A week has gone by.
And slowly I got better.
My anxiety went away little by little.
My confidence grew
I decided to take care of myself more.
I ate when I had to.
I exercised when I had to.
I decided to explore my fashion sense a bit.
My wardrobe changed.
My posture changed.
My attitude changed.
I changed for the best.
And most importantly I changed for me.
I am starting to be happy.
