August is generally closed off. He's classified as a demonic neko because he is aggressive and he attacks anyone and everyone but you cant really blame him. He didn't exactly have the best life. He hates human contact and if you touch him you will most likely lose your fingers or entire hand which is sort of the reason why he's never let out his cage and why it's double locked. (he broke out the first time). He doesn't like people petting him unless they gain his trust and so far no one sticks around to gain it. August has a tendacy to be deceiving. He acts all cute and innocent (he actually is lol) and once someone gets close to his cage, he either swipes at them or attempts to bite them. He's very cold and is sometimes classified as emotionless since he only knows anger. Nothing else. If he's given a toy it has to be plastic because if it's a plush it will get ripped up in seconds. People don't realise it but August has a reason behind his anger and he just doesn't know how to show other emotions. The reason behind his anger isn't a good one. It's horrible. What happened to August was horrible.

𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆𝒔
If he trusts you then he likes head Pets, ear pets, tail pets, cuddles, head kisses, mice, catnip (he tasted it once and hes loved it ever since. It also calms him down)
He loves to play with his toys and curl up with them since they are also comforting.
He also likes the music box and necklace his parents left him years ago. it's his most prized possession along with the necklace. It's the only things he has left of his parents. He never let's anyone touch the music box or his necklace which he wears on his neck
The music box :

The music box plays the song his mother and father used to sing to him. It's called "my little ray of sunshine" and it reminds him that even tho he barely knew them, they always loved him. Whenever he's too angry he opens it and lays down listening to the song and it calms him down
The locket necklace :

This is the locket his parents left him along with the music box. It has a picture of his mom and dad holding him as a new born baby. He never takes it off and if he does, he keeps it near his music box and will bite and scratch anyone who attempts to take it

He doesn't like being locked up in a cage. It actually angers him more. He also doesn't like being punished if he tries to escape. He also doesn't like it when people try to pet him unexpectedly or while he's eating. He also hates it when people try to speak to him because he doesn't know how to speak so he doesn't respond back and most of the time he has no understanding of English. He also hates water so try to bath him and you will lose your hand or finger.

He's doesn't actually have a specific style hes mostly in a red flannel and boxers. He doesn't really own clothes.

August was born in a small town in rosenburg. His mother and father were nekos as well and loved him the minute they saw him. However the people of rosenburg saw nekos as a threat. As monsters. One night as the family laid asleep, the people of rosenburg set their house on fire. August father John was the first to wake up and after waking up his wife Martha, the two tried to escape with August who was only a newborn. They ran as fast as they could. When they heard the people following them they knew what had to be done. They placed their baby in a box in an alley and his mother put the locket around her little sons neck and his father placed the music box in the blanket. The saddened parents kissed their precious baby's foreheads then said "be strong our baby be strong. We love you. Always and forever.. Our precious kitten. Our August" before they were grabbed and taken away. August was found by a passing lady who heard him crying. Instead of taking him in and raising him as her own, she went and dumped him at a neko auction center where he's been ever since
