Hey everyone! I apologize for this chapter being so short but I hope you like it I'm trying to make the next chapter longer because of this one.

Anyway on with the story.

Wanda's POV

After the whole interrogation thing with Peter, I decided that it would be best to stay home, which he happily published too, and he locked himself in his room, mad at the world and everyone on it. He absolutely despised the cop who said awful things about our parents, Pietro, and Tony. Peter wouldn't stop shaking for three hours, even while he was sleeping, and poor kid was exhausted.

I really want to punch that officer in the face for treating my brother the way he did, but I'm pretty sure the officer would be dead after I was done with him. A child should never be held against their will because you think he's a murderer, but I'm just going to leave Peter alone, he needs to be by himself for a little bit.

I hate that every time I look into his eyes I see the scared ten year old boy back in HYDRA, and yet my brother still has time to do the police's job for them.

But I can't help him. If Pietro and I had just listened to Peter none of this would've happened. I could take all of his pain away and have him forget it but sadly that's not how the world works, and I refuse to meddle with Peter's mind and take advantage of his trust.

In the meantime, Pepper and I are trying to do something about the cops, Peter's school, and the media. Until then Peter needs to stay home and go to his therapy appointments. He was getting better and of course that's when the world does a 180 on the Maximoffs.

"Hey Wanda, I found something you might want to see." Pepper said staring at her laptop.

I walked to her sitting down next to her at the dining table. "What is it?" I asked.

"It's security camera footage of Peter's interrogation." I nodded and she pressed play. We both watched the video utterly mortified.

The officer broke many rules and protocols while interrogating my brother who looked absolutely terrified.  Afraid of local law enforcement he thought they were supposed to help keep people safe.

If there's anything Tony taught me, it's to never let the innocent be kept in the dark and without justice. My brother and I aren't going to be cowards we're gonna kick this things butt. Pepper turned to me, "Guess it's time to go to court Wanda."
