The day of marriage

The palace was decorated with various flowers... Everyone in dwaraka was celebrating the marriage of their beloved

"It's hurting my hair bhabhi.. Why do i have to wear it?.." Subhadra asked adjusting her heavy veil

"You are the new queen of indraprastha.. The whole indraprastha will be waiting to welcome you! A queen is supposed to dress like this" Revati said while adjusting subhadra's veil

Subhadra became aware of the fact that she's going to be a queen.

"What if they don't like me bhabhi?" She asked looking at revati's reflection

Revati smiled hearing her.. She held subhadra's shoulder and made her look at her reflection.

"Look at you! You are already looking like a Queen.. Who could hate you? You are the kindest person I've ever met. You'll be a wonderful Queen" Subhadra smiled and hugged Revati for taking her tension away

Rukmini entered in the chamber and handled a necklace to revati

"But bhabhi.. That is bua's necklace.. She loved it so much.. How can i wear that?" Subhadra asked

"You are the only person who deserves to wear it.. Arjun is the one who asked us to make you wear this" Revati made subhadra wear the necklace

She touched the necklace looking at her reflection in the mirror

"It's time.. Are you guys done?" Krishna entered in the chamber.. He stopped seeing subhadra.. He smiled whole heartily

"Look at you! I never realised how much you've grown.. You are still a little girl to me." Krishna carressed subhadra's hair affectionately

"I am still your little girl bhrata" She hugged him with a smile running on her lips

Krishna kissed subhadra on her forehead

Rukmini and revati followed them to the mandab

Balram and krishna stood beside subhadra.

Arjun was waiting at the mandab

His eyes brightened seeing her

They both sat next to eachother

Arjun took hold of subhadra's hands making her smile

The priest began to chant mantra's diverting their attention from eachother.

The duo did everything according to the priest's instructions..

They exchanged garlands.. He put choodamani and sindhoor on her head.

Balram and Krishna took subhadra's hands and placed it in Arjun's hands.. He held her hands tightly like a promise to always love her..

They both smiled in tears and hugged eachother

"I guess I'm not alone anymore!" He said chuckling in tears

"No you are not.. You are stuck with me forever." she said wiping them away as a promise.. He pressed his lips on her forehead

"I knew it from the day i met you" he said in a low voice making her look at him in a questioning way

"Knew what?" She asked putting her hands around his waist

"You were everything I've been looking for.. You are my destiny" she smiled and hugged him tightly..

They stood like that till they could feel their heartbeats syncing as one.
