Skull woke up to light in their face, and yawned, then looked over at Vanilla's nest, but it was unusually empty. Skull quickly sat up, then looked around, until their gaze stopped at a silhouette at the cliff of the den, looking down. Skull softened their gaze, then padded up to her, sitting not too distantly away, trying to give her a welcoming conversation starter. "Good morning, how was your night?" There was no reply, was she upset? Skull inched closer to see what she was seeing, it was a huge pack of wolves running through the forest. Vanilla looked really concentrated, to Skull's surprise. Vanilla turned her head, she looked like she was sad and angry at the same time. "You.." Skull tilted their head, their tail stopped moving and stood still, was there something wrong? "You're a fox...aren't you..?" Skull looked in shock, though it was hidden by the deer mask they wore, how did she know? "Well, I suppose I am." Skull laughed it off, but Vanilla had the same expression planted across her face. "Wolves aren't allowed to be around foxes." She said, a stone cold glare. Surprise hit Skull like hail, what  was she talking about? "Says who?" Skull changed their expression to more of a questioning look, still half shocked although. Vanilla turned back to the wild pack running through, and stood up, looking back at Skull. "I...I have to go.." Before Skull could reply, Vanilla leaped out of the cave, and made her way down the cliff, where the wolves were, and sat by a large grey wolf with crystal clear blue eyes. Skull's gaze hardened, until they got an idea. If she wants to leave, then so be it. Skull padded to the other side of the cave, picking up a small leather belt with pouches to both sides of it with their jaw, then changed their gaze to a determined glare. I'll just have to prove to her pack that foxes deserve a chance. Skull picked up their pace out of the cave, quickly sprinting to catch up behind the giant wolf pack. I just have to make sure I don't get caught..
