The song is Stand Strong from the Disney movie Zombies. The movie is about how humans were able to tame zombies by giving them a wearable device called a Z-Band. But even after taming the zombies, humans never treated them as equal. Addison, a human girl who has to hide her natural hair under a wig because her natural hair is seen as freakish, sings this song to show that she accepts the zombies and thinks that everyone should be treated equally even if they're different.
