"Okay. So I don't know if I should even be mad at you because it felt like you were cheating on two girls at the same time. Should I feel happy because the youngest is inlove? Or confused because I don't know what to say."  Jay roamed around the room, thinking about a good advice to say to Ni-ki.

The japanese boy groaned, plopping down on his bed. He took a pillow and hugged it, while his hyungs stared at him with worry. This love triangle was a bit too difficult to handle, and triangles like this is quite rare to happen or even be seen in those typical romance movies that Jay, Jake and Sunghoon kept watching during friday nights.

They badly wanted to help their dongsaeng, but the key to giving a helpful advice and solution is still left unknown. It actually surprised them when they heard about Ni-ki and his affair, because who knew that the youngest among the group is already experiencing this kind of love? And it scared his hyungs.

"Hey Sunghoon! Weren't you and Sungkyung in a love triangle with Shin Yuna before?"  Heeseung queried, thinking that Sunghoon might at least have some past experiences that he could share with Ni-ki.

"Yes, but our situation was different. I liked Yuna first and straight on payed attention to her, before I realised I actually like Sungkyung. Basically, I didn't two time or anything." he answered. His friends sighed and continued to think once again.

"How are you and Sungkyung by the way?"

"None of you're business."

Ni-ki groaned like a child and threw a pillow to the ground. It has been 2 days and he has 3 more days left to choose, sadly there was still no sign of progress with whom he's going to pick. How could choosing between two people be so hard? He really liked them both but right now, he had no choice. If he can't choose one, he's going to end up hurting two.

Besides, hurting one person is better than hurting two right?

Jungwon gasped. He just thought of an idea! He approached the boy and sat down beside him.  "I just thought of an idea! Ni-ki, I'm going to ask you questions alright? Make sure you answer them honestly."  Ni-ki nodded.

"You love two girls right?"

"Umm...hyung, define love please."  at Ni-ki's question, Sunoo face palmed, Jay snorted while Sunghoon bit his inner lip. They didn't know that the maknae was that clueless after all, but who are they to blame him? He's still young and immature to these kind of things.

"It's a deep feeling of affection for someone." Jake answered in a flash. Of course, he's the smartest and the most knowledgeable guy in the group.

Jungwon gave his hyung a thumbs up before turning to Ni-ki again.  "Exactly! Now, close you're eyes and tell us, between Takara and Saeyoung, which girl do you have a deep affection for? Think wisely."

Going back at the times whenever he was alone, spending time with one of the girls, Ni-ki closely and carefully payed attention to those moments and how he felt at those times. How affectionate he was when he went out with one of them. Which girl did he have a deep affection for? The answer came right at him. Ni-ki delivered it clearly.

"Saeyoung."

Jungwon showed a satisfied smile. He could tell that he was being honest, considering how calm and serious Ni-ki looks─even though he had his eyes closed. Jungwon gestured his Jay hyung to come over, because he was aware that when it comes to these things, Jay would be the best person to approach.

Jay grabbed a chair, and sat in front of the japanese boy.  "Between the two girls, who do you have a great bond with?"

"Takara."

Before this whole situation happened and even before Ni-ki met Saeyoung, he already had a great bond with Takara. They worked together for two years and experienced so much together as teammates and friends. Whether people think of it as a bond of love or friendship, it was no lie that he and Takara has a more stronger connection compared to what he currently has with Saeyoung.

"Point out the characteristics that you like about Takara and why you like her."

A small smile appeared from Ni-ki's lips, yet his hands started to sweat. It was his first time talking about a girl in front of his hyungs and he felt shy about it. He was nervous, if he wanted too, Ni-ki would just ignore the question and continue on to the next one, but this was his only choice. To give a clear answer on who he should choose among the girls, it was best to answer every question they give him. Even if it means, he has to deal with his hyungs teasing for a week or so.

"Takara? Well...I like that she's a very hardworking, dedicated, trust worthy and warm person. Whenever she has a goal, I couldn't help but admire her determination and upbeat personality. She knows what she wants and how she becomes so fearless to venture anything. Takara also has a good heart, her smile is warm and she is also prepared to work at the hardest she can to help and assist others, even if it means she has to put herself at the bottom of the least things she has to prioritise. She's really an amazing girl, and I want to stand by her side for as long as I can. "

Ni-ki could already feel the teasing faces of his hyungs, staring at him, waiting for their time to finally tease him. He badly wanted to save himself from the embarrassment right after this.

Jay hummed in response. "And how about Saeyoung? What do you like about her?"

Ni-ki gave out a small chuckle.  "That girl. She's easy but at the same time quite difficult to read. She's crazy but also prideful. Saeyoung is fierce, bold and a risk-taker. Her valiant and righteous personality made me interested to the point that I wanted to know more about her. But after sometime, I discovered that under that valiant and courageous personality, was a shy and playful girl. The longer I spend time with her, the more I attracted I am."

His hyungs couldn't help but feel proud of the youngest's responses. He answered maturely and he seemed to be happy as well. But the bad thing is, it made it a lot more harder than it is to help Ni-ki decide. The connection and attraction he has with Takara and Saeyoung, was deeper than they expected. It felt so unbelievable, Ni-ki was still young and immature.

Jay took a deep breathe. This one last question could be able to determine and help Ni-ki with his decision. Hopefully, a decision he won't regret.   "From the two of them, who do you think is willing to stay by you're side for a long time? In you're opinion, which one of them can make you happy? Someone who's wiling to do anything for you, as much as you're wiling to do anything for her?"

"Takara? Or Saeyoung?"

Girl's Generation's 'Gee' played through the laptop. Two girls sat down on the bed, watching the third movie of 'To All the Boy's I've Loved Before' on Netflix. From all the drama that occurred over the past few days, taking a small break and watching a refreshing movie with her cousin is definitely needed.

"Saeyoung, are you really sure that nothing is going on with you and Soul?"

Saeyoung groaned, pausing the movie. Ever since her cousin, Hwang Yemin moved in with her and her grandmother for awhile, questions about Soul went on non-stop─and it hasn't even been a day. "For the 22nd time Yemin, there's nothing going on."

Yemin rolled her eyes and snatched Saeyoung's phone. She opened her Instagram and frowned at the sight of her account set on private.  "Why the fuck is this on private? The last time I saw this, you're account can be visited freely." she stated scrolling through Saeyoung's feed.  "And wow, you barely follow anyone. You follow only eighteen people?"  Yemin pointed at the screen.

"Give that back."  snatching her phone back from Saeyoung, decided to turn it off or she might catch Yemin rummaging through some of her private files. And she definitely needs to set her own password as well.  "What's up with you, asking me about Soul or whatnut. It's nothing even serious."

Yemin tilted her head to the side.  "Well that's not how I, see it! Same thing goes for the students under Hyevin."

"Hyevin?" Yemin nodded. Saeyoung forgot that her cousin attend's the same school as Soul. "Why? What's going?"  questioned Saeyoung.

"Apparently, some students from Hyevin is very interested in getting to know the girl that Haku Shota likes. A student from Soul's year spotted him and a girl from Adroit High going out on a date perhaps?" Yemin had her left eye brow raised, her head slowly tilting while she stared at Saeyoung her eyes wide open, indicating that the girl she was referring to was her.  "After that, students are starting to think that Soul is in a rendezvous or...secret relationship with someone from the opposing school? Especially that the school is the home of Nishimura Riki and his dance team?"

Saeyoung lies down on her bed and covered her face with a pillow, a loud groan following.  "I invited you to watch a movie of TATBILB with me, in peace because I wanted to relax and forget about Soul and Ni-ki for awhile but you're basically not helping at all. Should I kick you out of my room?"

Yemin stuck her tongue out.  "If you fucking kick me out, I'm gonna tell everyone in Hyevin that you're in a love triangle with Soul and Ni-ki! And besides! This is our room now─well until my parents comes back from vacation. So like it or not, I'm staying and that's period!"  Yemin sat back at the bed and started playing the movie again. Saeyoung smiled in satisfaction.

Damn it!

This is the day.

Taking a deep breathe, Ni-ki placed his phone back at his back pocket, a frown visible on his face. In just a few more minutes, he's going to hurt one of the girls he cares about the most. It's going to hurt, yes. But days, weeks and months will pass by and hopefully they could be able to forget the painful feeling of rejection and false hope. As for Ni-ki, the feeling of guilt will be the one to consume him for awhile.

"Hurting one is always better than hurting two. You don't have much of a choice now, do you Ni-ki?"  Jay questioned, his eyes fixed on the road. The japanese boy didn't bother to answer and continued to stare outside the car's window.  "So, what's the plan? Are you just going to tell one of them that you chose the other or....?"

"The girls are located in different places. Saeyoung just informed me that she is in HJ's Ice Cream shop while Takara is at the Cat Cafè."  he answered in a sad tone.

Jay gave a quick glance at the maknae and saw how pale he looks. He looked like he ran out of energy, Ni-ki's atmosphere was a little gloomy and Jay felt it, he has never seen this side of Ni-ki before and it upset him to think that he, a hyung, did not know what to say to a dongsaeng in need of help.  "So, whoever girl you chose, you have to go and meet them at their location? To like, determine that you chose to be with her, rather than the other?"

Ni-ki just nodded.

Jay sighed.  "Alright then, where are we off to?"

Instead of answering verbally, Ni-ki chose to send Jay a text instead. Seeing his phone turn on as the notification of Ni-ki's message was sent, Jay had a small smile and hummed as his response. He hit the breaks and wished his dongsaeng a good luck.

"Are you going to be okay after this whole thing?"

"I will." exiting the car, Ni-ki shut the door closed before staring up at the logo of the location, he chose to go to. Just outside the monument, Ni-ki was able to easily spot the girl, who was sitting down inside, her phone in hand and a worried look drawn on her face.

Taking a deep breathe, he finally entered the monument. And there she was, waiting for him. Ni-ki made his way to her table, a welcoming smile plastered on his face.

Hearing the bell of the entrance ringing, she immediately glanced over to the door. She couldn't believe her eyes, it was him. Here she was doubting that he wouldn't come and leave her waiting but no, he came for her. Suddenly, all those doubts has washed away.

"You're late." she smiled at him.

Ni-ki chuckled.  "I'm sorry. I won't do that ever again."

It has been awhile hasn't it? Oh gosh, I feel so bad for not being to update in such a long time, I'm so very sorry! I didn't mean to keep everyone waiting.  ㅜ ~ ㅜ

So, I'm down to the last quarter of my school year and I'm so relieved that I have to endure a bit more time and effort since summer vacation is on soon! But sadly, reality had hit in this quarter. Teachers gave us more projects to do and most of us had barely enough free time for ourselves.

Gosh I can't-  ㅜ ~ ㅜ

And sadly, I became a lot more lazy than usual. So I'm not sure that I can update as often as I can right now, but I will try my best to update at least one to two times a week! Again, I'm so sorry for a long wait! Thank you for being so patient and understanding ♡︎
