ʏ/N's POINT Of ᴠIEW
'While the sun is still up I think I'll go shopping with a group of friends. Yes! That's a great a idea-'.
"Heyyy, Y/N~." Hae Min cooed as she waved her hand around in my face. "Eh?" I responded sleepily. "Awee don't tell me you weren't listening.." Min pouted. "Sorry haha.." I guess I spaced off again, I giggled as Min patted the top of my head and grabbed my hand. "How 'bout we go get lunch then we can decide what to do?" She asked, "Sounds like a good idea." I smiled up at her as she pulled me along with her to the nearest cafe.

"Let's sit here, by the window," I suggested, Min nodded happily agreeing, " Okay. I love the view of the streets," she giggled. She seemed to be in a really good mood today. "Have you heard anything interesting lately?" She questioned out of nowhere. I could feel my palms start to sweat. " Uhm, pardon?" I say rather nervously. "Like anything juicy about you-know-who?" She smirked, raising an eyebrow. "Oh. Uh, no actually. The only thing I know is that-", I stopped in my tracks as she walked in the doors and went to get in the back of the ordering line. "Oh, well speak of the devil," Min giggled again. I gulped as my palms grew clammy, my anxiety getting out of hand. "Hey?" I called out "Hmmm?" Min replied, "Can we go shopping instead? I've been meaning to get some new clothes and such." I sit patiently awaiting a response. "Of course!~" Min practically danced in her sear and leapt up, running out of the store whilst I chased after her.
We both stood outside the glass doors of a nice, but fairly cheap looking clothing shop catching our breath. "Hey, how about we move on from this shop. The clothes don't seem too fashionable," Min huffed out in between each ragged breath. "I dunno, how about we give it a chance?" I retorted, sounding a little tired since I haven't eaten yet and the running almost completely drained me of any energy that I may have had today. "Ah okay-," She reluctantly agreed, leading the way through the glass doors of the shop.
As we walked in I could smell cheap perfume which made my nose crinkle out of instinct, it may not be pleasant but this shop still deserves at least a little attention since we're the only ones inside.
"Hey, let's start in the back corner." I suggest, Min nods her head as she follows me to the wall display. She begins to look through each article of clothing as a bag catches my eye. "Aw look it's so pretty," I beam as Min cringes at the bag, looking up at me, "are you sure, y/n/n? It's just a heart shaped bag. The leather isn't even real." She said, crushing my hopes just a little. "I'm one hundred percent sure. As a matter of fact I'm gonna buy it right now~," I chimed, skipping over to the counter, bag in hand, and set it down waiting for the clerk to ring it up. "Is this all miss?" The clerk asks. I nod as he places it in a paper shopping bag, setting it back on the counter. "That'll be 14,600 won." The clerk stated. I reached into my bag and pulled out the correct amount of money and paid the clerk. "Min ready to go?" I asked as I grabbed the paper shopping bag, turning on my heels to face her direction. "Yeah, nothing here is really worth buying." She said, and at that we left the store.
This time I decided to take the lead when we headed out down the sidewalk along the busy streets of Busan. Sad thing is that I have no idea where I'm going and I'm too scared to ask for help, so I'm just winging it using the street signs. "Hey, you I don't think we should be in this area.."Min pointed out, She must've noticed the big 'Question Mark!' look on my face because she sighed and explained that this is one of the not-so-safe back alleys of the city. 'Eh?! Why didn't you tell me sooner!" I practically whined at her, "I thought you said you knew the area!" Min shouted in a panicked manner. "Mmmmmm I'm sorryyy!" I cried out, "I'll buy candy to make up for my stupidity?~" I said as an offer to show my apologies to Min since this was obviously my fault. "Candy?" she asked, "No offence y/n/n, but candy? That's kinda pathetic," Min stated. Ouch there go my feelings. I love my best friend to death but sometimes she could be really mean, I always forgive her though 'cause that's what friends do, they forgive each other.

". . . ," Instead  of responding I stayed silent, it was best to just stay quiet anyways. "Ugh, let's just head back before we run into trouble," Min sighs in agitation as she grabs for my arm and drags me along behind her, like a mother does to her child after they've misbehaved in the grocery store. The whole walk back into town I must've been in my own little world because it seemed so much shorter than it was. Min led me back to the coffee shop and said she was going home for the night. We never walk home together, she says I wouldn't want to go to her home either. I wonder what the inside of her house looks like. It's strange that over the three years that we were friends she's never invited me over or even asked to come over or simply just to stay for the night. I never questioned her though since it really isn't any of my business. "Hmmmm maybe I should still buy her candy for all the trouble.." I mumble, not paying attention to the sidewalk or the passersby walking in the opposite direction. As soon as I look up to watch where I'm going I walk right into someone, knocking myself back a bit in the process. "Oh gosh, I'm so sorry-", I usher as the male interrupts me, "It's whatever. Just watch where you're going next time... stupid little kids..." the male umbled the last part and when I heard it I swear there was smoke coming from my ears a I slapped them out of pure anger. "What the fuck?" He swore at me, "ExcUuuSe me sir but I'm pretty smart and am NOT a little kid!" I yelled out at him a little too loud, attracting an uncomfy amount of attention from other people walking by.
