I walk through the village with Zhang Lu. People were mobbing us, or more specifically me. I could barely move a foot through the sea of people.

"Please help us!" One yelled.

"Kill the demons!"

"Stop the fire!"

I was getting overwhelmed. I kept telling everyone that I'll try my best. I had already sent a message to the king. Chio eventually grabbed my hand.

"Leave him alone!" He yelled.

Silence fell.

"He's doing his best. He's a hero of course he can stop the fire!" He said.

Everyone cleared.

"Thanks." I whisper.

"Little cyclops, can you walk with us?" He asked.

"Yeah!" Chio yelled.

We walked on. Chio's hand felt as smooth as carved jade. He starred at me.

"Did it hurt?" Chio asked.

"Did what hurt?" I asked.

He points to my arm.

"Not really. If you are strong, the pain won't flash through your body." I say.

"I'm always strong."

"You're a cyclops after all. What abilities do you have?"

He created a ball of snow. He threw it at the ground. He created a little dagger.

"Impressive." I show him my sword.

I gently kneeled and Chio moved his hand around the blade. I spiraled it around me when he was done touching it. He started kicking around in the snow. I smile. He had a fighting spirit that reflected my great grandfather. Soon I see a bird flying. It wasn't just any bird it was a messenger from the king. It landed onto my shoulder. I took the message. I glanced at it back and forth.

"What does it say?" Chio asked.

I didn't answer. Instead, I ran. I ran fat to the river edge.
