Birds chirping outside the quaint little farm house as the sun beams bathe the lawn and the house in a comforting glow the farms Roster cawing as the rest of the little animals begging to wake scurry about.

The house is quaint, the faint sound of a little bird in a cage as he flutters his little wings and there up the stairs and beyond the halls of the quaint little home lies a room, the room is filled with the past and future with pictures and old used toys, little Woden soldiers and a little un used rocking horse that and the walls had the new additions being letters stamps and film flyers strung on a string above the small bed. A small corner is littered with w and dried up flowers.

And also inside the little room we see a young man gazing at his reflection in a wide three mirror vanity, He appears  to have gotten distracted while putting a way the laundry the little wicker basket sitting there near his feet with all the other colored clothes as some are pulled out and on the bed, disarrayed and unmade.

Seeming  to be lost in thought as he fixes the  dashing  bow tie  around his neck, and running his fingers down the lapel of the suit, He appears to be wearing his fathers  as while nice it is a bit dated. with a dress shirt on and sharp black pants, it's a tight fit but he doesn't seem to care. As he gives himself a tight lip smile. His slightly tan complexion contrasting with the pearly white shirt.

He nods to his reflection and then his mind seeming  to wander as he gazes at a red dress he had pulled out of the basket now lying on the bed, The young man tenderly grabbing the dress beginning to hum a tune, in his bast imagination, a special someone dancing with him.

Spotlight  surrounding them like a beacon of hope as they slowly sway to the music, was there  music?

he couldn't tell. Violin and flutes floating in the air encasing  them in flowery and cheery dreamland.

His eyes now wandering as he holds the young girl close, as there feet shit in a slow waltz

Her eyes glued  to his, pupils blown out with love only reserved for him.

That same comforting smile

Their dancing becoming slower yet sweeter as the music swells

Their movements becoming one

The young girl appearing to tease him as she leaves feather like touches in his skin his breath hitched  at the action.

Her then gently holding on to his Chin to make him face her, they get closer and closer and then-

"Woher bekommst du das?"

The woman slammed the door as fast as she could making the boy scramble to stand still, she asks again , her accent thick and filled with disdain

The young boy does  not answer but slowly putting the dress down, not wanting to even look her in the eye

"Earl!"

Earl flinched and then turn around almost like a soldier, his stance rigged and firm yet his eyes still not meeting her cold ones as they judge every inch of Him.

"Habe ich gesagt, dass du die alten Sachen deines Vaters durchsehen könntest?"her Hershey voice croons as she stood like a looming shadow in the doorway.

The young boy finally looks up for a split second his eyes quickly darting down once again with shame and regret, feeling as if her harsh glare could turn him to stone, nodding his head no.

"Zieh es aus" she practically spits, wrinkled lips snarling lightly as she speaks.

"Gehen Sie zur Scheune und füttern Sie die Tiere, wie Sie es versprochen haben. Sie wird jeden Moment hier sein"

The young man  nods dejectedly, and his mother, she doesn't say another word as she slams the door shut behind her, him finally breathing a sigh as soon as she leaves. Feeling like he could finally be human once again.

The tall boy steps out with a  huff bursting through the door in a rush  his overall sleeve over  his shoulder with a sigh as he straitened his pants, and tugging down his baby blue work shirt. Trying to smooth out the wrinkles.

His muddied boots stomping with every step as he walks his way over to the barn. Footfalls crunching over the gravel leading up the large red building as wind whips and whistles, gently saying the leaves on the trees. A perfect sunny day.

He walks over to a pile of hay and then tossing some over to the cows, the distant sound of a rooster cooing as he walks over to his animal friend's pen.

"Eat"

Some only reacting as the hay falls to the muddy barn ground, they slowly trot over to eat, the young boy laying his upper body at the edge of the door fence with a sigh as he rests his head over his crossed arms, mind still dancing with his most recent daydream as he smiles shyly and wistfully admits.

"One day ima Gonna go far away and you'll never see me again"

The cow "reacting" as it looks up mid chew "That's right Charlie"

Earl huffs as he crouched down and holds some more hay out for  her to eat, reaching out with a tentative hand. tenderly petting his barn yard friend flashing his teeth with a small smile "The  farm life might be good for you but it ain't for me "

Earl crouched down as his cow friend eats as if to tell him a secret "I'm special" the boy whisper's.

The cow huffing as he carries the rest of the hay over to the rest of the animals to feed them, sprinkling it into their little pens"Mamas gonna feel real stupid when she finds out won't she "

He gets  up with a content sigh as his mind begins to wander farther, a wider grin making his way over to his face he twirls graving some more hay spreading it out a bit more carelessly.

"When this is all over I'll make her mine, never come back, and then the whole worlds gonna know my name" he vows He then turns to the little goat in the pen next to hims as he gives her the hay "You agree don't you Mary ?"

The goat bleats and Pearl grins  "Why thank you" he slightly  bows  like a gentleman would

He then goes off with a slight pep in his step grabbing a pitch fork and slamming it down holding it as if it were a microphone turning as his barnyard friend cluck and bleat responces, the sounds being like cheers to his ears "I do love a good audience"

"A star"he rushes, moving up to the hay bels with a eager jump as he raises the pitchfork way up high like a staff used in a live performance

Suddenly he hears the sound of quacks and clucks as he sees a large group of chickens and geese muck about the front of the barn from the distance.

He jumps down with a slight grunt catching himself befit he could face plans into the gravel. as he made his ways over to the doorway, his eyes slightly wandering as he sees a very familiar colored bike parked outside his house.

In the distance  their she stands with baby chick and baby gees alike clambering around her nipping here and there as she feeds them their bird seeds, her giggles never stoping as she watches the little babies eat, The chickens roosters and geese  just eating what they can letting their babies eat.

The young girl feeling the sensation of being watched let out a small gasp as she appears to be slightly startled but her shaken up eyes soften in an instant as they lock with his,  sweet smile gracing her face as she pauses what she was doing and razing a hand to eagerly wave, slightly jumping with excitement.

Snapping out of his silly love filed stupor and easing a hand to wave back pulling the pitchfork down with his other hand.

The girl slightly  giggling as in his speedy movement the poor boy hit himself with a blunt of the pitchfork making a small thwack sound as the wood hits his nogging.

The girl now almost done gestures with her hands to see if he was okay the boy only nodding with a playful smile as he soothes his aching head with his hand sheepishly.

Suddenly his eyes darken as she appears to get more and more uncomfortable as one of the geese seems to push all the little babies almost stepping on a few as he becomes more aggressive honking and
Squawking making the girl scrambles to feed him but the creature is not satisfied, the girl scrambling to get away the small animal almost makes her lose her footing, earl growing more and more concerned as the little beast doesn't seem to want to leaver her alone. No longer satisfied with being fed the greedy little creature does not stop its torment.

The girl yelps and screams as the goose becomes more aggressive it flaps its wings and snaps its jaw her scrambling to get away losing her footing and making her fall down on the hard gravel ground, earl snaping into action yelling out as he sees the pitchfork as he quickly dashed to help her out.

But it appears to be too late the girl toppling to the floor with a harsh thud. The animal seed going flying everywhere quick un using her arms to shield her face the goose snapping and biting, pulling at her skin as she yells and tries to shuffle away. but the feathered beats torment is quickly put to a halt the animal letting out a choked honk as its grasped harshly at the neck as firm callused hands tighten around the birds feathered neck.

the large young man storms his way back to the barn the enraged goose honking and flapping frantically in protests but his grip does not falter.

As he shuts the door a close with a resonat slam as then just drops the bird on the ground it honking in distres as it appear it can get up the small bird gasping and softly honking not even trying to move

The small animal all could do was stare as it hears the shiny  metal slinking of the haybell besides the shut door angry muddied boots filling the animals vision as the poor creature just lies there

"That wasn't very nice Mr. Goose" the boy angrily spits through gritted teeth

The criter does not respond, it's soft honking now reduced to small gasps for even and ounce of breath and air

His grip tightens on the pitch fork the reminder of the young animals yelps and cries only fueling his rage as his knuckles turn white with anger

The poor criters eyes hold nothing but fear, burning those dark brown pools he find no sympathy, no remorse, just pure anger

in his ears he hears not the sounds around him but a faint sound of ringing and his angry beating heart

His breathing grows harsher and harsher as he slowly raises the farm tool

The animals bleat and cry out as the goose cries out an airy honk

But honk the goose no more as the sharp edges slam down as fast as lightning striking the life out of its little body

Earl huffs, breathing harshly in and out gulping ever so slightly, strangely enough the young man appears to shrug it off letting the tool drop to the ground with a clank

The fog finally clearing from his eyes as they quickly dart to the closed barn yard doors, the young man grunting as he goes over to the tool wall almost falling as he clambers to find something in the mess of all the stuff left behind

baby duck and gees just wadled about in utter confusion some stray rosters and hens picking at wat was left of the scatterd bird seed

You were in your own sad little world, the pain and fright was to much for you as the only thing you could hear was your sniffing and the little peeps the baby birds would emit

Letting out a whimper at the sight of the jagged bite, it wasn't horrendous but it burned and stinged, since it didn't want to let go it snapped its jaw down and in all that panicked thrashing made you draw blood

But your quiet sniffles were drawn to a stop as a shadow hovers over you, you turning up to those beloved chocolate eyes looking at you with worry and love

The boy lets the bloodied pitchfork fall to the ground with a thunk as he crouched down holding a slightly rusted med kit he rapidly snaps it open, gently grasping her four arm grabbing the gauze and bandages as he tends to her wounds "you okay"

"Yeah...darn thing scared me half to death" she sniffle trying to while away her tears ,him reaching over and whipping at her eye and tenderly holding her face in his hands "you don't have to worry any more sweet heart"

He holds her hand gently as the two slowly rise , as they do the curly haired boy whipping down her work dress , him then going down and grabbing the pitchfork and grinning down at her

"Well I was just about to feed lil Theda out back"

The girls eyes not even looking at the crimson that dropped from the pitch fork and now stained the grass below, seming to not be surprised at all, her eyes never leaving his as she smiles at him "Okay"

Her reaching to his hand and leading the way as they make their way to the lake

As they walk down the beautiful path Earl swinging their hands as they walk y/n humming a little tune as their boots make creaks on the small Wooden dock

He shifts his grip on the pitch fork as y/n slowly separates their hands as she stands slightly swaying at her heels

He looks of to the water and yells "Theda!"

The gater they've loved and raised slowly making her ways over her tail swaying in the water

"Go on girl"

"Take it"

And with a leap from the water the gater snaps it's sharp jaw down on the goose, the young teens just grinning at the sight
