These slots will be filled based on the quality of applications and how well the character fits the overall vibe of Daejin Academy. Keep in mind that once all 12 slots in each grade are filled, no more students can be accepted into that grade.

Each house at Daejin Academy will have 3 slots per grade, making a total of 9 slots per house. These slots are designed to ensure that each house has a balance of students from each grade, giving each house the chance to be diverse, competitive, and dynamic.

➜ NOTES

Character Personality: While you may have a house preference, your character should be be assigned to a house based on their personality traits and how they align with the core values of the house. The System Head (me) will make the final decision about house placements if necessary.

Grade Selection: When applying, make sure you choose the correct grade for your character based on their age. You may be required to provide specific information to help with this process.

➜ HOW TO APPLY FOR SLOTS

•Submit Your Character Form: As soon as you complete your character form, submit it to the application portal. Each grade and house has a limited number of slots, so the sooner you apply, the better your chances of securing a spot.

•Confirmation of Slot: After review, you will be notified of your acceptance into your chosen grade and house. If needed, you will receive feedback on any changes or adjustments.

•Slot Finalization: Once all the slots for a particular grade or house are filled, no further applications for that grade/house will be accepted. The slots will be closed, and we'll proceed with assignments for remaining applications.

➜ HOUSELEADER ELECTIONS

The House Leader role is not assigned to a specific slot but will be determined by a voting system on Discord. After the characters are placed into their houses, each house will have the opportunity to vote for their leader. The leader will be chosen by the house members through a fair and democratic process. Make sure to actively participate in your house discussions if you want to take part in the election!

First-Come, First-Served: While your application will be carefully reviewed, slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply as soon as possible to secure your spot in your preferred house and grade.

Adjustments May Be Made: The System Head reserves the right to make changes to house and grade assignments if the balance of the academy needs adjustment.
