Yoona's POV

As I was walking downtown I saw many eyes on me in awe. Hearing them compliment me and my body.

Disgusting.

People only saw looks, not heart or personality..

"Oh my god, she's so pretty!"

"She's so hot dude!" "Should I ask for her phone number?"

"Ha! Yeah, right, she's out of your league dude"

"Hey!"

"Omg, girl crush! She's so gorg!"

"Ugh, why can't I look like that?"

"Look at the body and bust on her!"

"I'd let her have her way with me.."

"Damn, some chicks only got a good face or good boobs or body, but she has it all!"

"Should I ask her out?"

"Omg, she must be a model!"

"Ugh her fashion sense is to die for!"

"I wonder who does her hair!"

"How can someone be so beautiful without makeup?!"

I rolled my eyes as the stares and compliments continued, ignoring them I window-shopped a little.

As I glanced at clothes I may want to purchase I saw a short chubby male checking himself out in a window. I smiled. As he turned around to face me my eyes widened as I squealed. So cute! I thought to myself as I smiled at him before picking him up into a hug.

"Aww, you're so adorable! I've never seen someone so cute!" I gushed as his face heated up. Without realizing it, I buried his face in my boobs as I snuggled him.

Daniel's POV

As I turned around from making myself feel confident in the window, I saw a beautiful girl and my face immediately heated up. She was the most gorgeous girl I'd ever seen, and I thought the girls at my old school were pretty! She defiantly takes the cake! Coming back to reality I realized she was gonna look at me in disgust, probably even call me names. I waited for it as her eyes widened, only to see her smile at me?!

"Aww, you're so adorable! I've never seen someone so cute!" She said as my face heat up. Soon, I felt my face buried in something soft as she hugged me. Cute?! I thought to myself, surely she didn't mean me? I thought to myself, but no, here she was, hugging me. But what was the soft thing I was feeling? I wondered as I picked my face out of the soft thing, feeling around I realized it was.. Her chest! I blushed furiously, did she not care?

Maybe she was too busy gushing over me.. Suddenly I spoke up. "U-Uh please, can you let me go?" I asked although it felt nice to have someone actually not be disgusted by my presence finally, but I didn't want to upset her by having my face pressed up against something personal of hers..

Blushing, she nodded and gently set me down. "I'm sorry, it's just.. You're so cute!" "What's your name?" She asked me as I blushed looking down. "U-Uh it's Daniel," I told her as she smiled. "Daniel! That's so cute!" "Daniel, is it okay if I walk with you?" She asked me as I looked at her in shock. She.. Wants to hang out with me?! One of the most gorgeous girls ever?! I quickly nodded as she smiled.

Yoona's POV

"Yay! So where are we going?" I asked walking alongside him. "O-oh! I'm just walking around, I'm new here and I wanted to get a feel for things" He said shyly as I smiled. "Oh really? Cool! Welcome, Daniel. Oh, I just realized, I forgot to tell you my name, it's Yoona!" I smiled as he smiled. "That's a r-really pretty name!" He stuttered As I smiled chuckling. "Thank you Daniel" "Say.. We should go eat! My treat" I said as he nodded. "S-Sure.. But I can pay, it's okay" He said as I shook my head. "Nope! I'm going to pay, I'm treating you, my friend" I said as he nodded. "O-Okay, if you're sure," Daniel said smiling, I smiled reassuringly.

Leaning towards Daniel I grabbed his hand. "Is this okay?" I asked as his face heated up and he nodded.

Daniel's POV

No way, she's holding my hand? Does this mean she likes me? Like really like me? I asked myself before smirking, of course! It's this new hairstyle and my confidence! She'll be my girlfriend in no time I thought to myself.

Yoona's POV

As we walked for a bit I glanced at some sunglasses on display and asked Daniel if we could look real quick. He nodded and I smiled as I looked through some displays of glasses while still holding Daniel's hand.

"Ooh, I really like these ones!" I said before letting go of Daniel's hand and trying them on. They were red heart sunglasses "How do I look?" I asked him as I did a pose with the glasses on.

He blushed. "G-G-Good!" He stuttered as he stared at me. I smiled giggling as I bought them. Turning around to talk to Daniel, I noticed a brunette with braided pigtails staring at us. She looked familiar.. But I just brushed it off. I furrowed my brows as I suddenly put protection mode on and grabbed Daniel's hand as I stared back at her.

Daniel flashed her a smile, but she looked scared by him. I scowled at her. She looked at our shared hands and her eyes widened in shock. Shaking off the scared look on her face, she went to speak but was interrupted by a dark-haired male with sharp angry eyes. Huh... He also looked just as familiar, but why??

Mira's POV

As I was looking at a display I heard the voice of a girl and turned to look as I blushed at the sight of the girl. She was really beautiful, she looked like a dream. She was posing playfully as she smiled at a short fat male. My eyes widened. She was friends with someone who looked like that?! I furrowed my brows before looking back at the girl. Why did she look so familiar to me? That pink hair.. I know I recognized that from somewhere.. 

After a couple of seconds, she noticed my presence and gave me a cold stare?! I was confused, what did I do? Shouldn't he be getting that look? Looking at the fat male with her I gave him a weird look as he gave me a weird look.. Is this guy retarded? I thought as I got creeped out immediately. Why wasn't she creeped out?! I thought to myself before hearing Zack.

Yoona's POV

"Mira- You waited long?" The male asked her.

"Oh, Zack," The girl said as she turned to him. ..Wait.. her name was Mira? and his name was Zack? Could it be.. that it was her Mira and Zack she knew from when she was a kid?? As the male turned to look at the two his eyes widened and his face flushed red as he glanced at the pink-haired female. It had been so long, that he hadn't recognized Yoona. It's been at least four years since he last saw her.

Zack's POV

As I met up with Mira I realized there were two other people here with her too. Furrowing my brows I turned to look at them as my eyes widened and my face flushed red. There was a beautiful pink-haired girl. He would never say any girl looked prettier than Mira.. But.. She was at the same level of looks as Mira. She had cute pouty lips, pink hair, and a thin hourglass body. She had on a red sundress with white summer shoes and a red pair of heart sunglasses. To Zack, she looked like a dream.

Yoona's POV

Zack blushed as he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly before glancing at Daniel and the looks he gave me suddenly vanished as he gave Daniel almost a look of disgust. "Who's this guy? You know him?"

"Nah.. Let's just go" Mira said as she grabbed a hold of Zack's arm, obviously trying to defuse the situation."Just a second, why's he smiling at you?" Zack asked as I rolled my eyes. So he's that type of guy who wants to have any type of a reason to pick a fight. I Thought myself as I glared at Zack. If I had to punch him to protect Daniel I will. "It's nothing.. Not this time again" Mira said sighing as my eyes widened. Again?! Ugh, of course, a hothead. All I wanted was to go eat with Daniel, why does him being a nice person automatically make Zack want to pound him? Does he want Daniel to be mean to her?

"Nothing?! Let me go for a sec" Zack said as he turned to Daniel. "Hey! How old are you?" He asked as Mira again tried to pull on Zack to defuse the situation she started. If she hadn't been being nosy as Daniel and I were spending time together, this wouldn't have happened. And it's not Daniel's fault, all he did was smile at her for fucks sake! If he's this jealous of a male smiling at her, then he must be way possessive of her. Not to mention, insecure. 

This couldn't be my Zack and Mira. My Zack was always nice, he'd always protect Johan from bullies. We both protected Johan from that. So there's no way this could be Zack. Right..? No, it's just a coincidence. 

"I said let's go!" Mira hissed. "Fif... Fifteen..." Daniel choked out nervously. (Making them fifteen because being 17 and being a freshman, doesn't make sense.

Zack grinned at his answer. "Same age! Hah" He smirked."Come on! Let's go!" Mira suddenly screamed with a hiss as she gripped him, attempting to pull him away. "Fine.." Zack muttered in defeat."You are damn lucky today, pal" Zack said looking back at him. "Don't be like that in public" Mira scolded. "I won't forget your face" Zack sneered. "Sorry.." Mira quickly apologized looking at me. 

I scoffed. If this really was her Zack and Mira, she was disappointed. She couldn't believe how much the two had changed if this was really them.

As they left I sighed before looking at the spot Daniel was in that was now empty! My eyes widened as I looked around for him. "Daniel!" I shouted as I ran forward. People were too in awe of my looks to look at me weirdly for me yelling for Daniel.

Daniel's POV

Catching up to the two I completely forgot about Yoona and felt guilty for leaving her. It's just, I wanted to be confident in front of these two! Glancing at them I smiled. "Let's try and clear up the misunderstanding. Shall we?" I asked. Looking cool I thought to myself.

How about the four of us having coffee?" I said as they went quiet. "Should we?" The guy stepped forward as I smiled. It's working!

Yoona's POV

"Zack don't! "Let go. I won't touch him" I heard as my eyes widened. That can only mean.. Daniel! "The four of us? Coffee?" I heard Zack say. Coffee? Daniel, no! This guy is nuts, you can't just ask them to go out for coffee!

"Y..Yeah!" I heard Daniel say as I tried to follow their voices to Daniel. As I found them my eyes widened, in slow motion Zack threw his fist towards Daniel. My eyes narrowed darkly as I leaped forward and caught Zack's wrist. His eyes widened as everyone else looked shocked and gasped. Then I looked into his eyes, my own widening. "Yoona?" Zack asked in shock. "Zack..?" Yoona was right.. This was her Zack and Mira, she was disappointed with the people they became.

I growled and punched Zack in the stomach. He gasped for air as he gripped his stomach. I clenched my fists and held a glare upon my face. It didn't matter to me that it was the Zack I knew and once called a friend. What mattered to me now was protecting Daniel.

As Zack laid on the floor staring up in shock at me I glared at him before grabbing him by the collar. "Don't you ever, and I mean EVER dare to touch him again, am I clear, Zack?" I hissed as Zack nodded. I scoffed and let go as Zack hit the ground again in pain. "Let's go, Danny," I said as I grabbed his hand and walked away. Everyone was in shock but began cheering for me as they laughed at Zack, recording him. I smirked as I flipped my hair.

Zack was enraged, screaming at the people who were recording. But most of all.. Zack was embarrassed that the girl he had been in love with for so long since he was a kid, looked like she hated him. The only thing that made me feel remotely better, was Mira comforting him.

"That was her.. Wasn't it?.." Mira asked in wonder, as she saw Yoona's retreating form. "It was Yoona.. Wasn't it?.." Mira asked again, Zack frowned and sighed. He closed his eyes, then opened them as he turned his head to the side, and watched as her figure disappeared into the streets.
"Yeah.. Yeah, that was Yoona.." The duo looked at each other sadly.

After walking for a while I heard Daniel start to sniffle as my eyes softened. "Daniel?" I asked softly, turning to him. "I-I'm sorry, I should have never gone after them.. I just wanted to be confident, and I thought he was being nice.." Daniel choked out in tears. I sighed as I bent down to his height and hugged him. "Danny.. It's okay, just stay away next time from guys like him, they're nothing but dangerous assholes who are bad news, and all they look for is to pick fights because they have nothing better to do with their time." Yoona stated bluntly. "So just be careful, okay?" "I'm not mad, just worried" Daniel nodded and hugged me. Wiping some of his tears away I sighed while I patted his head before standing up again. "C'mon, I still owe you that lunch date we had planned before that asshole" I smiled at Daniel. He smiled at me as he wiped away his tears and nodded. Grabbing his hand we went to find a place to eat.

"Wo-Woah! This place looks fancy.. Yoona you didn't have to take me here" Daniel says with a nervous look on his face. The place was high-class fancy. Something Daniel was not. Daniel came from a poor background. However, his new friend came from a high-class background.

"Nonsense, you're my new friend, and after what you just went through I wanted to spoil you." Yoona smiled as Daniel blushed. "Don't worry, it's all on me. I just want you to forget about what happened with that asshole" Yoona mumbled, she looked annoyed. In fact, Daniel has noticed ever since she saw Zack and Mira, just how angry she's looked. But Daniel didn't want to intrude on her personal life.

"U-Uh.. Did you know them?" He nervously asked, not wanting to upset the bubblegum pink-haired girl. She was currently looking at her menu when she hummed in response.

"Yes.. I didn't realize at first who they were, but then I slowly realized I knew exactly who they were.." She sighed as she put her menu down. "But yeah, I grew up with them at some point in my life.. But I haven't seen them in four years.."

Daniel's eyes widened in shock. "W-Woah four years? Geez... Well um, do you miss them?" Daniel asks curiously as a Waiter sets down a glass of water in front of the two. The waiter raises a brow at Daniel. You could just see from one look at the glasses-wearing marshmallow that he was low class.

Something the waiter noticed. The waiter glanced at Yoona, she was a regular so he knew who she was. He just didn't think Yoona's type was short, and chubby.

"Yes.. I miss them an awful lot.. But the people they've become.. It disappoints me. Mira was never the type of person to judge people, and how they look. And Zack was never the type to bully other people. He used to be a good person. But now they've both changed and in the worst ways.. Makes me sad.." Yoona mumbled with an upset look.

Daniel frowned, he felt bad. He felt that he ruined what could have been of their friendship. If only he hadn't gone to talk to them.. She'd be their friend, they would have reunited.. He thought with a sad look in his eyes.

"Daniel don't look so sad, it'll be okay. Besides, you showed me the people they are now, I can't thank you enough for that. I'd rather know the people they've become than be lied to." Yoona states as Daniel nods.

"Yeah.. Yeah, I guess you're right" Daniel smiled sadly. "I'm always right" Yoona jokes with a smile, as she and Daniel chuckle.

"So, what will be the order Ma'am?" The waiter asked, a pen and notebook in his hand as he looked annoyed that the two were talking, and ignoring him that entire time. He had a job to do. The two gave apologetic smiles as they said sorry. 

"I'll take the Caviar Oyster, covered in gold leaf, thanks" Yoona states with elegance, as she hands the waiter her menu. "For my drink, I'd like a Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosée" She stated, her sharp eyes glinting, from the gold that's on the ceiling of the restaurant. 

Her elbows are placed on the table, with her hands folded over each other, and her chin resting on her hands. The waiter nods, and he turns to Daniel who is spacing out.

Daniel's eyes practically bulged out of his head when he saw the prices for the food at this restaurant. Which made sense, it's a beautiful place with nothing but rich people. Daniel suddenly felt very out of place as he nervously gulped at the prices, his hands shaking a bit. 

He saw the price for the things Yoona ordered, and his eyes widened even more. 5,000 dollars??! Just for Caviar??! And 100 dollars just for wine?! Daniel was definitely not in the right place.

Yoona looked at him in concern. "Daniel, you okay?" She saw how nervous he looked, and how he was staring at the prices. She sighed. "Daniel it's okay, I'm paying for everything, remember?" Daniel looked up at Yoona's concerned face. "B-But.. It's so expensive.." he mumbled, as he glanced back at the menu. 

Everything on the menu was expensive and the lowest costing thing on there was 120 dollars! He couldn't afford to eat here! Hell, half of everything on the menu here was worth more than his own life. He was nervous and didn't want Yoona to spend so much money on him. But he knew he couldn't convince her otherwise.

"Daniel it's okay, please calm down," Yoona says as she holds a concerned look on her face, and places her hand on his shoulder to attempt to comfort him. "S-Sorry.. I just feel bad making you spend so much money on me.." he mumbles. 

"Don't worry about it, let's just enjoy this time together. I've got your back, and I'm going to pay for everything" Yoona reassured Daniel. She was worried he wouldn't order anything, and that he'd just watch her eat.

Luckily she convinced him to order, and he ordered the 120-dollar meal, wondering what it would taste like.

After the two talked for a couple of minutes, their food arrived. The waiter placed down Yoona's food first, then placed down Daniel's.

Daniel's: 

Daniel stared in awe at the food on his plate. It was so little, yet so expensive. And yet, it smelled amazing. The waiter comes back and places the wine on the table. Then takes his leave. Yoona grabs the bottle of wine, and pours some into her wine glass, then pours some into Daniel's as well.

Daniel looked nervous, he's never drunk alcohol before.. His mom would be mad at him.. But he wanted to seem cool in front of Yoona, so he took a sip. And immediately felt tipsy because he had a low tolerance since he barely tasted alcohol.

Yoona looked amused, as she eyed him. "You okay?" she called, taking a sip of her wine. Daniel nodded, feeling dizzy. He digs into his Filget Mignon. He savors the taste, it's amazing. He starts to drink more wine, with Yoona looking with concern at his frame of mind. 

Daniel isn't nervous anymore, he's just yammering on about random stuff, mostly about his old life before he moved here. Stuff he hadn't wanted to confess to Yoona while sober, but now that he was flat-out drunk, that was out the window. He ate while he talked.

He talked about Logan, he talked about how he was bullied by Logan and other kids. How they made fun of him, and how Logan forced him to be Pikachu, while making him say "Pika Pika!" he expressed how humiliated he was, and how he wanted to hurt Logan, the same way Logan hurt him. He wanted him to feel humiliated the way he felt his whole life.

Needless to say, Yoona wanted to commit mass genocide on this Logan, guy. And she hoped that asshole would pray to never set foot upon her, or he'll be dead before he knows it.

Suddenly somewhere in the world of Korea, Logan felt a shiver go up and down his spine. And he couldn't understand why.. But he was scared.

"You know.. You're really pretty!" Daniel babbles, causing Yoona to roll her eyes. She always got that compliment, but what she really wanted to hear was that he liked her for her kindness, or because of how smart she was. "But that's not why I like you, I like you cause you're nice!" Daniel confesses, causing Yoona to blush, with her heart thumping in her ears.

"R-Really?" Yoona asks, blush dusting her cheeks as she sips some of her wine. "Yeah! I really like how nice you are, but I was too embarrassed to say it before.. I wonder why it's so easy now.. Huh.." he shrugged and drank more from his glass as Yoona looked at him with a smile. She chuckled wholeheartedly.

The rest of the evening went on with Daniel drunkenly babbling to Yoona, as she hummed in response and listened to him, with an amused look on her face, along with a raised brow. She wondered if she should have not given Daniel any alcohol in the first place. But it was too late now.

She finished her meal, as she chuckled at Daniel. He was still babbling, but he started to come down from his high, slowly. "You okay?" Yoona asked as she watched Daniel drink some more wine. "Daniel sweetie, I think you've had enough wine, now," she says to him, he looks confused.

"no, no I'm okayyyyyyyyyy" he slurred as Yoona sighed. "You're lucky you're cute, or I wouldn't be putting up with this," She says as she leans her chin on her hand. She looks him over. Daniel blushes in response.

"T-Thanks" Somehow that was enough to make Daniel drink some water and become sober again. Not only did he realize later all the stuff he told Yoona, and had secondhand embarrassment.

After we ate I walked Daniel home. Then I called my crew, and I apologized for being late. I told them I had something I needed to take care of. Told them what had happened, and that Daniel needed to be protected. That he is now a part of the people Tiger Bite will protect.
