(also ik nobody really tends to read my spam but like i'm having a breakdown rn and need to let it out somehow oops)

so...

my current cycle started 36 days ago and in the last 9-ish months (since i've been tracking it w an app) my period has always started between day 30-32. i seriously haven't gotten my period yet and i'm freaking out over it. it's been like five days!!!!!!!!

in the month since my last period ended i've done like 1 sexual thing (after my predicted ovulation dates too, like three days before my period was supposed to start) and it didn't involve anything near my vagina so i seriously don't think it's a pregnancy but i am a huge hypochondriac and getting pregnant would ruin my life and even thinking about getting sick gives me insomnia for days and meltdowns and causes me to spend six hours on google
- so yeah i'm super freaked out.

my period after it became mostly regular has never been this irregular and i've just spent the entire day on google looking for solutions and it isn't helping. what's going on doesn't line up with anything google says other than pregnancy because it's the only one where i wouldn't have any symptoms other than usual pms stuff.

the funny thing is too that a week before my period i typically have at least one dumb meltdown over something, i feel weaker, my boobs get sore, i feel bloated, etc. and it all happened!!! like i've had every indication of my period BUT my actual period and ig i finally cried over it today.

i seriously doubt it could be pregnancy but it's still not coming and i don't know what i'm going to do like i'm at a five week cycle rn and next week is when it technically becomes a missed period and missed periods are a sign if pregnancy and i know i can't be pregnant but oh my god my period just isn't coming i've trued eating and doing basically everything that google says will help.

so like if i don't come back on here for nine months just assume i now have a family i guess ❤️
