... Is he a dog now...

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ You did not just... Quote that meme...

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ [sighs] Let's go on with the questions, shall we? I think we have time for two or three others, right? [waiting for a reaction from the staff] OK, thanks...

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ nekokaburin asks: "Do you split chores or is there someone to do them in your place? Do you have any curfew? Are students allowed to visit other dorms? Do you stay in even during the weekends?"

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Wow, that's... A lot of questions, huh?

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Indeed... But they can be answered briefly, so it shouldn't be a problem...!

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ We split chores... I mean, that's what should happen in theory. In our dorm, it's usually Haesol and me... Huijun gets tired easily so we only leave smaller tasks to him, whereas Suho is constantly on their laptop so... Haesol makes the beds in the morning, I prepare coffee for everyone and Haesol and Huijun buy lunch for everyone... For the rest, we don't really have specific plans.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ We have a stricter plan to split chores instead... Everyone makes their own bed in the morning - which is just fair, honestly - then I make breakfast since I do not trust any of those three to do anything on the stove... The girls split their chores among themselves, for example Aejung is in charge of the girls' laundry, whereas I do most of my things myself.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ I see... I wonder if it's any different in other dorms?

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ I guess it varies from dorm to dorm. Anyways, onto the next question... Curfew... It's quite strict.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Right... Apart from the studying schedule, we only have a few hours to train on our own before we're required to turn off the lights at 11:00 PM. You also have to be in the cafeteria for dinner before 8:00 PM, which is the time the cook packs everything up and goes home, but lately we're just buying our dinner beforehand and keeping it packed for later in the dorms.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Most train after curfew too... 

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Especially those who got lower grades... Let's say it's not rare for people to get injured here either, since we're training in the dark. Even if the students felt like ignoring the curfew, the lights won't turn on, so we can only rely on our phones' light.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Moving onto the next question... Yes, we can visit other dorms, but most don't do it. We usually meet up in the training rooms to practice together or in the courtyard to slack off. I think most students don't even go back to their dorms until late in the night, am I right?

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ It's true for Haesol and me... Wouldn't say the same for Huijun and Suho, though. I think you can guess the reasons...

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ Yeah... 

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ Replying to the last question... Yes, we stay in even during weekends since we have to train and improve even more, but we get time off during voting sessions! I'm going to have shopping with Juno and Sieun once the first session comes.

JEONG SAMUEL [CLASS THREE] ━ That's sweet! I still don't have plans for then... I think I'll just go home when the time comes.

CHOI MINGYU [CLASS TWO] ━ You sure? Since you're friends with Sieun, I can ask Juno and her if you can join us! If you want to, that is...
