it'd been a few months now since she'd been attending her brother's school, atari acclimated nicely. it helped that she already knew people there, and everyone else was relatively friendly.

what everyone had figured out about her was that she was a girl of many talents, not only was she incredibly beautiful but she was smart and strong, could dress and learned fast. though, her main downfall was her short, explosive temper, something they had yet to see.

though it could be clearly seen when her brother knocked on her door too many times and he'd end up with a bump on his head.

"nuna! we're going to be late for sch—"

"i'll be there later! stop shouting!"

"but, you're the one shouting!"

"dom, i swear to god..."

"i'll see you at school nuna!"

she was only older than him by a a few minutes, but he still respected her, in addition to that, she beat him in a fight and she was also rather scary.

very scary.

there was something about that evil glint she got in her eyes that frightened him and everyone who saw it. though it only ever appeared when she was angry.

in fact, an incident at gunn high had happened where she'd gotten so mad that the ravenette had beaten several people bloody, which is why she moved to her brothers school instead, so technically she wasn't expelled but had she chosen to stay in school the next day, she would've been.

at least that was the story everyone knew.

if you looked at dom and atari kang side by side, you would never be able to tell that they were fraternal twins, you'd doubt that they'd even be related. and only a handful of people knew that they were, it was mainly their class and the people they talked to.

she was always late to class and at this point, the teacher was lucky if she was there so he'd chosen to ignore her late comings. though when she walked in the class, minu had walked out and her red hues landed on her school president, whom she was friends with. "what was that about?"

"nothing important," he mumbled.

"let's go for a bike ride later," she whispered and shot him a small smile, knowing it was the best way to comfort him. the ravenette was incredibly skilled at reading people, it was a little scary sometimes.

"okay," he agreed before turning back to his work.

atari hated how his parents were always pressuring him with school, the boy didn't even have time for his friends or interests, he was always studying. her attention turned to her twin who was staring at yuna, rather creepily she might add.

it was very obvious he liked her.

"nuna, are you coming home with me later?" he asked, suddenly appearing at her desk.

"go home without me, i have plans," she yawned.

"you always have plans," dom grumbled, pouting.

a teasing smirk appeared on her lips as she stood up and draped an arm around his neck, "aw, namdongsaeng, if you want to walk with your nuna, all you have to do is ask. but next time. and you can go bother your crush."

"so, should i get her flowers?" he asked, trapped in a headlock.

"i don't know," she rolled her eyes and let go of him.

"you have experience with this though!" he whined.

"not with girls!" yet anyways.

dom placed a hand on her head as a more serious expression dawned on his face, "be safe, okay?"

"you don't need to worry about me," she smiled.

an underground cage fight.

that's where she was going, that what her plans were. she had a few matches lined up and she wanted some extra cash.

there was no discriminating with gender, if you wanted to fight, you fought. that was it.

many underestimated her but she usually came out on top. her fighter name was princess, it was weird yes, but she'd heard weirder and it seemed to stick. her opponents, more often than not, were male and always towered over her small petite physique.

that was never a problem for atari, whose punches were always more than enough to knock them down or sometimes, out.

"good fight," joker came up to her, offering her a water bottle. it always amazed him how she always avoided punches to the face.

"thanks," she nodded and took the bottle from him. they were on friendly terms and he was one of the only people that knew she participated in something like this. she didn't want anyone else to know and it wasn't like she came in every day.

"ah, princess, haven't seen you in awhile!" wooin, whom she always saw near joker, came over and draped an arm over her shoulder.

which she shrugged off. "yeah, i'm not dealing with this. bye joker."

"she's a feisty one," the pierced male grinned to which his friend nudged him, rather roughly. "you're protective, aren't you? do you like her?"

he wasn't sure.

"hey, don't walk away from me!"
