This will sorta have Matilda vibes going on so that was the inspiration for Delilah.

Backstory: Delilah is the only daughter of Petunia and Vernon Dursley two people who absolutely hated anything abnormal and weird. Delilah was two years old when brother Dudley was born as she basically raised herself as her parents wanted nothing to do with her and threatened to send her to an orphanage. Then a year later at her doorstep at her house was a baby. Which she was confused but unbeknownst to her it was her newly orphaned cousin, Harry.

She practically raised her cousin as she taught him how to talk, read, cook, the necessities that an adult knew. Harry loved Delilah so much obviously more than the other people living in the same house. So after about eight years later the awful parents decided on having Harry move into Delilah's room.

Growing up Delilah had a lot of mishaps but never knew why as it was always with no explanation. So she hid it from everyone well beside Harry of course. He even noticed when he was four that her eyes would change color when she was mad or angry which was a lot considering she was six and have seen a lot in the house.

So when Dehlilah goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she gets sorted into Gryffindor, the brave house. She instant made friends with a girl named Luna Lovegood. She was shy and weird just like Dehlilah. While she was there she often tried to make attempts to write to Harry but that didn't work. Because of her parents. She knew what they would do with all the letters that she would try to write to Harry.

When Delilah was in her third year when Harry came to Hogwarts so she already had experiences and the places at the school. She hated Draco Malfoy for obvious reasons. Dehlilah loved that Harry was finally here because outside of the few friends that she had made she missed her cousin so much. She hugged him the moment that she saw him.

She didn't know that she would fall in love with the prankster, known by Fred Weasley, and her life would change for the better, outside of her being a witch.

This book is now published, I won't change the title on this plot title, but I did change the published book title. This book used to be a Draco Malfoy book, but I changed it to the famous (not infamous) Fred Weasley.
