𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙉 𝘺𝘰𝘶 read this, it'll probably be sometime in the future when you actually remember that you wrote a letter to yourself because of a certain person, but regardless, this is a letter that your past self ( me ) is giving to yourself but in the fUtUrE, and you can thank someone else for that.

Ship, I know you doubt yourself sometimes. I know that sometimes, you fear that you won't be enough for all of these other amazing people on this platform, that the friendships you've created and the bonds that you've forged over this thin online thread of words will disappear in a flash, slipping past your fingers like your happiness.

I know that you're scared, sometimes, Ship, that you fear for the worst and fear for the fates of other people. I know you're scared you won't ever live up to people's expectations of you because you can't see what's inside of you -- the talent that you have, the passion and kindness that burns inside of your heart. The people around you see you as a talented young girl, and you should know that you have so much more to offer than what you think.

Yes, you're lazy, so get your FOOKIN ARSE OFF THE BED OR ELSE.

You know, Ship, you undermine yourself too much. Everyone sees great things in you, so why can't you see that the hope and expectations they give you didn't come from absolutely nowhere? Know that they believe in you, they trust you, and that means that you ought to give them the best you can in order to make them proud and see that beautiful smile on their faces -- the one that you love to see.

You don't believe you're funny ( and though I can't guarantee this ) but who cares if you're funny? You're trying your best and humour's not your thing, neither is social interaction, but you've got to try, no matter how long it takes, how hard it becomes, etcetera. You feel small and insignificant sometimes but you have to realise that to some people, you mean the world, and that means that you can't ever give up.

If you don't want to fight for you, fight for all of the others that have placed their trust and believe in you, for you know that you value every single person that supports and cares for you more than you value yourself. Love is the way to go, and you've got to learn how to love yourself more than you already do. Believe in your hard work.

And Ship, don't ever say you're not worth it. You're worth it. You are definitely worth it. You may not believe it, but you have worth -- you're you, and that's all that matters. Don't try to be what everyone wants you to be. Find out exactly who you are, what you want to be, and why you want to be that.

Become a person that you'd be proud to see in the mirror. You don't have to be pretty, you don't have to be skinny, you don't have to be funny -- you just have to make a difference. Find something that makes you happy, something that allows you to be selfish for once. You can do great things, Ship, for your heart is in the right place and your mind is sharp.

Don't be afraid to do anything and take risks every once in a while, yeah? Try and let loose, don't think of a plan, and just go with the flow. See where it takes you.
