I slipped off of my mount, gently brushing his fur up from his huge torso and he lowered his large head so I could gently scratch under his ears. "Don't go too far Katsuki." I gently spoke to the immense amber wolf that was now behind me, that just stretched and laid down with his massive paws in front of him and his head held high, fiery red eyes keeping watch. I set my bow on the soft moss underneath me and removed the holster with my arrows that was slung over my chest, along with the old armour that decorated my body, the tightly wound corset I had around my waist, the cloak that rested gently on my shoulders and the rest of the clothing that remained now laid on the moss covered ground beneath me. I excitedly began to run up the large waterfall that was ahead of me. Feeling the grass under my bare feet as the wind tickled my skin was exhilarating, this was the feeling I chased, total and complete freedom.

I reached the top of the cliff, my feet no longer on the plush grass but on the damp, dark granite that has been smoothed down because of the water flow and rain. My toes curled over the edge of the cliff and I peaked past my toes to see the water from the falls crash into the river below. I stepped back about 30 feet and took a deep breath, I began sprinting towards the edge of the cliff, bounding over rocks and digging my feet into the ground as I quickly made my way to the edge of the waterfall. I jumped off the cliff with both my legs together and my arms out to my side as I plummeted towards the water underneath me, I slowly brought my arms over my head into a diving position as my (h/c) hair flew in the wind.

My body met the water and was quickly engulfed in the cold. I swam to the surface and inhaled through my nose, I brought my hands up to my face and wiped my eyes then ran my fingers through my drenched hair to get all the knots out.

After cleaning myself after a long day I got out of the water and dried my body with my cloak and redressed myself and quickly made my way over to Katsuki, still keeping watch for possible dangers. He looked down at me with his usual unwavering gaze and I smiled and jumped to kiss him on the nose earning a growl from Katsuki, but he was unable to hide his wagging tail, I chuckled lightly "I'm going into town, please don't go too far, I'll be back before dark." I stated with a smile, petting his side as I walked past him.

Katsuki never likes me going places on my own, but people would be rather alarmed to see a wolf, especially one as large as Katsuki. So when I normally go to town I let Katsuki roam the forest to hunt or find hunters and travelers to chase after, until I get back.

I came across a meadow with several deer casually grazing within it. I smiled as I continued to make my way through the tall lush grass. The deer were quite used to my usual presence but not wanting to disturb them anyway I had made sure not to make any noise as I took each step. When I made it through the meadow I found the narrow dirt path that led right to town. As I walked down the crooked dirt path I looked up to the trees above me, they seemed like they could cut through the sky, It always made me wonder what it was like above the clouds. I started to slightly speed up when I saw the capital grow closer.

I put my hood up and hid in the shadows as I entered the capital not wanting to get caught by any guards, walking my familiar routes in the impoverished areas of town and making my way to a house I knew struggled a lot under King Enji's rule. I gently knocked 3 times on the old wooden door of the small home, a small brown haired woman peaked her head through the now slightly open door "Hi Yachi-San it's me, is it alright if I come in?" I whispered with a smile at the smaller woman "Oh of course (y/n), come in quick before any guards see you." Yachi replied, completely opening the door allowing me inside. Her four kids came quickly running to me as I removed my cloak. "(Y/n) (Y/n)! Have you seen the price for your capture yet, it's gone up to 2 million in gold!" Amiko, the oldest of the 4 said excitedly as she jumped into my arms, I laughed proudly "King Enji is really out for my head, especially since I stole one of his ruby rings." I smiled as I pulled the massive ruby and diamond encrusted gold ring from a bag that clung to my belt and showed the excited children circling me. They awed at the precious jewelry and after some time of admiring the priceless item in my hand, I gently put the ring back it's specific pouch and gently put Amiko down "Now isn't it getting a little late for you 4." Yachi scolded her little ones, they booed and complained but sooner or later accepted defeat and all went to bed, I turned to Yachi "Is there anything I can do to help out here?" I asked with a small smile "I just have to do some cleaning, that's all." Yachi tiredly smiled, I frowned and turned and grabbed a small brown leather bag attached to my belt that was filled with gold coins and handed it to Yachi. "I can't take this you worked for this money." She resisted and I gently grabbed her hand in mine and smiled, "You need this money more than I do, please take it, I stole it specifically to make sure the people of this town have enough money to put food on the table. Now go to bed Yachi-San, I'll clean up the house." Yachi's face lit up and she nodded her head slightly. She gave me a tight hug that I happily returned, after she released me she went to her room to get some sleep and I went to grab the broom that rested in the corner of the kitchen and began to clean.

I finished cleaning the house to the best of my ability and blew out the candles that kept the now dark house illuminated and silently left the house. I made my way to one of my favorite pubs and was greeted with the warmth from the building and the strong aroma of beer when I opened the door. I was also quickly greeted by familiar faces, having small talk with each of them and making my way over to sit at my favorite spot at the bar and waved over the bartender. The blonde man behind the bar happily walked over to me "So the great Robin Hood junior is back in my pub!" Denki smiled, "I missed my old friends is that so wrong?" I laughed as the blonde slid a pint of beer in my direction "You know the bounty on your head is skyrocketing by the way, what did you do to piss off the King so much?" Denki asked with his head propped up on his hand, I smirked and reached into the same small pocket that contained the King's ring and pulled it out and showed Denki, his face changed completely, his eyes were now open wide and his mouth fell completely open "I stole this right of the Kings hand while he slept." I smirked "How in Odin's name did you get that off his massive hands and slip through all his security?" Denki asked in shock "What can I say, I'm good at what I do, I could probably slip the boots off your feet without you noticing. Plus I got a little help from the Prince, he hates the bastard as much as we do." I smirked and quickly chugged  the massive pint of beer and motioned for another, Denki complied and filled my glass back to the top.

After lots of drinking, singing songs with my friends and buying rounds for everyone in the pub, I decided it was time to head back to Katsuki, when I exited the stone and wood building I realized it was completely dark. I cursed under my breath after remembering I told Katsuki I would be back before dark he would probably be furious with me, I began to quickly stumble through the vacant streets with my hood up but was picked up by the collar of my shirt and held off the ground, I froze in fear, ready to fight off the King's guards but looked up to find a large ash blonde muzzle and sighed in relief, the large wolf quickly began to run back to the forest with me still dangling from his jaws seeming like I was weightless to the massive dog.

We reached deep into the forest near the river and Katsuki dropped me to the ground "Heyyyy I could have easily made it back to you, without your help!" I whined, the wolf growled lightly at my immature remark and sat down under a tree "You got me all dirty and I can't go in the river at night it's dangerous!" I complained more to the wolf who seemed greatly annoyed by my drunken and childish complaining. Katsuki stood back up and grabbed me by my cloak once again and dragged me under the tree where he had been sitting. He gently put me down this time, Katsuki wrapped his body around mine, like how we usually slept and I instinctively snuggled into the soft blonde fur "I'm still dirty though." I grumbled loud enough for the blonde wolf to hear. I felt Katsuki shift around me, he lifted his head and lowered it close to mine, I moved to look into Katsuki's fiery eyes and smiled slightly at my best friend. Katsuki laped his pink tongue across my face repeatedly as I drunkenly giggled at the wolf as he cleaned off my dirty face with a slightly wagging tail.

After Katsuki finished he glared down at me and I let out a strained yawn and scratched under Katsuki's chin with a tired smile. I snuggled back into Katsuki's lush soft fur with a gentle hum, Katsuki then tucked his head into my chest and drifted off to sleep.
