"You were too hard on Temen." Jake Sully says to Neytiri. 

"He is a plague! He is a disease!" Neytiri hissed. 

"He saved our daughters' life. He can talk to Neteyam." 

"He has the gift." Mo'at said coming in. 

"What gift?" Neytiri asked.

"In the past few centuries, there have been others. Others who could hear her voice and see what is to come. They were all killed by those who didn't understand like me." Mo'at said.

She looked down. 

"What do you mean?" Neytiri asked.

"I once believed that the gift was a curse. An outsider came to us. He was from the Nygay clan. He had seen a dark future. A future where the Sky People will drive us out of our home. We did not listen. We called him crazy. We decided to rid the world of this menace. I took a knife and I used it. I've never forgiven myself for what I did. Especially when that outsider was a father. He was Temen's father." Mo'at told.

Jake sighed. Neytiri's eyes looked like they were going to cry. Mo'at walked over to Neytiri. 

"So, you see, do not hate Temen for his gift like I have hated his father. You must correct our mistake. Please daughter." She said. 

Neytiri nods. 

"Perhaps I've been too hard on him." She said. 

Two others came in. They dragged a women in. Her hair was a tangled mess. She wore a pink shall and had on a necklace made of feathers and rope. She looked skinny. They could see her ribs.

"We caught her stealing." One said. 

"Please, please." She begged. 

"Who are you?" Jake Sully said. 

"The Toro Makto." She breathed. 

She stood up. Her body had scars and she was bleeding. 

"I am To'ak. I am from the Nygay clan." To'ak said. 

Neytiri and Jake looked at each other. 

"You're really from the Nygay clan?" He asked. 

To'ak nods. 

"Won't Temen be happy to see you." He said softly. 

To'ak looks at him. Her eyes swelled with tears. 

"Temen? You saw him? Where? When?" She asks. 

"He's been living with us a couple of days. Do you know him?" Jake Sully asks. 

"I am his Mama." To'ak said.
