𝑽𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔 started to appear within human societies first. They were seen as strange scientific anomalies that were pried from their parents by scientists, who would conduct experiments to find out any information they could about the mutation.

𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒔 soon erupted throughout the world as the strange children soon began to break out; slaughtering the scientists that had entrapped them. Experimenting on them.

𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒆 the living hell that the mutant offspring had dragged the scientists through, they had approached their parents as if nothing had happened. It was as if they controlled their violent out bursts.

𝑫𝒖𝒆 to the amount of research that had gone into them, scientists needed to continue developing an idea of the strange evolution that had occurred. They were left just as confused as before, with only one conclusion.

𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝑽𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔; despite their differences to the fictional blood sucking creatures that one would read in a book.

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕, but because of their similarities, and scientist's bafflement, the name stuck.

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑽𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒍 like their human parents.

𝑽𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔
➥Vampires are humans with retractable, sharper canines that are made to pierce through human skin. They feed off of human blood, typically, yet have evolved to drink any blood; but their own.
➥They can be killed by heavy, brute force, starvation and the loss of blood.
➥They're sensitive to sunlight and prefer the dark.
➥They're also extremely quick, quiet and have heightened senses.
➥Their life expectancy, on average, is two hundred years, and their aging is slowed at roughly twenty years.
➥Unlike their fictional descriptions, these can reproduce with their own kind.
