Dean buckled august into her car seat before closing the door and going around the impala, getting into the drivers seat beside Sam who was already sitting in the passenger seat.

August looked out her window as dean pulled the impala out of the parking lot.

Once they got to the mall, they all needed to get new clothes, as everyone, especially Sam, was growing out of their clothes, August realized she had forgotten her hearing aids back at the motel, but she didn't say anything about it, she figured everything would be fine.

Dean held his hand out to August as they came around the impala. August smiled and took Deans hand, then she took Sams hand with her other one.

She made a noise of excitement as she looked up at Sam and Dean. The brothers looked at each other, knowing good and well what she wanted them to do.

They both then swung her up making her laugh.

The brothers continued to do it until they got into the store.

After about five minutes of walking around, and picking up a few clothes at one of the many stores, august was now walking behind Sam and Dean. Dean looked back at August, keeping a close eye on her.

August danced in her spot as she was very excited for no in particular reason, she was just a hyper and energetic kid.

She started walking around some of the racks of clothes as Sam and Dean were arguing about something stupid. August smiled and started pushing through the clothes.

After five minutes, Sam and Dean finally stopped fighting. Dean turned around, his eyes automatically going to land on August, but he didn't see her.

"August?" He asked, making Sam look back at him, then he looked around for the little girl, but of course he didn't see her.

"August!" Dean called out, looking around, making the people around look at him.

"Where did she go?" Sam asked.

"I don't know, Sam! You go that way!" Dean said, gesturing to the opposite way of where he was going.

Sam quickly went that way and Dean went the other way.

August found her way out of the clothes, and started skipping around, all she could hear was very quiet chatter around her as she was headed towards the exit of the store, where all the other stores were.

Sam rushed down a bunch of isles, calling out for August.

"Auggie!" He called out. "August, come on, sweetheart!"

Dean rushed around the store, asking people if they had seen a little girl with curly brown hair, wearing jeans, a long sleeve shirt, a short sleeve shirt over it, and pink shoes with Velcro straps.

It was a very specific description, so if they did see her, they couldn't deny it being August, but unfortunately, they all said no, so Dean kept running around, looking for the little girl.

August walked through the mall, looking around at how big the building was. She saw a pet store and she gasped excitedly, she then ran over to the store and went in.

"August Jude, this isn't funny!" Dean called out.

"Dean, we've looked everywhere. I don't think shes in this store anymore." Sam told his brother.

Dean sighed.

"Come on." He brushed past his brother and headed towards the exit.

August giggled as she looked at the lizards and turtles in the reptile section of the store, she then headed towards the fish.

She didn't notice the eyes on her from the employees around the store, she was just excited and happy.

Sam and Dean rushed through the mall until Sam saw a store he knew August would never resist going into. It was the pet store.

"Dean." Sam hit his brothers arm.

Dean looked over at him, then followed his eyes to the pet store.

Dean glanced back at his brother just before they headed towards it. They came in and immediately went up to the counter.

"Hey, hi— have you seen a little girl, curly brown hair, —"

"About five or six?" The lady asked him.

"Yes! Yes, that's my daughter, she wondered off and we're trying to find her." Dean told her.

"She left not even five minutes ago. She was very excited, wherever she was headed next." The woman chuckled.

"Yeah, that's Auggie." Dean sighed. "Did you see which way she went?"

"She was headed left."

"Okay, great! Thank you so much!" Dean thanked her just before the brothers rushed back out of the store, going left.

August walked by the wall, running her hand along it until she saw another store, a clothes store, she went into it without hesitation.

She enjoyed exploring.

Sam and Dean walked down the big hallway of the mall, going towards the stores.

"Which one do you think she went to?" Sam asked his brother.

"I don't know, let's split up." Dean said, going towards a music store.

Sam nodded, and went towards a clothing store.

Dean walked into the store and started looking around for the little girl.

Sam walked into the clothing store and started looking around, looking over everyone since he easily could.

His eyes then landed on curly brown haired girl, he knew immediately it was August.

"August!" He called out for her as he pushed past people, trying to get to her. "August!"

August couldn't hear Sam calling for her, she just kept walking, dodging small crowds of people.

"Auggie!" Sam yelled as he finally pushed out of the crowd.

August didn't turn as Sam ran to her, and picked her up. August gasped at the sudden movement, but she calmed down when she saw it was Sam.

"Don't run off like that! You know better!" Sam scolded her.

August frowned and put her fist against her chest, moving it in a circular motion, apologizing.

"Come on, we gotta find dean." Sam said, fixing the girl on his hip.

Dean came out of the music store just as Sam came out of the store with August. Dean let out a huge breath of relief, rushing to them.

"August Jude, you know better than to run off like that!" He scolded her as Sam gave her to him.

August again, put her fist to her chest, moving it in a circular motion, saying sorry to Dean.

"Its okay, but you can't do that, what if something happened to you?" Dean pushed a curl behind her ear.

"I'm sorry, daddy." August pushed her lower lip out.

"It's okay, but where are you hearing aids?"

"Home." August said.

"Why did you leave them, Auggie?" Sam asked her.

"No! Forgot!" She shook her head.

"Babe, why didn't you say anything?" Dean asked her.

"No big deal." August shrugged a shoulder.

Sam and Dean couldn't help but smile and let out small laughs, August tilted her head.

"What?" She asked.

"Nothing." Dean shook his head a little. "I love you." He kissed her cheek making her giggle.

"Love you, daddy." She giggled. "Love Sammy, too!" She held her hand out towards Sam.

Sam smiled and chuckled, taking her hand.

Dean chuckled, shaking his head a little.
