"Can this be true? The great Mother Nature comes to die?" The demon laughs.
"No... not to die. To fight." I move my sword.
"You fight? Hah!" The demon laughs.
"I will do what I must." I say.
Plants shoot up from the ground. I draw my sword. The demon charges. I charge. I slam my sword into his. I am as old as the earth itself. I am life. I am the creator of all the humans and the animals. I will not bow to fire, no more. He has taken my trust, my love, and my earth from me.
I push him back. I jump up and I shoot vines, and petal blades out of my sword. He dodges. I slam into his sword. I manage to disarm him. He growls at me. I slam my sword into his chest. I jump at what I did.
"Wow... damn chica. I had no idea."
He blasts me back. I slam into the ground. Ow. Ow. Ow. And for good measure ow. I watch as his wound heals itself. He breaks my sword. I wipe the blood off my face. I stand up. I reach my hand out. Plants shoot up and grab him.
"I may not be able to kill you with a sword but-" I move my hand.
A vine grabs his throat.
"I can stifle your breath." I say.
I step forward. He screeches in pain. I grip my fist. It tightens.
"You've caused enough trouble." I say.
"No... puedes denter... el fuego." He hisses.
"I can stop you." I point out.
He is not fire. He is an abomination of nature. I watch as his body cracks. He lets out another scream. I turn my head to save my eyes from the bright explosion, brighter than the sun.
