Act One: captain america: the first avenger

ORIGIN: Lucille Elizabeth Rogers was known as Steve Rogers little sister, the one who was vulnerable to going to the hospital. not by choice, but because she has a condition where she has a hole in her heart. But no one knew what it was called. So for the first twenty years of her life she would spend countless hours stuck in a hospital room. The doctor would want to isolate her away from people so that she wouldn't spread it, even if it isn't true. Because what she has it doesn't spread to other people.

But when she turned twenty one, her mother decided to take her daughter to a different hospital where they knew what the hell their talking about. Come to find out she had, artial septal defect. It was completely rare as barely anyone has heard of it. Until a patient came to the hospital and he had it, though that was roughly ten years ago.

So when her amazing brother tried to get into the army multiple times and failed to get in. He comes across what will be him losing hope. Then his guardian angel named Abraham Erskine shows up and tells Steve about Project Rebirth. Long story short Steve went in and became twice his normal skinny size.

Then when Steve, Bucky and a group of men called the Howling Commandos went to a fateful mission involving trains and HYDRA. They went abroad to the train where Bucky ultimately fell to his supposed death.

Then later when he returned he had to break the news to his sister who was finally let out of the hospital for once. He told her every little thing that happened and lucy broke down in tears. Steve comforted his sister when she was going through her own depression and mental health. It got so bad that she tried to commit suicide just to be with Bucky.

(lucille WONT be in the avenger movies and or captain america winter soldier and civil war, so its only these two that she will be in. if you want to add her in the other mcu movies TALK TO ME FIRST about it, then i will consider it).

Act Two: falcon and the winter soldier

After everyone came back from the blip even a thirty five going on thirty six year old lucille. Lucy who has been hanging under the radar from the government because ever since the accords the government wants lucy and take her away from her family. She tried searching for her brother but she then find out that he's on a mission on the moon? What the hell is my brother doing on the moon?

When she gave up trying to find her brother she then had an idea: find Bucky. Maybe he can help her problems.

After what felt like forever she ended up finding what she's looking for. It was a little nerve wracking to see your long lost lover for once in a million years, so she didn't know what to say. So when bucky found out the little lucy was still alive after all these years he kinda did homework to see where in the hell she is. So when he finds out that she's right down the hall from him, he gets a little excited to see her.

So when he thinks he found her there is also another girl with lucille her sixteen year old daughter Lucinda. Lucinda looks so much like Lucille that it's a little freaky so he goes up to the two, and introduced himself and Lucille couldn't believe it. The person that she finally found was still alive.

Lucinda knows that her mother knew a man named James Barnes and she couldn't be happier that her mom is finally happy, well outside of her of course. Bucky smiled as brightly as he could when he finally saw Lucille. Then the two went on their little date with Lucinda because she wanted to learn more about this intriguing man.

She thought that he was interesting especially with a metal arm, well what it looks like. Lucinda and her mom went with bucky to a little restaurant/ bar and they got dinner and enjoyed theit time together. Bucky asked if Lucille blipped and she said yes.

Then a week later the two moved in with Bucky, as Lucinda could actually say that her mom fell in love again. She still couldn't believe that her brother was on the moon for a mission she thought that was the most craziest thing.

Lucinda said she has been laying low under the radar for so long well since 2012. She still isn't caught up with the modern world obviously her daughter is up with the trends. So when lucinda says something about a man named sam wilson gave up her brothers shield to the government she was completely confused.

No one knew how crazy their lives are about to get after that article. So join Lucinda, Lucille, Bucky and Sam on their journey to stop a man named John Walker from chaos and a group called the Flag Smashers from more chaos.
