"bean get tf off my couch bro" maddy making me look up at her.

"girl don't be talking to my son like that" i said to my best friend and roommate.

"well ain't finna scratch up my new couch. i just bought that" she said making me shake my head and laugh.

"ugh i don't wanna go to practice" i whined as i grabbed my basketball book sack.

"me either im tired" maddy said. after feeding bean we headed to the arena unfortunately lol.

but after tearing my acl i am super grateful and even if i do be exhausted im grateful to be back on the court for.

once we got there we walked into the locker room where the girls were talking about random things and hannah and liatu was making a tiktok.

"omg hi guys" kk said making us giggle.

"lol hey kk even tho you just saw us yesterday" i said.

"and f*** you" cass said coming through the door and she aggressively ended the phone call.

"girl who was that you done cussed out ?" i asked.

"bro he freaking make me mad. just be doing dumb stuff im finna cut him off and get me a new nigga" she said.

"d*** what he to do you this time ?" maddy asked.

"went to a party and this girl was all up on him and everything. but if i did that i would be wrong tho right ?" she said making me shake my head.

"time for a new man bookie" i said.

"omg hi livvy" hannah said wrapping her arms around my waist making me look back at her and laugh.

"hey grace lol. took you long enough to come talk to me with your clingy funny acting a**" i said as she laughed.

"okay first of all i was finishing my tiktok & second of all im not funny acting" she said.

"the way you're happy 24/7 is amazing but like why ?" kylee asked.

"because im alive and well why be mad all the time ?" she asked back sassily.

"lol ky don't p*ss my girl off lol. im grateful cus i can't stand nb who mad all the time" i said.

"p*ssy ahh" hannah mumbled making us laugh.

"im so weak" liza said as she slapped her leg her face turning red.

"dang i was just asking a question you ain't have to come for me like that" kylee said rolling her eyes.

"hannah you're funny" sonni said lowly as she giggled.

"cus don't make me mad. lemme be happy" she said walking to her locker.

"aww we love the way you beam everyday" i said with a little laugh.

"don't tickle me" liatu said shaking her head.

she stared at us and shook her head. the way her mood changed so quick lol.

"cheer up i'll buy you your fav starbucks drink after practice if you smile" i said making her show her pearly white teeth.

"ahh see that's better" i said giggling.

"cass let's get it together we not going out sad bout no nigga" kk said shaking her head.

"and the fact that you took him back after he cheated on you tell you everything you need to know. if he cheated on you 1 time he not gone change" i said.

"lame ahh nigga" she mumbled.

i jumped on liv's bed making her look at me with a blank stare.

"hi livvy" i said with a smile.

"i swear you act like a bada** kid grace" she said shaking her head.

"and ?? you love me" i said making her laugh and shake her head.

"yeah unfortunately" she said making me gasp and mug her.

"lol im kidding relax" she said laughing.

"it's not funny" i said rolling my eyes.

"wyd ?" i asked.

"nothing just chillin rn. i done messed around and drank coffee so now i can't gts" she said and i nodded.

"omg i cannot wait for my birthday. im finna not be a teen anymore" i said making her look over at me.

"yeah and you still not gone be grown so don't even play with me" she said making me smack my lips.

"i been grown since i turned 18, thank you very much" i said.

"yeah and try anything and im whooping yo a**" she said.

i looked down and smiled rubbing my hand against her thighs. she looked at me and shook her head.

"what ? i can't help myself" i said giggling.

"ouu you wanna see what outfit im doing for my birthday photoshoot ?" i asked and she nodded.

i pulled it up and showed her my phone. she looked at me and took my phone.

"lol grace you not wearing ts" she said making my smile drop.

"why not ? it's so cute and i think i would look so good in it" i argued.

"yeah you would look so beautiful, but again your not grown. ionc about nothing about no 2 & 0 you not wearing it" she said.

"wtv i already ordered it & my photographer already putting it together for me" i said.

"fast a**" she mumbled.

"im not even fast. im gonna be 20 years old that's a big deal livvy" i said.

"yeah and your still not grown. and maybe just maybe if you were turning 21 then yeah" she said.

"every since you turned 22 you think you tf allat and a bag of chips" i said making her laugh.

"girl boo whatever" she said laughing. i got up and she pulled me back down putting me on her lap.

"you're so cute all mad and stuff" she said making me giggle.

"im not even mad your just mean" i said. i stared at her shoulders and saw my bite marks making me chuckle.

"yeah yo ahh got a biting problem" she said.

"hey its a habit don't dtm" i said. i laid my head on her chest and sighed.

"wanna go get food ?" she asked rubbing my back.

"mhmm" i mumbled.

"okay well you gotta get off me boo" she said making me giggle.

"oh right" i said getting up. i grabbed my phone and put on my slides and jacket and headed to her car.

"where's maddy ?" i asked.

"girl maddy be out and about doing any and everything" liv said making me laugh.

i looked at her and put her hand in mine. the way she look when she all focused and stuff is chefs kisses lol.

"why you smiling ?" i asked.

"ionk your cute" she said making me giggle and blush.

"thank you livvy" i said.

a few minutes later we pulled up to chic-fil-a and she ordered. thank God lol cus i be so nervous when it comes to ordering.

ngl im confused on how i feel cus when im around liv get all nervous and the butterflies in my stomach be going crazy.
