Mj's POV

I know it's reckless, but since today is a half day at school, I've decided to give Peter his homework (as usual) and hang out with him because it's been a while since we've hung out and quite frankly, I miss my boyfriend.

So, I walked to his house and thank god there wasn't any paparazzi anywhere. It's about time they learned common sense and a little bit of something the world has called boundaries. I bet it's exhausting for Peter to be trapped in this house, especially with his accelerated senses, everything's a thousand times more affecting him.

I hope he's in the mood to hang, but I won't blame him if he doesn't. He has a lot on his plate, and I wish I could be more of a help. But...if he doesn't, I'll play the disappointed card and "guilt trip" him like other girlfriends do to convince their significant others to their bidding. Personally, I find it quite hilarious, but me personally isn't going to try it, and Peter knows me too well.

I got to the door and knocked with Wanda answering, "Hi MJ, I didn't know you were coming."

"Oh I'm sorry. I just wanted to see Peter,  is that okay? I already texted my mom telling her I was coming over."

"It's okay, come in. It's cold outside,  Peter's in his room." She said. She opened the door further and let me in I walked towards his room seeing him on his bed reading a book.

"Hey Peter." I greeted.

His head turned to me and he smiled, "Hi love I see you have my homework. Was today a half day?" He asked.

I sat down next to him as he set his book aside to hold my hand. It was moments like these that we share being alone are the ones I cherish the most because it's just us and no one else. No paparazzi, no intruding kids, just peace and quiet.

"How's school without me?" He asked.

I explained, "It's...dull and boring, mostly because I don't have you and Ned doesn't either. Everyone else is happy except most of the decathlon team, Flash is still a piece of you know."

He laughed, "When is he not?"

Man I haven't heard him laugh or seen him smile I've missed seeing him like this he deserves better I hope he's doing okay.

"So I'm here to rescue you and whisk you away." I said.

"Well m'lady what ever shall we do?"

I thought and started getting up and bringing a bunch of blankets and pillows he watched me confused but soon he caught on and started helping me make a fort.

Once we were done building our fort which looked pretty cool not to brag or anything and then we made some popcorn and put on a film cuddling up and watching "The Fault in Our Stars" I knew Peter would cry his eyes out.

But I didn't expect to cry usually I watch hilarious or depressing movies but I've never cried watching one I thought I was a robot or an alien from Area 51 this is new.

Peter looked at me, "Love are you crying?" He asked. I sniffled and nodded my head he held me close and we cried together if Ned was here he'd probably be taking pictures of us and sending them to Betty.

But he's not here so yeah me and my boyfriend are watching depressing romance movies. Do we care? No. Were we bored? Maybe... but that's beside the point we're spending quality time together that's all that matters here in this moment in time.

We watched another movie called "Love, Simon" and it was pretty good I hated Martin he was a real douche and after that we started talking.

"Y'know I've missed this." I said.

"Me too." He replied.

"Can I come over tomorrow with Ned?" I asked.

"Sure I've missed having him around to hey Mj?"

"Yeah Peter?"

"No matter what we'll be okay right?"

"Of course! Why wouldn't we be?"

He explained, "I don't know at some point I feel like I'm gonna lose you and I really don't want to because you mean the world to me and I love you."

I leaned towards him and kissed him pulling away and giving my answer. "You're not ever gonna lose me I'll be stuck to your side like glue and I love you too so much more than words can fathom."

I kissed his forehead, "I hope all of this ends for you soon."

"Yeah...you can say that again."

"Why don't we just relax and enjoy our day together."

He kissed me again, "I love that idea."

(Fun fact: I haven't read or seen The Fault in Our Stars or Love Simon, I've been wanting to read and watch them but haven't had the time to do so but know some of the plot from watching clips of both movies so basically the moral of this is that I spoiled myself from reacting to these films sorry for boring you all with this.)
