"Sir, what exactly was all that about?" Rosalyn asked as she, Dumbledore and Harry walked back along the street to the place they first apparated to.
"You two're talented, famous and powerful, everything Horace values," Dumbledore said. "Professor Slughorn, as we must now call him, is going to try and collect you two, for you'll be his crowning jewels. That's why he's returning to Hogwarts, and it's crucial he should return."
They stopped. "I feel as though I've stolen a wonderful night from you. Especially you, Harry, she was truthfully, very pretty. The girl."
"What girl?" Rosalyn asked, her smirk back on.
"Shut up, Rosie," Harry rolled his eyes at his sister, then to Dumbledore. "It's alright, I'll go back tomorrow, make up some excuse."
"Oh, you won't be returning to Privet Drive tonight, Harry," Dumbledore said.
"But Sir, my trunk, my owl-"
"Both are waiting for you," Dumbledore said, holding out his arm.
Rosalyn braced herself, waiting for that feeling of sucked-up-into-hosepipe to come into play again.

"Mum?" They heard Ginny shout as soon as they got into the house.
"Ginny," They heard Molly's tired voice. "Whatever's the matter?"
"I was only wondering when Harry got here, he must have come with Rosie-"
"Harry? What Harry?" Molly asked again.
"Harry Potter, of course. His trunk's in the kitchen, and his owl " Ginny answered exasperatedly. Rosalyn and Harry suddenly noticed this. All Harry's stuff, plus Hedwig in a cage on top of it all, was right in front of them.
"N-no dear, I seriously doubt that," Molly said again.
"Harry? Did someone say Harry?" Ron's groggy voice came from way up the stairs.
"Me, nosy, is he up there with you?" Ginny asked.
"Of course not! I think I'd know if my best friend was in my bedroom, wouldn't I?" Rob retorted.
"Is that an owl I hear?" Hermione's voice came. When the hell did she get here? Rosalyn thought, must've been in the past few hours, because she wasn't here when I left.
"You haven't seen them, have you? Apparently they're wandering around the house," Ginny yelled back.
"Really?"
"Really," Rosalyn and Harry said together.
"Harry!"
Ginny rushed to hug him. Rosalyn rolled her eyes as Molly, Ron and Hermione came down the stairs.
Rosalyn hugged Hermione. "I didn't know you were coming!" She shouted.
"Nor did I until yesterday," Hermione laughed. "There wasn't enough time to send an owl, so I just decided to surprise you."
Meanwhile, Molly was squealing over Harry. "Why didn't you let us know you were coming? Rosalyn's letter said you'd be involved but..."
"Well, I didn't know either," Harry smiled. "Dumbledore."
"That man!" Molly said in mock anger. "But then, where would we be without him, eh?"
They all laughed as Ron tried to touch the edge of Hermione's lips, everyone looked at him in shock.
"Just a bit of... toothpaste," he said, ears going red.
Rosalyn sighed. Smooth, Ron. Smooth.
The quartet went upstairs and to Rosalyn's bedroom. Once Molly had lit a magical fire for them to keep them all warm. Well, by fire, it was basically a piece of levitating newspaper that was in flames. "So when d'you get here?" She asked Hermione. "Can't have been that long, I only left a few hours ago!"
"No, mum and dad dropped me off about an hour and a half ago. I thought you'd be here, but Molly explained you were out."
"Yeah, off with Dumbledore!" Ron poked her in the side.
"Hey!" Rosalyn said, poking him back.
"So what did Dumbledore want?" Hermione asked.
Rosalyn swallowed, then explained.
"...And he said that he's going to try and collect us," she finished. "I don't know what's going to amount of it, but I'm just going along with it at the moment."
Harry nodded.
"So what've you been up to?" Rosalyn asked Hermione. "And why didn't you come to ours sooner?"
Hermione shuffled nervously. "Mum and dad... they heard about what Mrs Weasley was so worried about, and they weren't sure if I should go back. They're muggles, and even they know something bad's happening."
"Yeah, but dad's in favour," Ron said, sighing. "He was the one to convince mum that she was being barmy in the first place. Took a few days... but she came round."
"Oh, yeah, Rosie, you were telling me, but why don't your parents want you to go back?" Harry said. "I mean, this is Hogwarts we're talking about, it's Dumbledore, what could be safer?"
There was a pause, then Hermione spoke. "There's... been a lot of talk recently... that Dumbledore's getting a bit old."
"Rubbish! He's only- what is he?" Harry asked.
"A hundred and fifty? Give or take a few years," Ron said, smiling.
No one knew what was really funny about this, maybe just the way it was said, but soon, Rosalyn and Hermione were rolling around the floor laughing. Harry and Ron were watching them, laughing as well.
Rosalyn sighed, looking at the newspaper that was in the middle of them all. Just before she bowed her head to continue chuckling her head off, she caught a glimpse of Draco Malfoy, face set and hard, whilst the camera flashed at him.
Rosalyn continued to smile and giggle with her friends, unaware that, somewhere miles away his mother was making a promise. The kind that you couldn't break.

Weasley's Wizard Wheezes was the name of the joke shop Fred and George had built up over the past year, and it was also the name of the joke shop Rosalyn and everyone else was heading to right now. It stood out, just like Neville had told her in his letter.
On the outside, the shop was covered in colour and funny jokes and posters. A big moving statue of a figure that looked like the twins was moving in front of them, lifting its hat to show a rabbit, putting it down and lifting it up again. Somehow, the rabbit was gone.
Hermione and Rosalyn linked arms and entered the shop, watching Weasley fireworks (which they remembered from last year) crackling about above their heads.
"Step up! Step up!" Fred and George, who were on a platform up the stairs. "We've got fainting fancies, nosebleed nougat and puking pastilles! Just in time for school!"
Rosalyn looked around in awe. The shop looked amazing, she honestly didn't know how her brothers were doing it.
"Into the cauldron, handsome!" They said to a boy who was trialing some puking pastilles.
There was a man with an electricity pack on his back, shaking hands with a woman, giving her an electrical shock. There was someone with special shoes on, walking up walls and on the ceiling. Best of all, there was small figures of Umbridge, yelling, "I will have, order!" At random points.
Rosalyn was now looking at a shelf with quite a few black rocks. They looked interesting.
"Peruvian instant darkness powder?" Rosalyn asked, looking at the label.
"Yep, real money spinner that one, Rosie," Fred said, picking some up and chucking it into Rosalyn's hand.
"Handy if you need to make a quick getaway!" George went on. Rosalyn put the darkness powder in her bag, ready to purchase it.
She went over to Hermione and Ginny, who were near a pink display, looking at small bottles.
"Hellooo, ladies," Fred and George said, coming up behind them.
"Love potions, eh?"
"Yeah, they really do work!"
"But we're not selling them to our sisters," Fred said quickly. "Because Rosie's already practically got a boyfriend and Ginny's got about five-"
"Whatever you've heard from Ron is a big. Fat. Lie," Ginny retorted.
"Aren't you currently dating Dean Thomas?" George asked.
"Yes, and last time I checked, he was one boy, not five," Ginny said at once.
They were all unaware that Harry was watching jealously.
"Yeah, but-" George started, looking at Rosalyn.
"Don't even start," she said in a warning tone.
Meanwhile, Hermione had caught someone's eye. Rosalyn, who had seen it, didn't know who the boy was, but she made it her mission to find out.
Fred and George, who were up on the stairs, soon got stopped by Ron. "How much for this?" He asked, gesturing to the boxes in his hands.
"Five galleons," the twins said together.
"How much for me?" Ron asked again.
"Five galleons," Fred and George said again.
"But I'm your brother," Ron said, as though it must be worth something.
The twins shrugged. "Ten galleons!"
Ron dropped the boxes, putting his middle finger up at his brothers before putting them all back. Rosalyn sniggered.
"Come on, let's go," he said irritably to Harry, Hermione and Rosalyn.
As they walked outside, Rosalyn took in Diagon Alley for the first time in ages. And it was a mess.
The whole alley used to be exploding with colour. People used to be milling about doing shopping or meeting up with friends. Whereas, now, basically no one was out on the streets. Weasley's Wizard Wheezes was about the only shop with light and colour. Lots of shops were closed, some had broken windows and some looked like they had been on fire.
"How are Fred and George doing it?" Hermione asked as she, Rosalyn, Ron and Harry walked along a lonely street. "Half the alley's closed down."
"Fred reckons people need a laugh these days," Ron said, sighing.
"Yeah, I reckon he's right," Rosalyn added gravely.
"Oh no," Hermione cried out as they came to a certain, closed down shop. "Everyone got their wands from Ollivander's."
It was true, and because of this, the quartet decided to take a look inside the run down building. However, they didn't get very far when Ron glanced out the window.
"Rosie," he said warily, as the other three joined him. "Is it just me or do Draco and mummy look like two people who don't wanna be followed?"
Rosalyn watched as Malfoy and his mother, Narcissa, glanced around them before slipping discreetly into Knockturn Alley.
All Rosalyn knew next was that she was suddenly running out of Ollivander's, Harry, Ron and Hermione at her heels. She ran to find Malfoy, and eventually caught sight of him in a winding, narrow alley. He didn't see her, thank Godric, but the quartet was soon following him, desperate to see what he was up to.
He and his mother went into Borgin and Burke's, a shop Rosalyn had seen Draco visit with his father four years previously.
"Now what are we going to do?" Hermione whispered desperately, as there was no way to see what Draco was doing outside the shop. Well, unless you wanted to be in broad daylight, peering in the window.
But Rosalyn had her sights set on somewhere else. She saw some narrow, stone steps heading up the side of the shop. When she went to investigate, she realised that these steps would lead them onto the roof of another shop, where they could watch through the window, unseen.
"Come on," she whispered, leading them up the steps and onto the roof. When they got there, crouched, eyes peeking over the roof, they were just in time to see several people enter the shop. These people were unidentifiable, but Rosalyn could tell by the way they were walking and looking that they didn't want to be seen out in public.
They saw Malfoy speaking to Borgin, obviously asking him something. Then they saw him go over to some sort of cabinet. Rosalyn didn't know what it was, but she saw him try to open the door, then give up. Rosalyn frowned. What was this strange gathering? What was going on?
Suddenly, the quartet had to drop, as a vicious looking man with a knarled face turned to look at the exact place they had been mere moments before. Rosalyn knew who this was. His face had been all over the papers recently. It was Fenrir Greyback.
She didn't know much about Greyback, just that he was a werewolf, like her old teacher, Professor Lupin. Contrary to Lupin, however, he liked his werewolf qualities, and at a full moon, positioned himself close to prey, so that he would we able to strike.
Rosalyn, frozen in fear, peeked over the roof once more, to see that Greyback had lost interest. However, what she saw angered her to no end.
Shit, she thought, as she saw that the blinds were all closed.
"Not much point in staying, now," Ron pointed out.
"Yeah let's go before we get caught," Rosalyn advised.
They all jumped down from the roof, running back to Diagon Alley where they entered Weasley's Wizard Wheezes once again. Rosalyn sighed, ignoring Cormac McLaggen's (the weirdo that had been staring at Hermione) weird looks, and joined in with the other three when they told Molly that they'd been in the back room the whole time, and she simply couldn't have looked properly.
