In The Ministry of Magic

Every witch and wizard who placed their magic into the rod was  present and Kingsley went on the stage .

"Good afternoon everyone ,you are all here today because the magical  community is losing magic because of the loss of many young wizards and witches during the war . So our only choice is to repopulate to ensure our kind survives so we as in the ministry of magic chose to establish a Marriage law " Kingsley said using his wand as a microphone

Once Kingsley was finished speaking and uproar was heard .

"So you'll just pick someone for us "Dean thomas asked

"No your magic will. On the screen over there you will see your name and the person you are paired with . You will stand so your partners can know you and I did not make this list myself so I do not know of the pairings "Kingsley stated to everyone turning off his wand  and left the stage and sat in the front row.

The screen showed the first set of names

2.Millicent Bulstrode & Michael Corner
3.Penelope Clearwater & Percy Weasley

The respective persons stood up and used their fingers to represent the number they were given

1.Dennis Crevery & Terry Boot
2.Susan Bones & Anthony Goldstein
3Marcus Flint & Katie Bell

The person stood and repeated the same actions as the other group

1.Marrietta Edgecombe & Dean Thomas
2.Justin Fletchley & Gabrielle Delacour
3.George Weasley & Angelina Johnson

They repeated the same actions as the other group.

1.Ron Weasley & Hermione Granger
2.Hanna Abbott & Seamus Finna can
3.Neville longbottom & Luna lovegood

4 Pansy parking & Cormac Mclaggen

5.Gregory Goyle & Padma Pa til

"What I get shipped off with some Slytherin scum !"Ginny Weasley shouted to Kingsley

Kingsley stood up and turned on his wand and said

"Your magic chose for you "Kingsley said "Once this is over you can meet your partner in a private room provided by the ministry." Kingsley added turning off his wand and went to have a seat .
