After spending her entire life locked up as a lab rat, Annalise Jones was finally out of her cage but that didn't mean that she was free. Nightmares plagued her sleep, countless scars littered her skin and the new life that she was living was practically a prison with walls made of glass. The broken girl was never going to be truly free from the demons of her past and worst of all, she knew that, and accepted that.

She was just a kid when she was at HYDRA, and the Red Room (which I will get to), and that was exactly how Sam Wilson saw it when he got the news how one enhanced was on the loose.

Unlike the rest of the government who was set to bring Annalise in and detain her, Sam believed that she deserved to be free. he fought for her and he won. Anna remembers every detail of that day, the day that she was told she was no longer on the run. She remembered sobbing into the man's arms of pure joy, mumbling how grateful she was. She remembered and would never forget how it was Sam Wilson who had saved her life.

Years later, after the devasting even that was known as 'The Blip', Annalise was brought back into a world that had only just gotten used to a life without half of the population in it. While most rejoiced when their family and friends came home, some did not. The became known as 'The Flag Smashers', a group of people who wanted to return to the way the things were during The Blip which was something that Annalise disagreed with.

So, when Sam called asking for the girl's help in taking them down, Anna jumped at the chance to try and pay back the large debt she owed the man. But even after all this time and the new family she had gained, the girl was still not alright.

origin: Annalise was unwillingly to participate in an experiment. After gaining her powers, the girl escaped and never turned back until they managed to get herself on a government radar. Sam Wilson managed to clear things up for Anna and she was placed in a home so she could have a normal life. She blipped and when she came back Sam made sure to check up on her and visited her regularly.

Frost*: Annalise has ice manipulation (just like Elsa from Frozen), meaning she has ice powers. Her suit is complete white as snow as it's a tight suit (much like Natasha's suit but just all white).

● Annalise was only a newborn when her parents was killed in a house fire, so she went 15 years without any parental love or guidance. She was soon taken to HYDRA and escaped easily when she was five years old. Then she was wandering the city of St. Petersburg, Russia when she was brought to the Red Room where she was under training to become an assassin, much like Natasha and Yelena. During her time at the Red Room she also learned how to control her powers and ice and snow abilities. She was the star and the favorite among the instructors at the Red Room. She was sent on a mission which was where she became under the government's radar which tried hunting her down but Sam saved her.

● Sam had saved the girl after she had escaped the Red Room so they already have a bond. He is incredibly protective and loving like a father. Bucky learns to love and care for the girl just like Sam does.

● After she had met Bucky the two have enjoyed their talks talking about their HYDRA stories, though mainly its Anna because Bucky doesn't talk about his. She likes hanging around with Bucky because he tolerates Sam and makes jokes at Sam which Anna has gotten into doing also.

● When Sam calls Bucky, he also called Anna, asking for their help in taking down the Flag Smashers. Bucky is hesitant at first about having Anna being involved in this, but he accepts that when she saves him. Anna DOES NOT LIKE John Walker, one bit because Anna has met Steve a couple times and just knows that said Steve would definitely not approve. Bucky protects Anna from Zemo who doesn't like enhanced people or people with powers. Anna fangirls over the Dora Milaje when they arrive, she's captivated by them. At the end, Anna lives with Sam and loves Cass and AJ as her little brothers.

If and when The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Season 2 comes out, it needs to be added to this timeline.
