Althea is a serious woman, who doesn't have much space for jokes or mistakes. She isn't a physical attentive person, but she for sure is mentally aware. She is very smart and has a lot of knowledge about different subjects.
Althea knows sacrifice and doesn't have a big issue to do whatever is needed to succeed. She is cunning and manipulative. She knows how to lie and doesn't trust others very easily.

Althea grew up as the daughter of one of the witches of the covern. She had been educated to be one herself. Things actually changed. Althea became one of the girls, wanted to be sacrificed during the Harvest. But things didn't go as planned. The Harvest got interrupted by one of the originals (Darren milansligter050). Most girls got slayered and Althea was 'saved' from her death.
After that the covern turned it into a sign. The young girl got taught to be the most important member of the covern. Her education was taught but afterwards she would say it was worth it.

Years later Althea met a man, also a witch. They fell in love. Together they got two children, Brooke and Maisy. The two never married because as a witch of the covern you weren't allowed to have a lover. During Althea her pregnancy she had a rough time but she stayed strong. The girls were twins. Brooke and Maisy had a better relationship with their father, since their mom was always working.
Brooke could handle the pressure her mother put on her well, but Maisy became rebellious, causing her to leave as soon as she could. Eventually Althea also lost sight of Brook. Valentino stuck to her side till his last breath. He died from a brain tumor. Althea wanted to try and help him, but he forbid her to. He was almost 80 when he passed away.
