Natasha's Pov

I made my way to the hospital after getting a call from Maria Hill, and after texting Evander where the hospital is. I run into the viewing room to see Nick's operations. I saw Maria, and Steve but no Evander.

Natasha: *whispered to Steve* Where's Evander?

Steve: *whispered back* I don't know I haven't seen him.

???: I'm here you guys.

Me and Steve looked over to the sound of the voice and it was in a dark corner and saw Evader jumps from there.

Natasha: Where was you?

Evander: Was dealing with something.

Natasha: *touches him and he was cold* Huh?

Evander: Questions for later. 

Natasha: Right. *looks at Nick* Is he going to make it?

Steve: I don't know.

Natasha: Tell me about the shooter.

Steve: He's fast. Strong. Had a metal arm.

Evander: Metal arm? You sure he got a metal arm.

Steve: *nods* He did.

Evander: Focking hell...

Natasha: Ballistics?

Maria: Three rounds, no rifling. Completely untraceable.

Natasha: Soivet-made.

Maria: Yeah how did you know that?

Natasha: .....

Evander: That's weird.

I didn't answer them while I was figuring out everything, but I realize it could be 'him'.....he could be finally be back after all these years. I soon saw Nick having problems.

Natasha: Don't do this to me, Nick...

I was hoping that he would make it but I saw his vitals went to zero meaning he had died.

Evander's Pov

After they confirmed that Nick was dead they allowed us to say our finally goodbyes, and after a few minutes Agent Hill came in.

Maria: I need to take him now.

I looked over to Cap and Natasha as she placed her head on Nick's head and then leave, as me and Cap went to her.

Steve: Natasha wait.

Natasha: *turns around* Why was Fury doing in your apartment?

Steve: *sighs* I don't know, I didn't get a chance to find out.

Natasha: *looks at me* And why are you cold?

Evander: I was fighting a person who got ice powers.

Natasha: Why?

Evander: I don't know but the person had a weird symbol on her outfit.

Steve: What was the symbol?

Evander: Like a skull and a octopus had a baby.

Natasha: Really a joke? Now?

Evander: Sorry force of habit of me making jokes in these situations.

Steve: ....You sure it was a skull and a octopus mixed.

Evander: Yup I'm very sure.

Rumlow: Cap, they want you and Shadow Spider back at S.H.E.I.L.D.

Steve: Yeah, give me a second.

Rumlow: They want you two back now.

Steve: Okay.

Rumlow: *walks off*

Natasha: You're a terrible lier. *sighs and walks off*

Evander: Well that happened.

Steve: *sighs* Yeah. Evander.

Evander: Yeah?

Steve: *pulls out a usb drive* I need you to hide this.

Evander: Wait what is that?

Steve: *whispers* It something that Fury gave me before he passed away I need a place to hide it. Can you put it in that portal of yours?

Evander: I don't know if it be in there. *looks at the vending machine* But I find an place.

After putting the drive in the vending machine me and Cap walked over to Rumlow and his squad.

Steve: Let's go.

Now we left the hospital and now making our way back to S.H.E.I.L.D.
