Avoid mistakes.

Manik entered his house to see all were waiting for him. He went to Priya and said

Manik: maa kya aap tiffin pack kar sakti ho?

Priya:kar dungi...lekin pehle bata Nandini kaisi hai?

Manik got confused as to how she came to know.

Manik:aapko kaise pata?

Priya: Cabir ne bataya...ab bol kaisi hai voh?

Manik:she is taking rest...mm...voh vaha Navya bhi nahi hai toh I thought of taking tiffin aur vaise bhi Vibha doesn't know to cook.

Priya: it's okay... Main abhi banati hun...tu ja fresh ho ja.

Manik nodded and went upstairs. Ram and Priya saw him going away. Ram moved towards Priya and said

Ram:he is looking all tensed out.

Priya: I know...aisa kya jadu hai Nandini mein jo yeh itna caring ban chuka hai.

Ram smiled and said

Ram:but I am happy iski life mein koi toh hai humare siva jiske vajah se yeh itna caring,loving aur responsible banta jayega.

Priya(smiling): just like you.

Ram:haaye...just like me?

Priya nodded with a smile and Ram hugged her. Priya broke the hug and went in the kitchen saying

Priya:chaliye...hatiye ab..mujhe meri bahu ke liye khana banana hai.

Ram:oye...abhi se bahu.

Priya:kyun problem hai?

Ram nodded and went in the study room. Here Manik entered his room and kept everything on it's place and freshed and up and soon came down.

He straight away went in the kitchen and started helping Priya. Looking at him Priya asked

Priya: Manik kya kar raha hai? I'll do it.

Manik:nahi maa it's okay... I'll help you...vaise bhi Nandini needs to have her medicine on time..

Priya admired him and let him do whatever he wants. He packed some fruits. He packed whatever Priya had made and kept it to cool down.

Soon Manik got ready to leave but he went upstairs to get his phone. When he came down he saw his whole family standing there.

Manik:maa voh tiffin....kya hua? Aap sab aise kyun khade hai?

Priya:kuch nahi...chal nahi toh der ho jayegi...

Manik frowned looking at them and Ram said

Ram:arey bhai..hum bhi aa rahe hai...even we want to meet Nandini.

Manik: that's not needed I'll...

Priya:tu ab meri baat nahi manega?

Priya asked sadly to which Manik immediately said

Manik:nahi maa aisa nahi hai...lekin aap kyun aa rahe ho?

Cabir:kyunki inhe apni bahu se milna hai...

Cabir said dramatically and Manik made wide eyes and said

Manik:kya? Kaun bahu?

Ram:oye jyada nakhre na kar...aur chal...nahi toh sach mein der ho jayegi.

Without waiting for him they left and Manik ran behind them. Manik then took driving seat and drove to Navya's place.

Here Nandini was taking rest and Vibha was beside her looking after. After 10 minutes Vibha excused herself to go the washroom.

As Vibha went house bell rang. Nandini then got up slowly as Vibha was inside and went in the hall and opened the door only to get shock looking at Manik.

Manik got angry seeing her opening the door and said

Manik:are u out of ur mind? Haan? Who told you to open the door? Ek toh tumhari tabiyat thik nahi hai aur upar se u r roaming around.

He didn't even let her speak and Cabir, Priya and Ram nodded their head in disbelief. Nandini said

Nandini:voh koin nahi tha toh maine...

Manik:toh wait...

Priya: oye chup kar...bichari bimaar hai aur tu dant raha hai...hatt...

Saying this she pushed him aside and entered. Nandini got confused looking at her as she had not seen her before.

Priya:main Priya Manik aur Cabir ki mom.

Nandini:oh...ayiye...baithiye...

They entered inside with angry Manik. Nandini closed the door and said

Nandini:aap baithiye main abhi aati hun...

Saying this she went in the kitchen and Manik was about to say but Priya and Ram glared at him.

Here Vibha came and saw Nandini wasn't there she got angry and went out and said loudly without looking around.

Vibha:di aapki problem kya hai? Bimaar ho toh rest....

She stopped looking at Nandini coming with tray of water she immediately went and took the tray and said

Vibha:ab yeh kiske liye hai? Kya diii...

Nandini glared at her and guestuered her to look front. Vibha looked at them and said

Vibha: I am sorry mujhe nahi pata tha ki aap log yaha honge...

Priya:arey koi nahi beta...hota hai...

Vibha gave them water and smiled at her saviour to which Manik too smiled.

Priya made Nandini sit beside her and asked

Priya:how r u feeling now?

Nandini: I am fine mam...

Priya:arey...mam mat bulao...yeh office nahi hai...u can call me aunty...

Nandini smiled and nodded. Manik was looking at her and Cabir saw it and said

Cabir: Manik stop staring at her...u might get caught.

Manik:shut up!!!!!

He immediately kept quiet and asked Nandini

Cabir:so Nandini how r u feeling? Hope you r much better than previous time?

Nandini:ji sir... I am okay now.

Ram: aur tabiyat kaise kharab ho gayi beta?

Listening him Nandini got numb,shocked...she didn't knew what to answer looking at her face Priya said

Priya:arey hum toh yaha tumhe tiffin dene aaye the...ye lo...have it and take ur medicines.

Nandini:ji iski kya jarurat thi... I would have managed..

Priya:arey how u would have managed...maine suna... tumhari behen ko cooking nahi aati aur Navya bhi nahi hai...

Nandini nodded and Priya and Ram spent sometime in talking with Nandini. Soon they decided to leave as it was late and Nandini needed to take medicine.

Priya:acha chalo...bahut der ho gayi hai...

They nodded and stood up Nandini and Vibha too tood up and said

Nandini:thank you for the food aunty...it means a lot.

Priya cupped her face and said

Priya:thank you mat bolo beta...yeh toh mera farz hai...

Listening her Nandini got confused... Manik eyes widened and Cabir and Ram coughed at her answer.

Priya:arey itni pyari jo ho tum...aur Manik ko p.a bhi itna toh banta hai na...

Nandini smiled confusingly and they moved towards the exit. Priya told her to take rest and so did Ram. Cabir went with them now only Manik and Nandini were there.

Vibha had gone to answer the call which she got. Manik turned towards her and said

Manik:take care and have ur medicines on time.

Nandini nodded and said she will. Manik said

Manik:and haan u don't need to come tomorrow. I will manage.

Nandini:nahi sir I'll come...

Manik:shh.. I have decided and I am not changing my decision.

Nandini nodded and Manik turned and walked little away but turned again and said

Manik: Nandini

She looked at him and he continued

Manik:please...apne aap ko itna stress mat do...

Nandini got lost in him and Manik moved away saying this. Manik was already gone but still Nandini was standing over there.

Vibha came and saw her standing looking infront all staring.

Vibha:dii...

Nandini:huh...

Vibha:chalo... Vaha kya dekh rahi ho?

Nandini:haan... Kuch nahi chal...

Saying this she closed the door and they both had the food and they bith left to sleep. Nandini took her medicine and took her phone and messaged Manik and went to sleep.

Here Manik and his family reached home all talking about Nandini and he was smiling little and they had food and were sitting in the hall.

Priya:kuch bhi kaho...ladki bahut hi achi hai...

Ram:hai na..

Cabir:toh kab kara rahe ho aap Manik ki shadi?

Listening him Manik threw cushion on him and said

Manik:chup kar bey...maar khayega..

Cabir:kyun shadi ki baat sunte hi sharam aa rahi hai?

Manik:tu ruk...abhi batata hun

Saying this Manik ran behind Cabir who ran to his room saving himself. Cabir locked the door and Manik said

Manik:tu mil... phir batata hun.

Cabir:tu kuch nahi kar payega...

Manik went from there to his room and changed his clothes and layed down on the bed when his phone beeped with a message.

He took his phone and opened to see a message from Nandini. First he got worried but smiled reading the message.

" Thank you for the dinner. Aunty really is a great cook. Please say thank you to aunty.

And thank you for helping me today🙂"

Manik smiled and replied okay...to the message and was about to type something more but didn't do and went to sleep.
