For the pack it was no big deal that Derek had a girlfriend, they knew he was very private about some things in his life, even if they are like a family to him. But the minute they found out he got engaged and she was making him very happy, they started their investigation.

At first it was only Stiles, but he somehow got Lydia and Scott into his plan and now everyone was into the whole investigation thing, beside Peter.

Peter found it very amusing to watch them try to find out who she was, since he already knew who Y/N was, just because he once walked in on the two lovebirds when she came back from a world tour.

It was Y/N's second day back in the four walls of her boyfriend's loft what was technically the first day for her, because the second she arrived at his loft she went straight to bed to sleep off the jet lag and sleepiness hours. The only time Y/N was sleeping was when she took ten minutes nap inbetween the recording, driving to the next performances and when the next act was performing.

After breakfast and a lot of cuddles, they started to goof around and enjoying the company of one another with having a dance off, only not noticed that there was a third person in the loft.

"Hello to you too, Derek, and who are you?", Peter questioned Y/N, confusion written on his face, just like hers.

"Wait, you don't know who she is?", Derek asked for his famous girlfriend, so it wouldn't sound arrogant when she would ask the same question.

"How should I know her, when you didn't introduced her to any of us?", Peter sassed back and walked into the loft after sliding the door closed.

Derek and Y/N shared a look, but followed him anyways to continue the conversation.

"I like your uncle", she whispered to him when Peter wasn't kidding not knowing the famous Y/N Y/L/N.

Peter was fine with not telling anyone, first of because he didn't care and secondly because it was funny to watch the young high schoolers trying to find out who Derek's fiancee is, since Eternity was one of Lydia's, Kira's and Allison's favourite girl group. It started to turn into a joke to Derek, Peter and Y/N, but ended up being a joke in the girl group, because they knew about the whole boyfriend and his 'family' dilemma.

Once Derek told her that the girls found it very sad that their favorite group wasn't coming to their town, only for Y/N and her band members giving Derek their merch to ease their sadness, but it raised only more questions for them.

"When will we finally meet your fiancee, you can't just leave us in the dark", Stiles nagged and sighed annoying, while Scott just shook his head.

Derek straight up ignored the Stilinski boy when he heard Y/N's voice on the phone of one of the girls.

"Who is that?", Derek joked around but tried to sound legit to them and peaked to see his beautiful fiancee hitting one of her famous high notes.

"You have to be kidding us, that is Y/N Y/L/N, the one in our favorite girl group, Eternity, she's awesome", Allison answered for the three of them and showed him the live video of the concert they were watching on her phone.

"We are very thankful for you guys to come out and see us live, really, it's really sad that we are taking a break", Rosemary, one of the members of the group, said into the mic after the second last song ended and looked over to Y/N.

"So our miss Y/L/N can plan her beautiful wedding we are happy help to organize and officially change her last name", Leona, another one of the members, continued Rosemary's sentence and smiled at her best friend.

Y/N screamed excited into the mic and jumped up and down with one of the dancers.

"It's my last concert as Y/N Y/L/N", she realized and tried to re-clip her small receiver that was connected to her ear buds.

"Not again, Y/N", Josie sighed as she helped her group member with her receiver, Y/N gave her some apologetic looks for doing it for the second time of the evening.

"Hey Derek, you're still with us?", Stiles snapped him out of his trance, who gave the young boy confused eyes.

Derek remembered his question again and answered shortly, but surprised everyone in the loft with it.

"Soon"

"Not gonna lie, I'm nervous, you know, more than when the girls and I changed our management in the middle of writing a new album", Y/N confessed to her fiance, not really looking up and walking circles in the decorated loft.

Y/N wanted everything to go as planned not to startle the teenagers and some of the parents that were involved in the family. It was a small gathering, there were some snacks here and there with soft music in the background and decoration all around the loft to make the place feel more homey to them and the engaged pair.

Not like his fiancee, Derek was relaxed, he knew how much the girls loved his girl and the boys were liking the band too in secret. There was no doubt that they would love her.

"They love you, Y/N, you have to calm down a little bit, how about a drink?", Derek reasoned with her and held her still by her waist.

She looked up and was welcomed by his admiring eyes. Y/N sighed heavily but agreed with him.

"Why don't you believe me? They will love you, your mom loves me, so why shouldn't they love you? You're a lovable person", Derek soothed her anxieties and made her a drink, while she watched every move he made.

"Of course I know they like me as Y/N Y/L/N from Eternity, but will they like me as a normal person and your fiancee is the question", Y/N reasoned with him, suddenly the door bell rang, making her scream out loud in fright and downed her drink as a confidence boost.

Derek chuckled while being on his way to open the door for Lydia, Kira and Stiles, after he made sure Y/N went back upstairs to surprise them after everyone arrived.

"Breath in and breath out, Y/N, it won't be that bad", Y/N thought to herself as she tried to stay silent in their shared bedroom. Downstairs the three teenagers asked Derek about his mystery fiancee.

"She's here, but we want to wait until everyone is here, yes, she decorated the place and Peter met her before", Derek answered every and each question, suddenly starting to feel nervous the more people walked in.

"Are you nervous?", Chris asked him perplexed, he expected everything when he heard about the small gathering, but definitely not a nervous Derek.

"I'm...", he was about to deny it, but then he remembered who he was talking to.

"A little bit"

Finally the last two people arrived after their shift, sheriff Stilinski and Melissa McCall, so Derek made his way upstairs to see if Y/N was ready to come down.

"How is my favourite girl doing?", he asked when he walked in on her finishing her jigsaw and closed the door behind himself.

"Freaking out"

"Would a hug and kisses help?", Derek asked again in softer voice, showing a different side of him again that only she saw.

"Yeah", she whispered as she stood up to hug the life sized teddy bear and sighed contentedly.

Derek wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her close, gently rubbing her arm. Despite the heaviness in her stomach, it fluttered at the feeling of her body pressed against his.

Y/N sunk into the warmth of his side, appreciative of the simple gesture. His touch made the room warmer somehow, her future within its walls seeming a little less bleak.

Y/N snuggled in, "You're the only person I know that gives indefinite hugs."

Derek snickered and gave her forehead a simple kiss.

"You'll be fine, I'm with you", Derek soothed her once again.

A few minutes later they broke the hug, only to find their lips for a soft, affectionate kiss.

"Okay, now or never", Y/N said feeling the confidence boost in herself and took Derek's hand in hers.

When they arrived at the staircase, Derek stopped her, gesturing his going first to announce her to the others. Y/N nodded and attempted to stay confident by dancing on the spot the best she could with her high heels. He chuckled and went downstairs, but not without a kiss.

Y/N tried to stay as silent as she could, knowing full well that some of them had super hearing, so she went through some lyrics of some of their songs, what always helped her calm down from moments like this.

Coming back to reality, she heard her fiance whistle downstairs as her signal to come downstairs.

Slowly, Y/N walked downstairs with her head down, so no one would recognize her. When she arrived at Derek's spot, he took her hand in his as she looked up through the pool of people that were standing all around the loft.

"Hi", Y/N greeted them nervously, but only seeing the shocked faces of the pack, who are slowly realizing what was going on.

"This is Y/N, probably knew that, and, uh, she's my fiancee", Derek attempted to get through the uncomfortable situation by saying things that the others already knew.

"Does she also know-", the sheriff started his question that was for Derek, but Y/N already knew what he meant by it and answered instead.

"That he is a werewolf and some of you are too? Yes, I know about it, the minute I met him I knew he was one"

Silent overcome the loft, Derek threw his arm around Y/N's shoulders and was waiting for the others to overcome their shock, just like Y/N.

"Wait, so the whole time Y/N Y/L/N was your girlfriend/ fiancee?", Y/N recognized him as Stiles, the inquisitive teenager and son of the sheriff.

Derek chuckled,"Yes, exactly".

Y/N kept her gaze at the three girls who are still too shocked to talk and were eyeing her. She tried to give them some space, by smiling at them and waving to them, instead of going over to them immediately.

"Also you don't need to introduce yourselves, I already know your names and who you exactly are", she tried to sooth the tension.

The girls nodded, barely able to speak. What wasn't a surprise, Y/N was a role model to them, like the rest of the girl group, and seeing her breathing and acting like a normal human being, live with their own eyes, was a shocking experience to them.

"How did you met Derek?", Melissa came forth, not really getting what the teenagers were getting through.

Of course she knew who Y/N was, but Melissa also knew that she was like every other human being doing her job like everyone else, fortunately for her it was something she loved to do and made her famous.

"My mother took him and his sister in after the fire since she was a werewolf too, two years before my audition", Y/N answered Melissa's question with a lovely smile on her face, calming down thanks to the older woman.

A few hours went by and everyone started to be friends with the thought of Y/N Y/L/N being Derek's fiancee. When they finally took a seat, they learned more about the woman that Derek loved. The teenagers in the pack have asked her so many questions about the group and how it is to be in a relationship on tour, while the others kept it low with their questions.

As the last one of the pack members walked out of the door, Derek and Y/N sighed tired.

"That went well, didn't it?", Y/N asked her fiance as he crawled into the bed and cuddled into his side.

"Better than I thought it will", he sighed contentedly and held his soon-to-be-wife in his arms.
