Keefe was still staring out into space when the councilors left. He was in shock at what Sophie could do. Sophie looked at him concerned and called his name.

"KEEFE!" she yelled, "Are you ok?"

He shot up from his seat, "Yeah it's just... crazy that you can do that."

She blushed, "Thanks. Do you happen to have some clothes I could change into?"

"I don't but I think I know someone who does." Keefe said, "Follow me we'll light leap there."

He grabbed her hand and jumped into the light.

Keefe walked towards the bright gold mansion known as Everglen. He looked to his left and saw Sophie looking at the mansion in awe.

"Wow, you weren't wrong about Elvin mansions," She said. They walked slowly up to the gate and the doors opened. A beautiful woman with a red dress walked out to greet them.

"Keefe! Hello I haven't seen you in a while," said Della, Alden's wife, "Oh, and who is this?

"This is Sophie," Keefe smiled.

"Oh, I've never heard of a Sophie in the Lost Cities," Della said puzzled.

"It's a bit of a long story," He said, "May we come in, please?"

Della looked at the ground as if she was skeptical. Keefe noticed and whispered something in her ear.

"Ok, but if she is..."

"She's not," Keefe replied, "Believe me."

Sophie was confused so she decided to change the subject, "Is this your home?"

"Yes quite beautiful isn't it." Della smiled, "Would you like anything to eat?"

"No thank you. Actually do you mind letting Sophie stay here for a bit?" He asked, "I need to get some things done."

"Sure I'll let Fitz and Biana know," While Della left to go tell them. Silence filled the room.

Finally, Sophie  decided to say something, "What do you have to do?"

"Well, now that we know your definitely an elf. We have to relocate your parents."

Sophie blinked, "What?!?"

"We can't let your parents know about you. We have to erase any trace of you and your past life."

He saw Sophie looked down to her feet, pulling at her eyelashes.

"It's ok, Sophie. They'll live a happy life. I'll make sure of it."

Sophie looked up and surprisingly had tears in her eyes.

"I know I just... didn't expect this to be the last time I'll see them."

Just then Della started coming down the stairs. He saw Sophie quickly wipe her tears, but her eyes were still puffy.

Della didn't seem to notice, "Your bedroom is ready. Feel free to explore."

Sorry for the bad chapter this was mostly a filler chapter. Also, anyone else excited for unlocked? I'M LITERALLY SO EXCITED!!!! Oh, and I added a little chapter header at the top to make it seem fancier. Hope you guys have a great week!
