"Ikaris! How does it feel to know that you're no longer mother's favorite?" I smirked patting him on the back and Sersi stifled a laugh.

"Vena, I am this close to throwing you off a building if you don't shut up. And do you seriously have to get all dressed up?" Ikaris scoffed and I kicked his shin. "Stilettos, Vena! Stilettos!"

"It's called enhancing your already good looks and being confident, Ikaris. You should try it sometime." I shrugged and looked at him up and down. "On second thought, maybe not. You'd never pull it off."

"Have you seen Kingo's movies, Vena?" Sersi asked pulling me away from Ikaris.

"Who do you think he takes to the premiers? I've been his date since the first one!"

"Hello, I am Karun Patel, Kingo's valet. Its truly an honor to be in the
presence of the great Eternals."

"Karun! I missed you!"

"Miss Vena, it's an honor to see you again." Karun smiled and I pulled him into a tight hug.

"It's my friends from college and my favorite date! Looking as amazing as ever, Aphrodite."

"And it's my favorite Bollywood star!" I yelled back as Kingo picked me up and spun me around.

"Perfect timing! Welcome to the set of 'Shandaar Dastaane Ikaris'. I am playing you." Kingo told Ikaris with a huge grin. "Do you like the costume? Druig said that the one I did of him was tacky."

"It was missing sass, Kingo. You know you can't embody Druig without the sass pouring off his veins."

"We need to talk." Ikaris butted once Kingo put me down.

"Tell the director I have notes for him."

"We need to talk in private." Sprite said pointing to Karun.

"Oh Karun, he's worked for me for 50 years. I trust him completely. Actually, when we first met, he thought I was a Vampire, and he tried to stake me through the heart." Kingo shrugged walking towards his tent with an arm around me. "I was thinking for this premiere, you and I should match! We could wear some blue and black-"

"Kingo! This is important." I said pushing him away and he frowned. "Deviants are back... Ajak's dead."

"D-deviants?"

"We don't know how many there are. You need to come with us." Ikaris said placing a hand on his shoulder.

Kingo turned to me with tears pricking his eyes and I nodded softly holding his hand.

"I can't just go... I mean, all these people depend on me. We just started shooting this movie. It's first of a trilogy! We just got BTS to do a cameo and everything!"

"Kingo... Your family needs you. I need you." I whispered wiping his stray tears. "Crying ruins the makeup and you look amazing."

"Sir, may I say something?" Karun asked and Kingo shook his head. "I think you should go."

"I told you not to say anything." He muttered still not looking up.

"Life offers no greater duty
than to protect one's family. Remember? It's your favourite line from The Shadow Warrior 2 - Voyage of time."

"And my favorite one, if memory serves me right." I added and pulled him into a hug. "We're getting everyone, Kingo. And I mean everyone."

"I'm doing this because you asked me to, not because Deviants are back." Kingo whispered and I chuckled.

"I'd expect nothing less."

"Where are we going, Vena?"

"Australia to pick up Mom and Dad. Then we get Druig in the Amazons... He'll be the hardest to convince, so all of you need to hop off his ass and let me talk to him. His reasons for leaving are much more complicated than any of you would care to understand."

"Vena... Can we talk?" Ikaris asked handing me a drink and I shook my head boiling it until the glass cracked.

"You told me that I broke this family and tried to kill me... twice. When you knew that the thing I value the most is my family. What do you think that does to someone? Every day, I tear myself apart because of what you said. And you? You sit there traveling the world, drinking piña coladas while I cry myself to sleep most nights missing all of you." I scoffed not turning to face him.

"Vena-"

"7000 years I worked for your approval, Ikaris. I busted my ass for something I never got. And what do I get in return? Two near death experiences and a broken family."

"Vena-"

"But what do I know? I'm just the annoying little sister who never knew when to shut up. Who's only job was to sit still and look pretty while big brother Ikaris fought the bad guys." I wiped my tears bitterly and laughed. "I needed my big brother, Ikaris. Not Druig, not Thena... But you. I needed you to tell me that you were proud of me at least once! Because everything I did was to please you."

"Vena, I am proud of you. I always have been. Look... Those two days, I was angry and I took it out on you and it wasn't fair." Ikaris tried to grab my hand but I flinched making him stop in his tracks. "I'm sorry I hurt you, little sister. I truly am."

"I smell bullshit." I sung out and he groaned.

"Why are you like this, Vena?"

"Forgive me, your Highness. You want me to build you a throne and kiss your feet while someone else feeds you grapes?" I scoffed and broke the glass and his as well. "Haven't had sex in years, phone sex won't do, the world may be ending, the wall on my mind broke, and I'm stuck in a private jet with you. Forgive me if I'm on edge, your Majesty. But go off."

"Vena, I truly am sorry." Ikaris begged and I shook my head.

"It still doesn't fix anything, Ikaris. The damage is already done... Why don't you go fly into the sun and leave me alone? You'd be doing me a huge favor." I muttered and he sighed walking away from the bar and Kingo took his place.

"Want to talk about it?" He asked handing me a new drink which I gladly took.

"What's there to talk about? I broke this family. Should've let Ajak reset me when she had the chance, could've avoided all of this." I shrugged.

"But then Druig would beat himself up for the rest of his eternity and we'd never forgive ourselves for letting your memories be erased. You wouldn't remember us, but we would remember you. Your husband, parents, brothers and sisters would've remembered you but you wouldn't remember them."

"Kingo-"

"You didn't break this family, Vena. Neither did Druig. We... We were broken from the start." He sighed and I rested my head on his shoulder. "We all had a part in it, not just you. We were selfish and arrogant to what the others were feeling. All I know is that the day we split, after the boss almost killed you, was when I realized that without you, this family would've dissolved into chaos the first five years of arriving."

"I tried so hard to keep us together, Kingo. It broke my heart whenever I saw Druig and Ikaris at each other's throats, or Ikaris yelling at one of you for not being quick enough to stop a Deviant." I choked out and Kingo pulled me into a hug. "God, sometimes I hate that my powers allow me to feel other people's emotions."

"You have the best powers of them all and yet you barely use it, Aphrodite. Stop trying to fix other people and work on fixing yourself. Stop fixing what can't be fixed and fix what's worth mending." Kingo said and I nodded. "I'm making a film about us, you want to shoot now?"

"Better now than later." I laughed pulling away and wiped my tears. "How do I look?"

"Like a goddess. Karun, start shooting."

"Rolling, sir." Karun smiled holding up his camera and gave me a thumbs up.

"Vena, aka Aphrodite, Hathor and Venus. Goddess of love, beauty and victory. The glue that hold the Eternals together. Wife of Druig, aka Adonis the mortal, Ares and Mars, god of war, and the bastard of the bunch... That's right. Every time you see a sculpture of Aphrodite or The Birth of Venus by Botticelli, take a guess of who those artworks were inspired and sculpted after. Vena, tell us a little about yourself." Kingo introduced and I laughed. "She has the most badass powers in the world!"

"Well... I have complete control over the four elements. With air, I can cause tornadoes or constrict the air in one's lungs. With fire, I can shoot fire from my hands as well as heat pretty much anything without having to touch them. With earth, I can cause earthquakes and also grow pretty much anything. And with water, I can manipulate bodies of water, as well as manipulate someone's blood to do whatever I want."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tell them about your hidden powers!" Kingo exclaimed excitedly and I sighed.

"I can also feel and manipulate's someone's emotions. I can't replace them, I can only work with what's already there. It's basically the power to sense, inspire, and control one's emotions... Most times, whenever a person is near me, whatever they are feeling can be amplified and I don't even have to do anything."

"Which is why you don't get on her bad side, unless you're Ikaris. And if you do, either beware of her or her husband who is the second most terrifying person I've ever met. Together, they'll make you regret you were ever born with just one glare." Kingo butted and gestured for Karun to stop recording. "That was beautiful, Vena! The camera loves you!"

"I think it loves you way more than it does me, Kingo."
