Eliza Anastasia Barnes is the daughter of James Buchanan Barnes or Bucky. She is from the forties, with her father and Steve.

In her opinion theories were amazing, except for the whole part that her father fell off a train in the Swiss Alps,and she never saw him again,and then Steve ctash landed the plane in the ice. But other than those things she loved the forties.

Her mother died when she was really young as she died of natural causes or so she was always told. So that left Bucky and Stebe to care for the young girl. They didnt mind it, as Bucky also had his sisters to help he grow up.

After her father got enlisted into the army, she got kidnapped by HYDRA she got extraordinarily powers much like Wanda Maximoff. Instead of a red hue, like Wanda's it's it's white like snow. Eliza can also manipulate snow much like a certain Disney princess, and can turn objects into ice and snow.

Eliza can also kill people with her snow powers, as she's known as the Snow Ballerina. Eliza isn't proud of it, but that's what she has to live with for the rest of her life.

After she got kidnapped and got her powers, she wanted her father back. She tried praying that he would come back but he never did, nor did she ever see him again.

So when her rather punches the living daylights out of her as she's his mission at the Triskelion, she says that she's with him, 'until the end of time'. That must've sparked something in Bucky as he started to remember her.

This is Eliza's story, and also being part of a group nickname from the Avengers. The four misfits.
