━━━━ ☆ SECTION A. phone details

I. PHONE TYPE

★ by succumbing to consumerism, VIN remains a sworn samsung user, owning a galaxy s22. he has no outright reason for being such an avid user of the brand, but if he had to be specific, it would be because he likes the look of them. which is funny considering apple products look almost the same but don't tell him that. he's an "old man," let him live.

II. PHONE CASES

★ VIN prefers more monotone, matte black phone cases. he thinks they look great with the dark blue of his phone, although everyone around him wants him to broaden his horizons and do something less... dark. he probably won't, though.

III. AIRPOD CASES

★ critique him all you want, yes he is an avid samsung user who also uses apple airpod pros. he's just like me fr. anyways, he prefers, once again, black/dark cases for his airpods. if he had it his way, he'd have just the case they came in be black and call it a day, but GYUYOUNG insists that he have cases. his favourite one is the guitar amplifier case.

IV. LOCK/HOME SCREEN

★ VIN's lockscreen wallpaper is a photo of GYUYOUNG he took when they had just finished the jacket filming of their third ep BLOODREDROSES. the younger boy most definitely hit VIN with the sword after the "posed" photo was taken. as for his homescreen, it's just a photo that matches his phone theme (I am NOT editing that so use your imagination) while also going with his lockscreen.

V. KAKAOTALK

★ although VIN has idol friends, I did not list them as contacts here because I'm lazy. deal with it. anyways, let's do some contact name explaining :

       ◇ 우우 ☆ MINWOO – earned this nickname from
        the infamous siren snore in the car and VIN has
        stuck with it since, hence naming MINWOO this
        in his contacts.
       ◇ 스네이크🐍 ☆ VYPER – 뱀 sounded too cool so
        he went for the english way of saying snake in
        hangul. does he still hold a grudge? only him and
        god know (he's not even religious wdym).
        ◇ 소울메이트 ☆ HAJUN – he still considers HAJUN
        his best friend and soulmate... although for VIN,
        the term soulmate is purely platonic in nature.
        don't tell that to VYPER though, he might blame an
        accident on you :P
        ◇ 나의태양 ☆ EDEN – he is the sun, he is VIN's sun.
        the two of them overall are really close after
        reconciling prior to debut, and they often get dubbed
        the "haobin" of ASTERYX. they don't see it, because
        they're not as delusional... or so they say.
        ◇ 바보팀 ☆ ASTERYX – the sixth person in the
        groupchat is their manager, before anyone speculates
        otherwise (don't know why you would). fortunately
        for him, VIN did not name the groupchat, instead it
        was their manager. he had enough of the boys calling
        themselves smart.
        ◇ 규영이 ☆ GYUYOUNG – his child. no other reason
        for the nickname. VIN just loves him like he's his own
        son. aside from him and EDEN, he and GYUYOUNG
        are arguably the closest members in the team as the
        oldest and youngest members.

━━━━ ☆ SECTION B. outfits

I. CASUAL WEAR

★ VIN likes to look like he just walked out of your bookstore secret owner who doesn't even read type book. he has a thing for loose, button up shirts and cardigans. or shirts made out of sweater material. his go-to style pants are a jean-like material and his overall colour palette is autumn vibes, as he really likes dark greens, browns, or black.

II. STAGE OUTFITS

★ when they first debuted, stylists wanted to cover his body as best they could because they thought he'd scare a victorian child with his body. later, they found, VIN hated this and decided "let's give him leather and/or show as much skin as possible." it worked, seeing as VIN was happier performing because he was giving the manwhore vibes he's always wanted to exude. he's also hot. and aware that he's hot.

III. AIRPORT FASHION

★ nothing much changes here from what he usually wears on a day-to-day basis, but sometimes he wears just a t-shirt or a hoodie and blue ripped jeans because he's lazy. sometimes men just, don't want to care about what they wear. that's VIN. he sometimes just doesn't give a fuck. I wish I was like VIN.

IV. IN-EAR & MICROPHONE

★ VIN's in-ears were made to be a see-through blue type style, something he liked upon first glance. he didn't want any writing or designs on them seeing as he just wanted them to look decent while also doing their job. VIN's personal microphone came at a later date in his career and he really only uses it during solo sets during concerts or encore stages during said concerts. this is because ASTERYX typically use your typical idol microphones but I assure you they ALWAYS sing live.

━━━━ ☆ SECTION C. body details

I. HAIR EVOLUTION

★ between albums after their debut, VIN liked to experiment with different hair colours, having gone blonde, firetruck red (which went viral, so he kept it for awhile), and an icy blue. he later found that he prefers to not burn his scalp and enjoys more natural hair colours. most recently, he's been keeping black hair for most album eras, something that later became a staple in his styling.

II. PIERCINGS

★ he has various piercings in both his left and right ear, and he doesn't really change them. he really only does so if stylists have a vision and it requires him to swap out earrings. otherwise, they remain the same all the time, doesn't matter the era. he doesn't like change, please forgive him.

III. TATTOOS

★ VIN has a tattoo of, well, essentially a mythical looking creature on his left shoulder blade that he designed out of boredom and decided to get permanently inked into his skin. he must've really liked that design. it doesn't really have a meaning, he just thought it looked cool so he got it.

I originally wasn't going to make pages like this for the book but I decided against it as I felt like stalling the album creations I need to finish for them. that's the one downside to having them debut in 2018... that means they've realistically been active for 6 years. with a company that treats their artists decently that means ASTERYX have had Quite the release timeline. anyways! here is vin's details. he's just an emo guy masked as the sexy one don't be fooled.
