All My Children.
Morgana stood behind the bar in the Grey Room swapping a brandy class clean as Dorian wiped a brown cloth over the surface of the counter.
The old Victorian grandfather clock dinged at the stroke of 12:30.
"See you Monday, Dorian." The Morningstar said setting the glass down before jumping over the counter and made her way to the stairs with a black cat padding behind her.
"Hm, try not to get killed by the Original Mama." He replied as she smirked.
She laughed as she came to the top of the stairs and strolled into the corridor. She halted as Lillith stepped out of the shadows.
"Mother." Morgana greeted.
"Daughter," Lillith smiled "It's time I present the hordes of Hell before you."
The Morningstar raised an eyebrow.
"Where's the Queen?" Asmodeus questioned as Lillith entered the Academy's grand hall.
"She'll turn up." Lillith said "But I've brought someone better."
"Who?" The third plague king inquired.
"She means me." They looked to see Morgana strutting in.
"May I reintroduce Lucifer's first born, Morgana Morningstar." Lillith smiled.
"The rightful Queen." Beelzebub breathed.
Caliban strided from behind the three kings and stood before the second eldest Morningstar. His eyes racked her form.
"So, your the one I should be competing against, instead of princess." He smirked.
"Hm," she leaned forward "And if you were, I rather rip you limb from limb, blood, screaming, death and I win."
Caliban jerked his head and upper body away from her before hastily smirking as he backed away keeping eye contact.
Lillith looked to and from the clay prince and her daughter. Klaus Mikaelson had been rubbing off her child and the demoness wasn't sure if she liked that or not.
"You brought them all here?" Sabrina questioned as she entered in between the two demonesses.
"Now everyone knows that you, Sabrina, are queen of Hell." Lillith revealed.
"By Infernal law, we hereby declare that the next contest of the Unholy Regalia shall commence." Beelzebub declared holding his arms out "The young Morningstar and her challenger, Caliban, must seek and retrieve the second of the most unholy artefacts.....Pontius Pilate's bowel."
"What do you say, princess?" Caliban inquired "Ready for round two?"
"Sorry, but I can't." Morgana and Lillith turned to face Sabrina sharply at the same time "Not right now."
"Sabrina, by not accepting the challenge, you threatening the very existence of your coven." Morgana warned.
"Your friends and family. And you know why?" Lillith questioned before the young Morningstar turned to face the older one.
"The balance of the cosmos has tipped. The arrival of the pagans, your coven's loss of power. It's all a direct result of your refusal to claim, obviously, the throne." Morgana's body swayed sinisterly "Don't you see Sabrina? All of this....suffering, it's your fault."
"That's not...ture." Sabrina said facing her sister.
"It is..." Lillith revealed "but if you can recover Unholy Regalia, you....stand a chance of replenishing your coven's weakened energies."
"Bu-"
"Sabrina," Zelda began "The coven is your Alpha and Omega right now. So as loathe as I am to agree with Lillith and Morgana, you must do your duty and win. Not just for yourself but for all of us. Go before the pagans arrive."
Sabrina took a deep breath before facing the hordes "Challenge accepted!"
The kings cackled before they disappeared in black smoke.
Morgana pulled up in front of the Grill smoothly. She slickly slid out of the alpine before heading for the door.
Kol, Alvaro and Klaus sat at the bar drinking their way though the liquor supplies.
Alvaro leaned on his forarm as it rested of the surface. A shot glass of whiskey was held lazily by his other hand as Kol pointed his finger at the door as it opened.
"I remember her from last night." The younger Mikaelson smirked.
"Hm, she's a stunning creature." Alvaro grinned as they watched the Morningstar enter coolly.
"Morgana is too smart to be swayed by you, Alvaro." Klaus informed smirking cockly.
"Oh," he breathed as his eyes remained fixated on the woman "I think it's the other way round."
Kol turned to look at him with furrowed brows as Klaus glanced at him.
"Morgana!" The Hybrid called as she nearly past their way.
The Morningstar caught his eye and smiled before walking towards the trio with a black feline following.
"Klaus," Morgana greeted.
"Care to join us?" The elder Mikaelson questioned as brown eyes flickered to the cat in interest while Kol held up his glass invitingly.
"Can't I'm afraid," Morgana said "I've got things to attend."
"What's with the cat?" Kol questioned as yellow eyes connected with his before hissing at the Original.
Alvaro snorted as Kol reclined his head away from the creature.
"Floki is what's known as a familiar." Morgana chuckled as the cat hissed at Kol before rubbing it's back against Klaus's leg.
"Speaking of Greendale drama," Klaus spoke "Is your father still..."
"Yes. But in times like these."
"Huh?" Alvaro raised an eyebrow in inquiry.
"What's happened?" The youngest Mikaelson questioned "There's a change in....air. Since I was last daggered."
"The balance is off in Hell," Morgana explained "And since it's off in Hell, it's off on Earth and in heaven. It's basic cosmology."
She looked from Kol to Klaus as Kol sat confused and Alvaro intrigued before walking away from them.
"Isn't she astonishing." Alvaro smirked watching her go.
"Alvaro, you may have many people and infernals shivering before you but her father will not be one of them," Klaus warned.
Kol raised an eyebrow "What?"
"If last night's show didn't show, Morgana's not your normal Satanic witch."
Alvaro hmed before getting up and walking away from his brothers.
"Satanic?" Kol's voice faded into the background.
Morgana slipped down on to the stool as Floki hopped on the counter and curled up into a ball in front of the stoll next to the Morningstar.
"Two of your finest scotches and a bowl of milk please, and make it on me." Alvaro smoothly sat next to Morgana.
The Morningstar raised an eyebrow at the Mikaelson as the bowl was placed on the surface and Floki raised his head as the sent of milk entered his nostrils.
The black fluffy cat rose to it's feet and stepped towards the bowl before sticking his tongue into the white liquid. Floki's yellow eyes widened before closing as he began to gulp it all down.
"You again," she greeted as he smirked.
"Me," he ran his eyes over her curly hair "so satanic witch, huh? I've heard of them, but never met one-" he picked up her hand and bended forwards "It's a pleasure to meet you and I'm honoured your the first satanic witch I meet."
Morgana arched her other eyebrow before she smirked teasingly as she leaned towards him, so that their noses were almost touching "I'm not your normal satanic witch, Alvaro."
His eyes sparkled. He loved the way his name rolled off her tongue.
"Oh," his strong British accent licked her ears "I know. But how? Are you stronger, more wise or are you a hybrid?"
Morgana leaned back as they drinks were sat in front of them "You're close, I'll give you that. Why so curious?"
"Curious? Intrigued." He corrected "So you're a hybrid?"
"In a way, but also no." She smirked "But I'll leave you to connect the dots."
Alvaro chuckled "I intend to, so what's been going on in life, since I was daggered?"
"When were you daggered?"
"Late 30s,"
She grinned as her eyebrows arched "You were around in the thirties?"
"Aye," he grinned nodding "The time after world war one. You know, everyone was to busy with the war to notice a few million royal mail trains getting robbed."
"Wait," she rested her arm on the counter as Floki rubbed his head against Alvaro's arm constantly "You were behind the Great Train Robberys?"
A smile grazed his face as he began to run his fingers through Floki's fur "You've heard of it?"
She grinned amazed "It's one of history's greatest mysteries, along with Jack The Ripper and Spring Heeled Jack."
Alvaro's eyes sparkled mischievous at the mention of the two Jack's "So-" he tried to make conversation.
"Has your brother told you about the 80s?"
"Klaus hasn't told me anything." He imitated a Liverpoolian's accent.
She giggled causing the Mikaelson grin.
"Those two are getting......acquainted." Kol grinned cheekily as he and Klaus watched as Alvaro and Morgana laughed together.
"Kol," Klaus warned lightly "We both know he's worse than you."
"Something tells me, our brother has more things in mind than just, fucking and killing Morgana." Kol brought his glass to his lips only for it to be smashed out of his hand "Don't get me wrong, I like Morgana to, she's got spunk."
Caroline strolled into the grill and looked at Ric before glancing at Morgana who was smirking at....Alvaro Mikaelson.
The Mikaelson's attention was caught by Caroline who entered the Grill.
"I remember her," Kol pointed his new shot glass at the blonde "She seems like a tasty little thing."
"Say another word, and I'll tear out your liver." Klaus sneered warningly at his brother "Caroline."
"Oh, it's you." The blonde vampire snarked as her eyes nervously flickered between the brothers and Morgana and Alvaro.
"Oh, don't be worried about Morgana," Klaus reassured "she's in safe hands with Alvaro. Join us for a drink?"
Kol raised his glass in greeting with a bored expression.
"Mm, I'd rather die of thirst, but thanks." She turned and proceeded to leave the building.
"Isn't she stunning?"
"She certainly looks good walking away from you." Kol laughed before taking a sip.
"I'll take that as a challenge." Klaus grinned before running after Caroline.
Kol watched him go with a raised eyebrow before turning to see Morgana and Alvaro talking. He sighed before the female doctor from before caught his eye.
He smirked before placing his glass down and headed towards the pool table.
"Lillith, what in the heaven are you doing here?" Zelda Spellman inquired "What's wrong?"
"You know very well." Lillith took off her sunglasses "Lucifer walks free. Don't you think he'll take vengeance upon us?" Zelda placed her hand on her hip unimpressed "The Dark Lord is not known to forgive and forget-" she paused "-expect with his beloved Morgana. I've already received a threat-" Zelda inhaled deeply from her cigarette before blowing a long draw of smoke "- I need asylum."
"I am sorry for that, but-" Zelda replied confidently "-we're rather more focused on not being annihilated. By a group unhinged pagans."
"I could help you." Lillith bit back hastily, desperate for sanctuary.
"Oh, you," Zelda breathlessly snorted "the ultimate wild card."
"But you must give me sanctuary." Lillith protested "You worship me."
Zelda lowered her cigarette, stepping forwards causing Lillith to do the same. They stood against each other threateningly.
"And what good has that done us? We'd have better hope with your daughter-" Lillith's eyes narrowed dangerously "- No, find someplace else to hide."
Lillith half blinked a few times "You...-" her expression hardened "You're a pathetic lot, hanging your onions to keep The Dark Lord at bay. No." She shook her head before lifting her head, looking at Zelda with disgust "No, I think I wouldn't stay here. What good are witches against his wrath?"
Lillith turned away from The Spellman woman "What I need is what every mother needs." She thought to herself as she swayed lightly on her feet. She needed Morgana. The question was; where was her daughter.
Morgana smiled as Alvaro smirked pulling a silly face before he burst out laughing as did she.
"You know, what?" Alvaro slurred, after drowning his shot glass.
"What?" She arched an eyebrow, playing long curiously.
During the drinking contest, The Morningstar found that The Mikaelson's tolerance for alcohol was every weak compared to hers. But she assumed that being daggered for 76 years would do that to you.
"Your one-no you-" he pointed his ring finger at her drunkenly "-are the most-" he groaned, her brows furrowed as her eyes narrowed.
Alvaro's skin began to turned grey as vains started to consume his neck.
"Alvaro." She cried in desperation, his chocolate eyes were wide as hers as he looked at her distraught.
Morgana grabbed his arms as he fell forward into her embrace, his body turned slightly as he slipped off his chair. He moaned as his head landed against her chest, he subconsciously rubbed his head further into her front as he felt her take hold of his body. His eyes fell shut as he tried to move his arm around her.
Morgana's eyes were wide as she supported Alvaro, who lay desiccated on top off her. She looked around as a deep consuming panic and trepidation stirred her insides before she spotted Alaric grabbing hold off, a now also desiccated Kol "Kol." She inhaled in realisation before looking down at the Mikaelson who was half hugging her worriedly.
Floki meowed defensively at the Mikaelson and Morningstar duo.
"Floki, undaggered Kol-" Morgana ordered briefly glanced at her familiar "-and keep hold of the dagger."
The familiar purred, he hopped off the counter and dashed after the vampire hunter.
"Finally." Lillith breathed, appearing in the seat opposite Morgana "What th-"
"Mother now is not the time!" The Morningstar hissed agitated, Lillith burned an imaginary hole in Alvaro's back "Your father's back...who?"
"Wait dad's..." Her expression twisted into a calculating glare before meeting her mother's eyes "He's still in Blackwood?" Lillith nodded "Here's what you do."
"Tell your sexy doctor lady friend nice work." Damon smirked as Alaric stopped in front of him. But his face fall as a black...creature? Shoved his friend to the ground before ripping Kol from his grasp "What the-"
Klaus vamp-sped into the alleyway, grabbing Damon by the neck and slammed him into the wall "I should have killed you months ago!" He snarled, unaware of the familiar who was attending to his little brother.
"And then summon the infernal court and tell them," Morgana's eyes sparkled dangerously "Daddy's back and he's very very angry." Lillith nodded "It's seems you are my daughter afterall." She smiled proudly before fire swirled around her.
Morgana sighed relieved that one piece of trouble was done with. Don't get her wrong, but Morgana couldn't care less about her mother's troubles at this precise moment in time, she had her own hands full, not only with Alvaro... literally but also with the Mikaelsons and the traitorous Scooby gang.
She carefully stood up, before throwing Alvaro's arm around her shoulders. She stumbled slightly as he slumped against her body, it didn't help that he was two foot taller than her 1.68 figure, that was dominated by his 1.85 height.
Morgana staggeredly walked towards the door Alaric had gone to with Kol.
Floki undaggered Kol swiftly as Damon taunted Klaus, the feline glanced at the two vampires while Kol's skin began to regain colour.
Kol shot up, his hand went to his chest before his face turned into a beyond dangerous glare. He spun to his feet and joined Klaus before Damon "Why you filthy commoner, you'll pay for that."
Morgana strolled on to the scene causing Floki to dart towards her "Go on end me, it's not going to stop Esther from killing you." Damon mocked.
"What'd you say about my mother?" The Morningstar looked up, she hadn't realised Alvaro had awoken from his dedication.
Kol and Klaus turned to see Morgana stood behind them with Alvaro comfortably leaning on her, as he stared accusingly at the Salvatore with a familiar menacing look. The Morningstar met the older and younger Mikaelson's gaze "You lot didn't know I was friends with your mommy?" Damon spoke again, causing the other two Mikaelsons to turn in his direction.
"Light as a feather, stiff as a board." Damon's face went white as a sheet at the Morningstar's words.
Alvaro and Kol watched amazed as the Salvatore and Saltzman men shot upwards into the air as if they were being hung. "Again?!" Damon choked as he clawed at his throat.
"You get more and more astounding by the hour." Alvaro half grinned sinisterly as he lifted his weight off her but kept his arm around her shoulders, he began to stalk towards the Salvatore.
"Leave him." Elijah ordered.
Alvaro growled, he stepped back and looked at his older brother pointedly.
"We still need him, Alvaro." Elijah said from the stairs, the four turned to face him "What did mother do?" Klaus questioned.
Elijah reached into the inside pocket of his coat as he jogged down the stairs, passed Alaric who gripped at the non-existent rope around his neck after regaining consciousness and stopped before Damon "You tell me where the witches are or I'll let my brother and Ms Morningstar have their way with you two, and also have my sister kill Elena right now."
Alvaro smirked, looking from Damon to his brother before his gaze setted back on the Salvatore evily "You've got my vote."
"You said we had until after nine."
"I'm sure my sister will rejoice in starting her work early." Elijah smirked, he turned to his siblings and Morgana "Shall we?"
Elijah and Kol stood on the edge of the group, leaving Morgana inbetween Klaus and Alvaro as they all strolled through the woods, heading for Esther and Finn.
"My Sons come forward." Esther spoke as her eldest held his arm out "Stay beside me." The witch walked forward "It's okay, they can't enter-" she eyed the Morningstar, which caused Alvaro to move closer to the younger teenager "-not even the satanic worshiper."
The fire on the torches roared as Kol tried to enter, he glared at the pathetic duo as his siblings and Morgana came up beside him "That's lovely, we're stuck out here.....while the favourite child plays sacrificial lamb. How pathetic you are Finn."
"Be quiet, Kol. Your brother knows virtue you cannot even imagine."
"Whatever you think of your children, killing them by your own disgusting and biased hand it would be hazardous," Morgana's body swayed a little as her head raised upwards slightly, her eyes half blinked "Here's a news flash mate, there's both good, evil and an combination of both in the world. Your children are just part of the crowd-" her right shoulder shrugged upwards as her left one was pulled backwards ''-sure their more bolder but. Plus-" her eyes sparkled savishly "-your children have fans in Pandemonium-" Klaus smirked proudly at his new found knowledge as Alvaro and Kol had a wondrous and confused looked, while Elijah didn't know what to feel "-his majesty, Lucifer Morningstar especially."
The Mikaelsons next to the Morningstar were shell shocked now, their eyes the size of oysters. Klaus couldn't believe that the devil, who he sometimes claimed to be was a fan of him and from the looks of it. He himself had taken a liking to Lucifer during the very short time they crossed paths.
"You know nothing of what your saying girl," Esther snarled "My only regret is that I didn't let my children die a thousand years ago."
"Enough," Klaus circulated the boundary slightly "all this talk is boring me. End this now, mother, or I'll send you back to hell. And I'll personally ask Lucifer to put you in the hottest circle."
"For a thousand years, I've been forced to watch you. I felt the pain of every victim, suffered while you shed blood." Esther blinked "Even you Elijah, with your claim to nobility, your no better-" Morgana cut her off "Fuck off, you're no better Esther. No one is perfect."
"You speak as if you have great knowledge girl." Klaus and Kol narrowed their eyes, Elijah arched his head while Alvaro groweled "You know nothing."
"Not when I have two of the oldest beings in the world as my parents, do you really think you know whom your children have acquainted themselves with?" Morgana arched an eyebrow, a smirk dancing on her lips as Klaus and Elijah smirked, catching on "Ask yourself, what is the most feared and powerful family in the world, that is above your family and came before you?" Morgana's eyes flickered white as the torches roared, the fire transformed into blue.
Screams could be heard as hellfire began to consume pentagram. Esther grunted as she fell to her knees, she could feel the wiccan witches getting ripped away from her before their souls were destroyed. She cried out in pain as she felt it all.
"I'll give you a hint, it's mine." The hellfire left the earthly one, the Mikaelsons bar Finn, watched wondrously as the blue flames disappeared into the soil and the orenge fire returned "Next time, I suggest you and your agonizing allies don't underestimate your children," Klaus, Kol, Alvaro and Elijah looked at Morgana touched and admiration. They knew she, in that moment especially, she radiated power. The kind of power they themselves held....no...more powerful. "Particularly with the house of Morningstar at their side." Morgana smirked.
Esther screamed as more pain washed over her "Sisters do not abandon me!"
"Mother!" Finn cried as the fires flickered upwards dangerously.
Alvaro pulled Morgana into him and shield them both with his coat, Klaus spun around covering his eyes as Kol pulled his coat over his face, while Elijah turned his back to the fire.
The fire died down quickly.
The five turned back towards the scene to find Esther and Finn gone.
