This week was definitely full of surprises, first dad came home and the next day mom came home. Yeah you read it right MY MOM CAME HOME. I was shocked too but denny seemed happy so I am happy too. We all went to a little family trip and it was fun. As usual me and dad was busy eating- uhh I mean checking the food grandma made. Denny and our Pokemon went to play while mom and grandma talked. But sadly they left after 2 days. But I'm happy that they were here.

Right now I was in my room watching TV, then suddenly I received a text from miss grasshead aka my best friend.

I smiled to myself as I read our text. Eevee, who was on my shoulder, was making some 'eevee' noises like she's giggling. I hopped out of my bed and walked towards the door. Eevee know where am I going so she stayed in my room. I went to denny's room where grandma was reading a bed time story for him.

"Hey grandma!!?" They looked up towards me."Yes alice? Do you need any help?" She asked me. "Yeah, actually grassy just texted me saying that there's a pokemon contest held in hoenn. Can I go?" I asked with my puppy-dog eyes activated. (𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚢 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗 𝚊𝚗𝚢 𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚎𝚢𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚞𝚝𝚘) " Sure, it's been a while since you went out for something like a contest, when is the contest anyways?" She asked me.

"Oh yeah! It's tomorrow!!" I replied trying to control my excitement. She just nodded and asked " When are you planning to go?" "I haven't decided yet, but I guess I'll leave after 10 a.m." I said while thinking. "When are you going to come back?" Denny asked me sadly.

I smiled softly and went towards him. I picked him up and gave him a hug. "Aww, don't worry, I'll be back by dinner, after all I don't wanna miss grandma's cooking for a WHOOOOLE day. " I said dramatically and denny giggled. I smirked and put him back to his bed and kissed his forehead. "Good night! I'm gonna pack my stuffs." "Do you need any help with that?" Grandma asked.

"Nope! I'll just pack it by myself😌" I said proudly. Grandma chuckled and said "okay, okay. But don't stay up late. Or you'll be late just like your father." "Maybe I'm like dad but I'm never gonna be late like him." I said. "Okay! Now I gotta pack. Good night!!" I said and ran to my room.

Eevee helped me while packing. I didn't filled my bag with millions of things because it's just for a day. But I did pack a few clothes, pokemon food and snacks. I also put a first aid kit and some potions for my pokemon just in case. After that I set my bag aside and slept with eevee beside me. I know it's gonna be fun but something's telling me this is gonna be more adventurous than fun.

I woke up earlier than usual. I got up from my bed. I decided to let eevee sleep for a few more minutes till I get ready. I brushed my teeth, took a shower and put on my daily outfit.

Eevee was already awake so we both went down stairs were grandma was cooking breakfast. "Good morning grandma!!" I greeted her. "Good morning Alice. Are you excited for today?" She asked with a smile. "Of course I am!! It's been a while since I've participated in a contest!" I said and she laughed lightly.

I asked her if she wanted any help with the breakfast but she said no, so I go and took my book (𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚛𝚑𝚢𝚖𝚎𝚜) and read it. And after a few minutes denny came down with swablu. We played with my joltiks until grandma said that breakfast was ready. We quickly returned the joltiks and put it on my room. We then happily ate our breakfast along with a small chit chat.

After breakfast, I washed my dishes and went upstairs, in my room to take my bag. "I almost forgot, Alice, Gary said that he wants to meet you." Grandma said. "Huh!? Professor? Okay I'll check what's it." I replied. I ran towards professor's lab to see why he need my help. While we're going there I'll tell you a bit about professor. Professor Gary Oak has been the professor of pallet town or kanto for 8 years. Before that, he worked as professor samuel oak's aka his grandfather's assistant. And professor oak retired and went to alola for a vacation but 3 years ago he died. (𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚏𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚘𝚛 𝚘𝚊𝚔'𝚜 𝚜𝚘 𝚘𝚕𝚍, 𝚜𝚘 𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚋𝚎 𝚍𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚋𝚢 𝚗𝚘𝚠.)

I reached there and knocked the door and a few seconds later professor opened the door. "Oh! Alice! You came here just in time." He said. "Hello professor!! Grandma said that you need my help?" As soon as I said those words something ran towards me and almost tackled me. But luckily, I kept my balance and didn't fall down. I looked at the attacker only to see my zorua happily nuzzling me. "Aww. Hey buddy! I missed you too." I said giving him a hug. I looked at professor gestured him to continue.

"Yeah. I heard that you are going to hoenn.(ᴀʟɪᴄᴇ ɴᴏᴅᴅᴇᴅ) Well I have been doing a research on a certain pokemon that's said to be in the forests of johto, I found out a few things about it and I want you to give this report to professor birch(𝚒 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚔 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚎 🤔. 𝙰𝚗𝚍 𝙸 𝚌𝚊𝚗'𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚔 𝚘𝚏 𝚊𝚗𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚏𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚘𝚛 𝚘𝚏 𝚑𝚘𝚎𝚗𝚗) can you do it? also you can take zorua with you too." He asked.

"Yeah sure professor! I'll do it! And thanks" I said. "Thank you Alice." "You're welcome! By the way where's punching bag? ( 𝙶𝚊𝚛𝚢'𝚜 𝚜𝚘𝚗. 𝙷𝚒𝚜 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕 𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝙶𝚢𝚕𝚎 𝚘𝚊𝚔. "He's still at unova. He called me yesterday and said that he got his 4th gym badge." He said. "That's great! Tell him I said good luck! Bye professor!!" "Bye!"

I ran towards my house with zorua in my arms. I saw that grandma and denny was outside along with eevee and charizard, swablu was on denny's head. When I reach there, zorua jumped out of my arms and went to play with denny, eevee and swablu.
"I see.. Looks like professor let you take zorua for today." Grandma said. "Yep!" I replied. "Alright! Are you guys ready to leave?" I asked my pokemon and they nodded. I gave a hug to grandma and denny and bid our goodbyes. I got on top of charizard with eevee and zorua in front of me. I said bye to them one last time and charizard started to fly.

We have been flying for a while now. We stopped sometimes just to give charizard a little rest from flying. Like now, we're walking through a forest in johto. Charizard in his pokeball, eeved and zorua walking beside me. We walked for a few minutes and suddenly we heard a mysterious sound. It sounded like a pokemon singing. "Could it be a meloetta?" I asked to my pokemon making them sweat drop and fall.

We walked towards the direction where the sound was coming from. We reached to a field with a lot of beautiful flowers and a lake in the middle. There's no way that anybody has came here before there were a lot of water and grass type pokemon playing around. The place was covered with a thick layer of trees and bushes.

Everything was calm and beautiful for a moment but suddenly a lot of wild pokemon came out of the bushes and came towards us. We thought it was coming to attack us so zorua and eevee jumped to my arms and I held them close. I moved backwards and saw that all those pokemon were running away. We were too busy looking at those pokemon and because of that we didn't notice something glowing in pink color came right towards us.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘃

Alice with eevee and zorua was looking at the wild pokemon running away. But suddenly some thing which was glowing pink was flying so fast towards them. Alice turn around and her eyes widened at the sight in front of her. She tried to move away but it was too late she got hit by the pink light and a bright light was created at the field. But when the light was finally gone, there was no one there.
The field was empty. The pokemon living in there was hiding somewhere. Wild pokemon was scared of the light so they hid on safe places. Alice, her pokemon and that mysterious pink light wasn't anywhere. The only things that proved that she was there was her cap and the file with it's paper scattered all over the ground.
