Being a single mother to a five year old, wasn't easy but Seraphina had made it work with her daughter, Charlie. Charlie was named after her grandmother, Charlotte. Charlie is a nickname for Charlotte, so it worked. It was a great way to honor her grandmother.

Charlie never knew her father as her mom had a one night stand and her father was out of her life. To be honest the guy that Sera had sex with doesn't even know that he has a child. Which is probably for the better.

Seraphina's mother Charlotte died from a fatal accident while on a hunt of a demon, when Seraphina was seventeen. When Sera had found out she up and left Dean and Sam for over ten years, and they never saw the girl again. She went under the radar as she wanted to get away from everything and everyone. Even her best friend.

She knew it wasn't the smartest choice that she had made as she was essentially on her own with no one to help her and or be there for her. She grieved in a not-so-good way, she just wanted to numb everything and just hope that her mother dying was just a nightmare and she just wasn't waking up from. But it wasn't.

Seraphina didn't know what to do after her mother died. Does she move on or grieve?

She never really had that many friends growing up, as she kept to herself most of the time. Her only friends were Dean and Sam for the most part. At least her true friends where she could go to if she needed anything.

There were times that she wanted to call Sam or Dean just to hear their voices, as she had missed them. More than she wanted to admit. The three of them were thick as thieves, they did almost everything together, almost never really apart. So, when Seraphina had left it took a toll on the brother's lives. It was hard for Dean, because he thought that she didn't have feelings for him, or that he must have done something wrong that made her up and leave, never finding out the truth of her leaving.

Yes, Dean had his time with trying to get into every good looking girl's body, but none of them were Seraphina. Some were a close second or third, but he wanted Sera. Just like how Seraphina wanted him. No, no. She didn't him, but she needed him.

While Seraphina worked at her diner job as a waitress, she didn't have a babysitter, so she would bring her daughter to work with her. Charlie loved it, as some of the older regulars would feed the little girl, until she couldn't eat anymore. Charlie grew up in the diner, so she became the diner's mascot. A cute, button-nosed five-year-old. How could you not like, Charlie? She was irrestible.

Charlie would get free food from the menu which most of the time it was chicken tenders and ice cream. She loved it as it was her second family (besides her Mama), they are the type of people she'd spend holidays & birthday's with. She has so much toys from her mother's coworkers from over the years.

Charlie was in own designated corner that she has which is in her mother's eye of sight of the different angles in the diner. Charlie would keep herself company, as some of the people in the city would just come to the diner and see the little girl. Without realizing she became famous in the city of Abilene, Kansas.

When two certain people walked into the diner, Seraphina didn't know what to do. She didn't know if she wanted to hug them or just pretend that she isn't staring at Dean. She went up to her other coworker as technically Dean and Sam weren't sitting in her section. She walked towards the table which made Dean look up, as he couldn't help but grin at seeing Sera.

"So, this is your environment, huh?" He asked her as he didn't bother hiding his smirk that was on his face, which made Sera return the gesture with her own smile on her face.

"Maybe. What can I get you?"

"A lot of things but I will take the house special, with bacon and a coffee." Dean says, which made Sam kick his brother's leg from under the table as Dean gave his brother a glare, as Seraphina tried to hide her smile but it didn't work.

"I will get the house salad with ceasar dressing." Sam says which made Dean give his brother a look at his choice of food.

Course he goes for the rabbit food. Dean thought in his head.

"The food should be out in a bit." Seraphins says as she grabbed the menus as she didn't waste anytime of hitting Dean in the head with the menu as she walked by.

"Hey." He says in a hushed voice as he looked behind his seat as she went to another table but her smile was still there. He was going to get his payback for that. One way or another.

Hs couldn't help himseld as he would glance at Seraphina when she passed them. She would pour coffe into Dean's coffee and then she would hit his head everytime that she walked past. Sam tried to keep himself from laughing everytime but a chuckle would come out either way. Much to the dismay of Dean.

Seraphina didn't have that much longer of her shift at the diner. Dean waited like the gentleman that he was for Seraphina to get done. Sam shook his head at his brother and his efforts of waiting. Then one of Seraphina's coworkers slid something in front of Dean making him confused. The coworker didn't say anything as Dean turned his head to Seraphina who had smile on her face. He looked at what was slid in front of him, it was his favorite thing ever: pie.

He wasn't going to question as he began to dig into the delicious dessert. It was an apple pie, which was one of Dean's favorite pie. Sam watched his brother with a raised eyebeow at the way Dean was eating it. It nearly sounded like he was going through an orgasm. Sam was giving his brother a near disgusted look but Dean was too busy to really care.

"Dude it is just pie, chill it with the orgasm." Sam says to his brother which  of course Dean could care less. The pie kept him entertained. Sam continued to give his brother the look, as he cleared his throat.

"Shut up." Dean says as he continued going through an orgasm.

"You good, Dean?" A voice says which made the older brother jump as it was Seraphina. "I knew the pie was good but not that good."

Dean looks at the woman before clearing his throat, embarassed that he got caught. Sam let out a laugh at his brother. He was clearly enjoying this way too much. Seraphina raised her eye brow at Dean as this was too much fun to stop watching.

"Enjoying your pie, Dean? I knew you wouldn't object to pie." Seraphina says as a small crooked smile appeared on the corners of his lips.

"It was really good actually." Dean says still lightly embarassed that he got caught.

"Good that means you wouldn't be objected to this then." Seraphina says as she pulled out a plastic bag which had a bigger pie in there.

All for Dean.

Dean's eyes immediately went to the bag that was now on the table. Dean opened the bag and there was an apple pie in there. It was a full pie. His mouth gaped open at the sight of the pie and once he realizes what it was.

"Thanks, Sera." He says as she smiled as then little Charlie runs to her mother. The diner is getting ready to close as the only time that the diner is open late is on Friday's.

"Hey, baby." Sera says as she hugs her daughter and picks her up.

"Didn't know that she was yours. She's cute though." Dean says to Sera as Charlie hides in the crook of her neck, as Sera rubs her daughter's back.

"It's okay, baby. This is Dean and Sam. They're friends. Moreso, Sam." Sera says as Dean gives her a look, as Sam chuckled a little.

"Hey. Rude." Dean says to Seraphina but she could careless. She was amused by this banter between her and Dean, which she had missed.

"Hi, Charlie. I'm Sam. I'm your Mama's friend." Sam says to Charlie as she slowly lifts her head up as she shyly waves at Sam. "She's cute." Sam waves back to the little girl.

"You didn't kidnap the kid, did you?" Dean asked as Sam turned his attention to his brother with a look.

Sera couldn't help but smile at what Dean said. She shook her head no as Charlie still had a death grip on her mother which was fine. As Seraphina is talking to strangers that she doesn't know.

"Nope, she is 100% mine." Seraphina says as Dean grinned at that which made Sam shake his head at him.

"How old is she?" Dean asks as hs scooted and Sera sat beside him in the booth with Charlie in the middle.

"Five." Sera says as Dean nods his head at her.

"She's a cute kid. She has a great mom, too." Dean says which made Seraphina blush but she didn't care if Dean saw it.

Which he definitely did.

He thought it was cute.

Sera cleared her throst to hide the fact that she is blushing, but it didn't work again. "Um, if you want. I um get off at four if you want to grab dinner or something." Sera says awkwardly which both Sam and Dean think is adorable. Knowing that she is hiding her blush, and hiding the fact that she was blushing.

The brothers both smile. "Yeah, of course we're in town for a couple of days." Dean says as Sam gave his brother a look but Sera didn't see the look that was giving Sera.

Sera wrote her address on a napkin as Dean felt all giddy inside like a kid who is watching his best friend write a secret. When Sera was done she and Charlie bid goodbye because Charlie needs to take a bath.

Charlie shyly waved at Sam which he returned to little girl, which made her smile a little. Dean tried waving at Charlie but she hid in her mother's neck like Dean is a scary monster.

Dean gave Sera a look as Sam tried not to laugh at Charlie and Dean, as Charlie thinks that Dean is a scary monster but yet she waved to his moose of a brother.

Not fair.

"Thanks, Sera." Dean says all giddy which makes Sam shake his head as Sera waved at Dean for a last time, at least for a couple hours.
