My heart was shattered by Amelia. I drag her to her fate. She was the one thing that kept me going each day as the roar ranged on. I felt love with her. I felt satisfied like what I'm doing made a difference. Now that line is crossed. She's betrayed me.

"Limier! Please!" She yells.

Her pleads fall on my deaf ears. I don't care anymore. Why would she do this to me? Why? She should've known the penalty. Lord Impaler doesn't like to be betrayed. I've never thought she would betray me. Have I not given her enough? Have I not been a fulfilling husband? I can't help but think this is my fault. Have I not been faithful? Have I not been enough? Could I have done more?

I throw her onto the floor. She looks up at Lord Impaler. 

"I never thought you would betray us." He says.

She had us both. I grab her and I lift her head up.

"You cost us quite a lot." He says.

"Limier...." She starts.

I hit her face, hard. There's no pleading anymore. There's no more saying how bad she felt. I can't even think straight. My anger is perfuming off of me. I slam my hand into her face again. She falls onto the floor. Her face is now bruised and scared but still beautiful. Her eyes light up in tears.

"Execution. Limier do it." He looks at me. 

I pull out the sword. I walk forward. She backs away. 

"Limier please!" She yells.

I ignore her cries and screams. I plunge the sword into her chest.
