I removed both control pins. The earth began to shake. I stood up. I ripped the arrow out of me and pulled on the rope. The demons that hold it went flying. They probably will be knocked into space. I charged. I nailed Valentino to a wall. I'm surprised that the wall didn't shatter. I could destroy a wall with a single poke. I use clairvoyance to see the assassins and then I use mind control.

I use it on everyone, every demon surrounding us and every demon at the house. I watch them kill each other. They stab each other and rip each other's heads off. Soon the only ones left were me, Trooty, and Valentino. 

It's over. 

"Babe, it's never over as long as I'm breathing." Valentino smiled. 

I felt a bullet in my chest. Valentino shot me right in the stomach. Oh crap. The stomach is the most painful way to die. I drew back. I put one control pin back. I don't want to accidently blow up the entire world. I stood up. I still had the lanterns. Valentino approached me. I cough up blood. Even if my soul was to return to me, my wounds can't be healed.

Trooty stabbed him in the leg. Valentino shot her in the shoulder. A direct hit to the heart. I couldn't heal her after that. 

"Fuck. Well, I've always wondered what it would be like to get shot in the heart. Now I know." Trooty said. 

I push Valentino, a little harder than I anticipated. He broke a wall. I stagger over. 

"You're fucking done hurting me." I say. 

"So you can speak." Valentino coughed up blood. 

I approach him. He can't hurt me now. He's done fucking me. I have to get away from his evil hands. I have to be free. I take a gun. It's only fitting that he dies with a bullet. I point it at him. 

"If you're gonna do it, I suggest you hurry up." Valentino coughed. 

I couldn't. I should, but something's stopping me. Mom had always said not to use my power for evil. Does taking a horrible man's life count as evil? I hesitate so much Valentino grabs our souls and throws them into the fire. I see now that he is evil. So I take the shot.
