Peter's POV

Now that I can hear again,  I'm able to help with Queens as Spider-Man don't get me wrong i was already helping when I couldn't hear but it made it ten times harder to keep track of the crime all over the populated area in Queens and it worked for a month now i can do it easier.

I head to school ready to surprise Ned and Mj by talking to them but i'm pretty sure Ned will be freaking out more than my girlfriend man i like saying that i walked to my locker seeing Ned and Mj already there waiting for me. "Hey Peter." Mj greeted.

I smiled, "Babe you don't have to use the notepad anymore." I said.

To say the least they were shocked but i feel like that would be an understatement of some sort. Ned exclaimed, "You can hear?!"

"Y-yeah I can."

"That's amazing!" Mj said.

"By the way, there's another school dance this weekend."

"I know Ned i've seen flyers posted all around school are you going?" I asked.

"Yeah with Betty."

He started blushing Mj and I were smirking we're going to tease him, "Ooohh Betty." Mj started.

"I love you so much." I teased.

"I hate you both."

I laughed, "I can see you stifling your laughter and your face is bright red like a fire truck bro." 

"And you can't hate us when you call us and may I remind you the golden trio." Mj said.

We started walking towards our class and then spending the next four hours in this place or as Mj calls it prison then it was time to go home Mj and I decided we would walk to her house together we were only a block away when we started talking about the dance.

"So Mj about the dance i know you don't like social events but do you wanna attend with me?" I asked.

She laughed, "Of course I would peter as long as you're there i'll have fun it's never a dull moment with you."

I smiled and then kissed her forehead and tried continuing to walk but she grabbed my hand and turned me around pulling us closer and then her lips ended up on mine and eventually we pulled away. "C'mon lover boy gotta get home before it rains."

We proceeded to walk to her house i waved her off and swung back home there I was greeted by my sister who was reading in the living room sitting on the couch. "Hi Wanda."

"Hey Mysh, how was your day?" She asked.

"It was good we're having another school dance this weekend."

"That's cool, let me guess you need help getting ready?"

"What how did you know?"

"I'm a mind reader peter."

"Get out of my head,  I told you my thoughts are private, you wouldn't like it if I read your every thought and emotion would you?"

"Yeah you're right I'm sorry."

"It's okay just don't do it anymore." I said.

"Okay I'm helping you get ready."

"Alright."
